Chelsea is not the Chelsea of the time of Roman Abramovich, after the take over is like every thing concerning the club went down the drill and the man Thomas Tuchel would have gotten Chelsea out from this mess but the current owner which is Todd Boehly was just desperate to do things on his own which IMO shouldn't have been so, because in football you just have to understand the in and out of the business before making decisions that would make a big club like Chelsea go down and playing poorly.

Talking about kicking Potter out is going to be a bigger shame to T.B because is like you employed someone today and you sack him the next day, so to me he's avoiding the shame of people saying it to his face that he doesn't know how to run the show, is best to let Potter enjoy the time he have left at the club and to rap it up, Potter doesn't know how to use those Chelsea players.

Potter is neither a great nor an experienced coach. But we could also say the same about Ten Hag, who has not trained any major clubs apart from Ajax. It is always a risk when you appoint a new coach, it can turn out good or very bad as is the case now. Tottenham is in much better form than Chelsea and Chelsea supporters are emotional about their team and it is normal for them to leave the stadium but judging from an objective point of view they cannot really expect that Chelsea to make a change in direction against a team like Tottenham,they should normally start by winning games and by not losing against Southampton at home which was the gravest result that they have so far during this season and it is exactly this as an indicator that should have raised the red flag for anyone at Chelsea,management,coach and fans.

Manchester United under Ten Tag is capable of winning any trophy, they're determined and confidence on the field. The game against Newcastle yesterday was very technical and tough, but Ten Tag used experience to clinch the title. I still believe that Manchester United will win Europa cup and the FA cup, if they maintain this winning mentality in all the games ahead.

Indeed, since being handled by Erik Ten Hag all players seemed to be fused on each side and that made the cohesiveness between players become extraordinary in each match. The EFL Cup title is the first title for Manchester United since 6 years ago and with cold hands Erik Ten Hag can make Manchester United achieve this. Ten Hag now has a trophy win under his belt with Manchester United and I believe there is so much more to come. The boys have been playing well and deserve the trophy win after going through some years without any trophy wins. I believe this would give the players the much needed confidence boost that they so desperately need. With this, they could go ahead and win more trophies.

I think this goes to show that Manchester United has undergone some changes under Ten Hag. It’s obvious they’re playing much better and with more confidence and control too. This would be the first trophy under him and hopefully, more to come.

The first trophy for Ten Hag is certainly a good achievement and can awaken the players to be even more solid under Ten Hag's tutelage as well as the EPL of course that all still have a chance because I see performance that has continued to improve so far for Manchester United.

The defense is already strong, the midfield is Casemiro who is tough, the attack is Rashford who is on fire because Ten Hag was able to wake them up to be even more impressive. I'm waiting for them to meet Liverpool in the coming week and I predict that it will be Manchester United's victory again .

The changes have been felt, seen from the trophies they won, now they will focus more on the European League which is the most prestigious trophy.

Chelsea's problem is not the players , the problem chelsea is facing right now is bad coaching. For chelsea to keep using Potter as coach up till this time is not the best decision. Potter is not helping the team in any ways, so I see no reason why Potter is still coaching the the team doing nothing,  he should be replaced.

It's already to late to replace Potter, Chelsea have spent a lot money, I think Potter was promising if Chelsea will become strong after he get the players he want. But now there's no improvement, actually Chelsea get many bad results. Chelsea's owner is stupid to follow Potter's decision, after Chelsea's owner is forced to trust Potter.

As I predicted before Tottenham will win easily against Chelsea, easy to triple my money in this match lol. Joao Felix and Ben Chilwell make a mistake, that's why Tottenham can score 2 goals. Felix's physical is weak, he get bodied and didn't get the ball. While Chilwell, he has a slow reflect.

I don't know why you said that it is too late to sack Potter.  Nothing is too late and  especially in terms of sacking coaches. Some club used to sack coaches because they want to win titles.  Some sack because they want to go Champions league or Europa. Some sack because they want to escape relegation. There are different reasons and different times of sack. Not too late for Potter

Personally I think Boehly should set a condition for Graham Potter's sack if that condition is not met like failure to win three or four consecutive matches, I think this will keep him in his toes else Chelsea will condition with their poor run, the club has enough quality players with strong reserve players, by now they ought to have been in top 4 in EPL, I don't why the club has turn from bad to worse despite that poor form the board had came on to support Graham Potter, now there chances of qualifying for top 4 is very slim except if they win the UCL this season which is absolutely unrealistic.

Their cooperation is starting to take shape, it's just that in the final finishing they still don't have that.

I think a change of manager is the best option right now for Chelsea to get back to its best.
Chelsea don't need to get new players because I think the players they have now are very good to compete with any team.
I know every player has worked optimally to win matches, but it feels like luck was not on Graham Potter's side so it was difficult for him to lead the team to win many matches.

If Potter doesn't step down from his current position then I think Chelsea will just need a lot of time to get to his best. They may have to be patient enough, but they are only doing themselves a disservice by not winning anything this season.

The losses are definitely not good for them. And they don’t seem to be able to get it together.
A change in manager so quickly may not be as easy as it would seem. Potter must have had some amazing qualifications that enabled him land the job as head coach. But we can’t exactly see those qualities as Chelsea is still not doing well.
And it is surprising, this are the winners of the champions league 2020-2021 season. I do hope they can make some much needed tactical changes which can turn things around. They’ve already got the players.

The problem with Chelsea continues as from the beginning of last season the club have witnessed a sporadic change in the coaching crew and even though the current coach could not meet up with Chelsea's owners' demands the club have threatened the coach yet again,  by giving him two days to produce a result or he is fired.

fans don't like Potter anymore. the time he led Chelsea was not too short. he brought in some new players and tried to form a more solid team. but you can see that Potter doesn't seem to have had the best squad together with Chelsea.
To qualify or not to the next round of UCL, I think Chelsea will have to fight hard and hope for his luck. if it still plays like now, Potter will not be able to expect much.
