As I said, look at the mentality of the Arsenal players that they are overshadowed by fear because they are too confident as the top of the standings. So you still believe you can win if in the end 3 matches are wasted.

It's great to see them bow to a club that is seen as weak and belittled before playing but that's what gets rewarded with carnage on the pitch. Salute to how the Southampton players showed an ideal game. The Premier League has too many unexpected surprises, who would have thought Southampton could hold the top standings to a draw even though Southampton at the bottom of the standings this match is the most important match for Arsenal.

I thought Arsenal would win this game easily, but Southampton didn't let that happen. And yes sir unexpected it's a big surprise, Southampton can make Arsenal only win one point in their important match. Now Arsenal are three matches have ended in draws, really bad. Arsenal opened the gate for Manchester City, they paved the way City to win title, now City will definitely be excited to win in their remaining matches.

What is this Arsenal are late to get up but there is still a chance in extra time but this clearly still does not secure their position if it is still a draw because of course Manchester City can still overtake with 2 remaining matches.
But Arsenal still do not want to give up as it seems that there is little time left now.

This thing called football is somehow, and it has a spirit that accompanies it. I mean, this kind of effort that Arsenal was putting forward in the last minutes of the game, where was this strength and effort when the match started from one minutes.
Throughout the match, I had some mixed feelings. At a point I was very sad with Arsenal that they have to lose to a relagation team. But when Arsenal came up, from 3 goes to 1 to 3:3, I was happy with Arsenal again and was thinking that they will win,i f not that Jesus chose to be fallaing in the 18 box.

I do not wish that Manchester City should be the champions of English Premier League this season. If they do, it will be three consecutive time and it will indirectly make EPL not to be the highly rated league that we used to see it to be.

But we can't assure for how long Asernal occupation of that position could be retained especially now that Asernal has become fragile in their performances lately.

Arsenal has 3 drawn matches in sequence. This is too bad, I know that they are not losing the point, but they are not able to gain the full 3 points, although it is not from the big club.
Their performance is actually quite good. Statistically, Arsenal dominated the match and tried to give full attacks. But, they really need much better attacker players. They're too weak. Their accuracy and effectiveness are decreasing. We can see how they lose so many chances. they also have a bad defense. Southampton only attacked for a few moments and Asena got hit by a goal, even though Southampton didn't attack too often. They are really able to take advantage of opportunities even a little. Meanwhile, Arsenal really missed opportunities and was relatively weak when there was a counterattack.
Now, Arsenal's position in the first standing is very threatened and there is a high probability of being replaced by Man City if they are able to win the 2 final matches.

I guess they will be the ones to correct this mistake themselves because the only way  they can get a chance at the trophy now is to actually defeat Manchester city on their match up with them and arteta will know that this is going to be like a mission impossible for them but the only advantage they would have is the list of many matches that Manchester city has to play, they could only pray that these matches have a bad toll on the Manchester city players and make them weak enough for arsenal to them. Because Manchester city knowing that arsenal has lost balance in the title race can only make them eye a possible treble this season which is the champions league , the fa cup and the premier league title.

The result already expected. Arsenal's players were getting mentality issue after it was facing some bad results. The performance against west ham may give domino impact to the club.
Im really glad to see that arsenal to get draw this time. City just very big chance to surpass arsenal right now with the remaining match that will come soon.

What a great performance from soton. You Never Win Again arsenal. City will take over EPL at the end of season. Leading the league since early of the season will become useless effort by arsenal. What a great chance for city to take it as soon as possible. Winning remaining two match is enough to make city to take the first spot.

There is only one fact: Manchester City is the undisputed premier league champion this season. there's nothing else Arsenal can do, in fact it's impossible for Arsenal to change the fact that City are already champions. city's next games are games against very weak teams and clearly in city's next game against arsenal city will beat arsenal very easily, arsenal's defensive problem won't improve any time soon so i expect the following for the arsenal:

City-Arsenal (City won easily)

Newcastle - Arsenal (Arsenal will lose points in this game, a draw or defeat, but I highly doubt that Arsenal will win this game)

Arsenal v Brighton (Arsenal will also lose points in this game)

Even if City lost 2 games, which I think is very difficult to happen, Arsenal will not win all the remaining games, that's why I see City as champions this season. but arsenal are to be congratulated for the second place, they tried hard and for a long time they were in first place, but in the premier league mistakes are something that must be avoided at all costs

for the second time in a row I bet on arsenal and they make me lose my bet, even in a game where they were supposed to be able to win with some ease they were very close to losing the game, and this draw made me lose my bet, looking at the Arsenal's bad performance I will avoid betting on them in the next games

Very bad result for Asernal tonight and at this point, Asernal is losing out slowly and it's not good enough to play any draw game this period, I was expecting a win from Asernal but then again there have to force Southampton into a draw which is. Something that was less expected by most of the fans including myself.

As it is, Manchester city is clearly going to take over as the defending champion and win this round of the premiere league for. Manchester City was not that easy compared to last season where Liverpool was their major opposition which gave them a slide in winning compared to how they have struggled to climb the first position since the beginning of this we're Arsenal took hold of that position.

I said it earlier today that I am expecting the game between Arsenal and Southampton to be an easy win for Arsenal, but I wasn't convinced in my spirit that they would Win, and that I will only place some bets on arsenal if I was sure they will win, fortunately for me, I didnt later place that bet.
Arsenal have become a big disappointment if you ask me, and at this point, i think they will end up falling out and losing the title seems a reality now, it's such a shame that at this crucial time of the game, Arsenal if failing to deliver, really disappointing.

Nothing strange with this team. If you have been regularly watching EPL and you would be able to know about the passive skill of arsenal. The club will always be consistently getting bad results at the end of season. Manchester city has two matches remaining worth 6 points. Winning all of these games will be giving city advantage to make two points gap towards arsenal. City will able to take the first position. It's likely that if manchester city will not even try to be even more calm. Im sure that manchester city will not even miss such opportunity to take arsenal's position.

The only problem is about how pep will be maintaining its players. I mean manchester city is potentially to win treble winners at this moment. that being said if manchester city can win FA cup, EPL and UCL as long as the performance from manchester city quite consistent until the end of season. Pep is trying to make sure its players will not be exhausted caused by there are so many important schedules to come very soon.
I wonder what squads that will be used by manchester city in FA cup. It will be so good for city to get treble winner

Arsenal were fortunate enough to be able to minimize defeat in this match even though I predicted that they would be able to win this match easily but this did not come true on the field because Southampton was able to surprise by scoring an early goal and they even led in this match even though Arsenal were at the end able to equalize.

for me this is a match that has lost full points which is quite painful for arsenal because the team they are facing is a team at the bottom of the standings who are in fact not very consistent this season. but with a series of draws in the last 3 matches, Arsenal ranking is increasingly threatened in the standings table.

Gunners are so brave! Now the future of City is on their hands. If they win the 2 missing games + their match vs Arsenal then they will be 4 points above all with only 5 matches missing. Assuming Arsenal will not lose any match from that point, City has to won in 4 from these 5.
It is early to speculate much but City had a golden opportunity to win EPL + FA Cup + Champions League

It's pretty easy to predict though , the pressure from manchester city is the biggest thing that influence the arsenal recent form , they could have lose the game against southampton though if only saka didnt come to the rescue , 5 points ahead could be mean nothing as manchester city had 2 games in hands , manchester city flying high now.

That was another draw for Arsenal and things are getting really worrying for them day by day. I think the breaking point of the match was the great defending just over the goal line after Ben White's header. The score could have been 2-2 there for Arsenal before the end of the first half already. This would have meant a lot to them and maybe then they would have even won this match without having this big difficulty.

Instead they conceded another goal by Caleta-Car which brought the score to 3-1. The defense wasn't able to do anything to prevent him from that header. While it was like everything ended Arsenal started an amazing comeback process with two goals in two minutes. Odegaard's goal was really lovely by the way. After making the score 3-3 they wasted two big opportunities. The first one hit the crossbar and the second one was also very close to the target. Such a waste once again!

The tight schedule which Manchester city has coming is something I believe Arsenal could have banked on and secure this seasons premier league title for themselves, unfortunately, they began to mess up just exactly when the world began to cheer for them.

What exactly could be the reason for Arsenal's bad performances lately? Could it be anxiety of potentially being the winners of this seasons title? Arsenal is their own worst enemy, costly mistakes and lack of concentration was responsible for their poor results like in today's match against Southampton honestly a potential 9 points lost now reduced to 3 points in all those matches they had the chances of winning them unfortunately they had put themselves in a tight situation because of Man City 2 outstanding matches, however Arsenal has a chance of redeeming themselves and keep their title aspiration on track if they defeat Man City in Etihad on Wednesday, else a loss will dash their hope of winning the EPL trophy completely, though Man City will have to win their 2 outstanding matches too before we can review the likely winner of the league.

Arsenal have struggled alot from the beginning of the season just to win the league, but now that they are having few matches left their performance is now becoming horrible, Arsenal have been playing draw in their last 3 matches, which is very bad for them, Arsenal couldn't even win a club that's in relegation zone, it's surprising to me. Arsenal will be playing against Manchester city in their next match, to be honest I don't know how Arsenal is going to play the match but am sure they won't win, they won't even play draw.
