It’s already halfway through the first half of the game between Liverpool and Manchester United and Liverpool is seemingly playing much better than Manchester United. They’ve had more of the ball in their possession and have been making good use of it too.

Manchester United just got their first good attempt at goal with an amazing header by Bruno Fernandes. The ball just sailed slightly past the bar.
The game is quite still in its early stages and it’s not really clear to me at least on who would come out victorious at the end of the game.

Liverpool played more aggressively and tried to put pressure on Manchester United, but until now the defense built by Manchester United could prevent Liverpool's players from being able to penetrate them any further. They might take advantage of their host status so they give a warning to Manchester United. The match was going well, and soon the first half would be over.

Liverpool with their poor results this season will not be a weak side for Manchester United to defeat.  Lately they have managed to win a good number of games and that seems to have boost their confident. The two teams seems not to have much injury players and Liverpool who would have been the weaker side is playing home, this proves the match to be a difficult one to predict. I think it will either be a draw or the both team to score.

Little spectacle at the moment at the game between Liverpool and Manchester United, but both teams want to keep the 0 in the back as long as possible. That would be quite an achievement for Liverpool as they have a very poor run in the league. I think United have enough class to decide this game in the 2nd half, but it won't be a very big result. Maybe 0-1 or 0-2 somewhere, that would be a good day for United. After all, Liverpool was already won at home at the start of the season. When will we hear about Manchester City's penalty?

He was the hand behind the pressure created by Everton in the first half,  after his substitution Everton attacking force decreased. With Southampton and Leeds close points, Everton possibility of escaping the relegation zone is quite narrow.

This Liverpool side has really put Manchester United under pressure but it will take one goal to break the Reds because we all know how inconsistent they can be though today they look super dangerous and hungry for goals.

Also, I would assume that the longer the score is 0-0, the more likely it is that Liverpool will fail at some point (I don't know if it's a lack of physics or what, but that's their tendency). It seems to me that United will increase the advantage by the end of the game (and in the pool, if I'm not mistaken, I predicted 1-1).

Maybe but then, Liverpool has been the most dangerous team that played as though they will to win this match. Its a very challenging game for them and it looks quite possible that, they could win the 3 points in this one.
Perhaps it's all a game strategy got them to hold Liverpool off in the first half and finish them off in the second half but, that's just some way to put themselves under pressure and how is that coming now... Liverpool just had there first goal and is going to close the first half in a win. Hope they don't go for a more defensive approach in the second.

Finally Chelsea can stop their bad record in the last few matches, they can win the game against Leeds United this week, even though they can only score 1 goal, that is enough for them to lock in 3 points which are difficult for them to get. As usual they always find it difficult in every game to score goals, it proves that they really have to make improvements on their front lines to be even more productive.

Perhaps this is not the best event for Chelsea - this victory did not affect their position in the standings in any way, but it can be assumed that Chelsea "used up" the goal reserve in the coming games and will not be able to score a goal in the match with Dortmund  
I understand that if you think rationally, this is a meaningless assumption, but if the streak without victories at Chelsea lasted one more game, I would rather believe that a miracle will happen in the game with Dortmund and they will somehow be able to win. The only thing Chelsea fans can hope for is that Dortmund's obscenely long streak should also end.

I agree with you that Chelsea supporters now have to pray a lot for Borussia Dortmund's bad luck, because they have a very impressive record of continuously recording wins in their Domestic League. With only 1 goal difference, I can still think that Chelsea will probably be able to answer all the doubts that are now being leveled at them, but in what way they will do it it will be a job for them to solve themselves, or maybe luck will be on their side. them later.

Graham Potter and Chelsea fans will be happy to see their team get a win after series of losses. This victory was needed to give hope to the fans and Todd Boehly that there are better days to come for the team this season. I'm sure this would raise the team spirit and confidence going forward in the next games and increase Potter's days in office as Chelsea manager.

Yes, the goal created by Cody Gakpo put Liverpool ahead for a while, but there were still 45 minutes of the second half that could change that. Erik Ten Hag will not remain silent when he sees that his team are left behind and in the second half there will definitely be changes he will make. Manchester United still have players who can change them in the second half, like Garnacho for example who can always be the difference for Manchester United, that could be an option for Erik Ten Hag in the second half.

They were so close to winning this match, they only got 1 point from the match, sadly. Currently, they still have a chance to leave the relegation zone because many teams in that region have very close points. But games like this are games of opportunity for teams like Everton, they should not lose points. It was very sad for them that they conceded a goal with 10 minutes left

Liverpool fc deserve the goal they scored because they have been in great form playing this afternoon. They were at the playing side while Manchester United was at the defensive side. Except for few runs made by Manchester United which would have resulted to goals if being utilised.
But it is not over yet, the Manchester United guys know how to ignite a decent come back, they can do it.

In that match Liverpool played very well and also dominated the game, and Cody Gakpo's goal in the 43rd minute made the score 1-0 for hosts Liverpool.
Liverpool continued to press the Manchester United players when they got the ball and the first half was a very fast and hard game, especially for Liverpool, as they wanted to prove to their supporters that they were back to their best. And it looks like the second half of the match will be even more interesting and Manchester United will continue to try to score goals to get full points so as not to get away from Manchester City, it looks like there will be a lot of violations in the second half.

What a goalless first half for united. They had so many opportunities to net Liverpool's net but couldn't convert any to a goal. Manchester united should take this match serious so that they can still be on the same point away from Manchester city and Arsenal. Liverpool is playing very strong today as if they really want a win but I don't think that will be possible because in the second half we will see what Manchester city will play them. When substitutions are made the deadlock will be broken and Manchester united will be in total control of the game. Hopefully that Manchester united will win the match.

Chelsea got a really hard-fought win against Leeds this week. We watched a similar scenario in this match as well.

I mean that they were really dominant against Leeds just as it needed to be. But they were still having big struggles with finishing. They had many big chances to score. Especially Felix's shot which turned back from the post was a good example for that. But thankfully Fofana saved them with a goal by a header. Leeds started to be effective after that goal but they couldn't use their chances properly. One of them was really critical though and Chelsea were lucky there. I wonder if this win will make a good impact on Chelsea players to do better as of now.

Liverpool where lucky to get the first goal, but i don't think they can hold to that that goal, Manchester United have really played well in the first half, they where just unlucky that Liverpool score the first goal, but I think Manchester United can still win this game, they are the king of comeback, they have that fighting spirit until the final 90 minutes, let just see how the remaining 45 minutes will go. Liverpool need the three points for them to keep their hope of making top 4 and qualifying for champions League next season while Manchester United in the other hand need the three point to keep their dream of being in the title race alive.
