It will be better if Arsenal can learn a good lesson from their previous mistakes and overcome that challenge in order for them to be able to win the title this season. I believe the Era of City dominating the league will come to an end soon because it is not their birth rite and life is turn by turn. This is because EPL is very competitive not until recently that the rest big clubs failed to meet up to their standards and allowed only City to maintain their consistency due to lack of focus on winning the league.

From all indications and from all the preparations Arsenal is doing tin this transfer window, they are well prepared for the next coming season which should start in the next four days coming.
Arsenal in preparations to win the title have sign another defender Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna to strengthen their defense more against next season, and the team is putting more effort to bring in a striker or a winger to strengthen their attack. With all these, I am confident that Arsenal can win the Premier League title ahead of Manchester City next season.

The way the players are performing at Liverpool at the moment, if they can play a strong game at the start of this season, they will definitely have a chance to win the title. Liverpool team they were very aggressive from the start until the end they managed to score four goals. But in this case, the Sevilla team tried hard enough to equalize the match, and managed to score a goal at the last moment.  In this match there was a big difference if I say Liverpool team players worked hard and attacked the most. Liverpool team players have been more successful especially through counter attack.

It’s time we see a new champion in the league because it is getting boring seeing one team dominate the English premier league which have been known as a very competitive league which is almost impossible for a single team to dominate and keep winning. Arsenal have disappointed us for two consecutive seasons now that no one even have hope that they will be able to win but so far they are the only team capable of challenging Manchester City so let’s keep hoping they may succeed soon.

Chelsea might turn out to be a good team that may challenge City but i don’t think it will be this season, they still have a lot to learn and clearly it has shown that they are not there yet and they need time to fully grasp this new strategy. I agree with you, I'm tired of seeing Manchester City win the league over and over again, I want other clubs to win the league, the league looks to be boring as Manchester City continues to win it, look at the Bundesliga league, as Bayer Leverkusen broke Bayern Munich's record by winning the league last season, the Bundesliga seems to be more interesting than it was the previous eleven years. The Premier League title crown was four times in a row, they won the league and the community shield in the past season which makes it the fourth seasons in a row. Manchester United is improving its squad by signing young players in their squad to make them more competitive than last season. Since they are even using most of their other place you won't blame them if they are using testing what some of their other set aside players can do. And it is a very good experiment, so that when the season starts you will know which players to use for substitution, since you already know how they can perform because that is very important. The case of Liverpool even if they don't make it in the transfer window, they will still do well because even during this preseason they played a beautiful game with this they can perform well even without bringing in a new player. I think we need to allowed Slot breethe in some fresh air and let him to his job. Wasn't Klopp having bad result in some matches as well. Indeed Slot hasn't accomplished anything and doesn't look like a hungry coach but he need more time to deliver like Klopp, also don't forget that Arne Slot can either be better than Klopp or he is less performing than Klopp but he can never be like him, he is one of a kind Liverpool will never forget in their history.

The main challenge I'm seeing right now in Liverpool is they need to mass flush some of their players and sign some good people, let some old players that Klopp should have sell, kindly sell them to any team and get some fresh boys to do this job with passion and not just the pay like some team are randomly paying heavy amount if millions to get average player.

He must have been studying Liverpool long before his arrival when Klopp first announced his departure. It's probably not that he trusts Klopp's legacy, it's that he wants to play these particular players who may just have to be moved. We all want a new champions even if it's the club we hate just for the fact that we don't other leagues to consider the EPL farmers league all thanks to Pep and his men continously domination of the league, though I think Arsenal and Manchester united might be higher chances of challenging them and possibly Aston Villa who might just be an underdog here but with their new signings I'm expecting more from Unai Emery and his men while think Ten Hag and his men must have to be consistent especially with this new signings else it's goodbye to him when seasons ends.

Chelsea might turn out to be a good team that may challenge City but i don’t think it will be this season, they still have a lot to learn and clearly it has shown that they are not there yet and they need time to fully grasp this new strategy. Liverpool on the other hand will need time as well to challenge for the title because they also changed manager and might need time adapt as well.

Indeed Chelsea might too out good but the chances of it now is slim especially from how the defence conceded goals this pre season, if nothing is done in that area and they possibly are still that dense defensively with such a disappointment of not being cautious of their environment they might see themselves fighting against relegation sadly as it seems now
