Tottenham performance on the other hand has been declining in quite some games now. They were passive against Fulham, Newcastle, Brighton and now Chelsea. They don't seem motivated since they lost the top spot in the league table. They do play good football with no result to show for it. Coming to think of it Pochettino is not really a bad coach because compared to Potter i see a team that can compete quite well with the number of chances Chelsea creates per game i think there is an improvement in the style of play and chance creation department but they are not so good in converting the chances created and also there is no discipline in the team, as a coach you need to take charge and make your team play the way you want them to not allow them play whatever they please. I noticed everyone of them wants to display their individual talents rather than playing as a team and it’s all because there is no discipline, if there is discipline they wouldn’t play like that.

If they can actually reshuffle the squad and add some more players i think Pochettino will perform better than this season but also i will like him to discipline the players as well if he wants to achieve better results. Coaches needs time to adapt as well and I believe if Pochettino is given time he could make a difference.

I think I agree with you because Chelsea football club has been through a lot of ups and downs lately as a result of poor performance and poor management and all through the beginning of the season they started so badly but as the season is ending there has been a lot of improvement in the team this means that the players are understanding themselves very well and the motivation that left the club for a long time is coming going with their recent performance so going with this, I think the current coach needs to be given a second chance to prove himself and his ability to lead the team but from next season if the team is not doing well they shouldn't hesitate to sack him and bring in a replacement for the team.The players are doing well lately but next season will tell the players will get better or worse but right now i don't think Chelsea boss is willing to have the patience that Arteta was given since the two teams are owned by different people.
