Maybe Chelsea doesn’t understand that It’s not about the quantity of players you are having that’s going to help the club, it’s about the quality of the players that a club is having, so I am just surprised that Chelsea is selling one of the quality players that they are having, and they keep on accumulating young players for the club. Chelsea needed to balance the financial fair play book and Chelsea needed to sell one other home grown players, and Gallagher was the only player suitable for them to sell and realize a reasonable amount of money. So there wasn't any reason to offer him another new contract. Gallagher is a fine player that can fit into this Chelsea team. He has been playing in the premier league for long now and has the required experience so why can't he fit in. Chelsea fans love him, and has been dedicated to his game and club. They're probably comfortable sitting on the bench or playing two to three minutes during extra time as far they'll receive their payment at appropriate time. The way the Chelsea club moves in the transfer market is quite confusing. They seem to collect every young player they consider to have potential. but yes, most of them don't have the experience that can be used as a reference that they are truly potential players.
