Today I bet on Aston Villa and Southampton. I'm worried about the match between Southampton and Fulham. Fulham playing well. They have drawn their last 3 matches with tough opponents. I think they will also want to draw today's match.

I have also quite a chunk of bet on Southampton not much but still bothers me a bit. Saints are without Ings, Romeu and Vestergaard and right now Fulham are really playing well as you said. Not much chances created so far in first half but hope that Saints put a better display in next half.

I would say why United one could matter more than other ones is simple, United had one of the best players on the team lost while not being a pure team oriented football and not one of the best teams in the world.

I understand that Liverpool could be at the top right now but that is because not only they are the best team in England but they are also one of the best in the world as well, while if you check Chelsea they have lost twice in the last 3 games, and if you check City they are one of the most expensive teams yet they are 8th and so forth. To say that United was hit by covid is true, because all the other teams are ranked bad as well while United has been pretty decent recently after they got rid of covid in the team.

Yea, a moderated thread would've been better but it's fine like this aswell as most of us who post here , really watch EPL and we know players , teams , history and a lot of stories that we don't see on TV or newspaper.

Today, Palace played with +1 on the pitch and they can't even score once. You know why ? Because they're playing hazard football ...when anyone is chasing the ball without having proper ideas how to the handle after he gets the ball....awful football to watch from a football fan.

Aston villa is tearing apart crystal palace 3 goals to nil, despites going down to 10 man since half time, Villa has dominated the proceedings and are deservedly ahead of Palace. Another lacklustre performance from Crystal palace and Zaha; and it remains to be seen if Palace is a worthy top 10 team

Aston villa is tearing apart crystal palace 3 goals to nil, despites going down to 10 man since half time, Villa has dominated the proceedings and are deservedly ahead of Palace. Another lacklustre performance from Crystal palace and Zaha; and it remains to be seen if Palace is a worthy top 10 team 

Crystal Palace received 10 goals in the previous 2 matches until now and such results were good for Leeds and Arsenal so they can jump in front of it in the table soon.

Watching Aston Villa this season and comparing them with the Villa of last season is somewhat surprising, they should count themselves lucky not to have sacked Dean Smith as he's worked on this team and turned them from relegation strugglers to a top 7-8 team, they aren't just winning, but convincingly and with style, if this form continues, then I think Villa could play in the Europa league next season.

Great advertisement for the EPL, two teams attacking, desperately trying to win the game. No bus parking, no defensive style, just attack. I really enjoyed that.

I second that. There wasn't too much of a 'sit back-counter attack play' from any of the teams, they both went at it hammer and tongs, the result is good for the both of them, but also for the other chasing pack, lol.

My bet was on Crystal Palace, unfortunately! Aston Villa were just absolutely brilliant all round, and they could have by 4 or 5 goals despite going one man down, You could hardly notice the red card because they're the team still doing the pressing and attacking.


Chelsea vs Arsenal is underway next and It's probably going to be another tough night for Arsenal, but I'm opened to surprises, though.

Those two matches are over. And that's exactly what I expected. Aston Villa won by 3-0, but Southampton drew the match. Fulham did what they wanted. They were able to draw the match. . They drew 4 matches in a row with tough opponents.

I was celebrating when Southampton scored goals but guess I celebrated it too early only to see it being ruled offside by VAR after unlocking my phone. Two goals ruled out by offside. Wished if only they had made the run a bit late...then Saints would have easily picked up 3 points instead of 1. Aston Villa did a great job beating Crystal Palace despite being down to 10 men.

I made a bet for this game and I was happy when I saw that the goal had entered, I left the car and when I returned I saw that the game was already finished and with a draw. I lost money

Boxing day is being super interesting, I lost my bet because of Leicester City Man Utd (I bet on MUTD winning but it was a draw) but I am enjoying the games on tv. I hope Arsenal will bring me some small money back (currently winning against Chelsea now).

Arsenal is lead by 2-0  after half time. Hopefully, you win the bet today. But both teams are playing well. Chelsea is a very good team. They will try their best to win the match. Hopefully, the second half will be more exciting

Aston Villa 3 - 0 Crystal Palace

I watched this game and I confess that it was a very good game, Aston villa plays very well and it was visible that their game quality deserved to win by 3 goals. crystal palace failed to score at least 1 goal against Aston villa who was playing with 10 players. I made a profit in this game

Good thing you still have the win in the second game after losing the first game. Despite playing with 10 players in the second half, Aston Villa was still able to score 2 additional goals to make the win special as a year-end gift. Crystal Palace haven't won in the last few matches, so this was taken advantage of by Aston Villa from the start of the match so that they were able to score their first goal in the 5th minute.

Arsenal vs Chelsea, The score at now is 2-0

By the way, will Arsenal win the game against Chelsea this time around ? They have scored 2 goals in the first half which has now ended and will continue for the second half. If Arsenal win the match it will be their first win in 7 games in the EPL. In my opinion, Arsenal have suffered a lot so far with many unsatisfactory results, I do not expect Chelsea to add to Arsenal's suffering in this match. The worst case scenario for an outcome in my opinion is a draw.

Arsenal tried to bounce back from five games that could not win and now have a 2 goal lead in the first half, this is amazing to be able to beat Chelsea on occasion, as if it has started to show where performances will be quite interesting again.

Please be anxious for the bettors I think it's Chelsea who will win it but there is still a second half I think Chelsea can still hit back and let's see hopefully there is a change in score.

I really wonder how the hell Chelsea are losing 3-1 to Arsenal here. Arsenal have had a terrible form so far. They lost too many points. On the other hand, Chelsea have been playing really good so far and I expected that Chelsea would be the dominant team here. Maybe they couldn't have win it but they could have got at least one point. But when I look at the score, I can't make sense of it.

I am not sure about the tackle that lead to penalty for Arsenal but rest of the two goals were amazing. Xhaka on free kick slotted the ball into top rogh corner and Saka with a cheeky chip. No chance for Mendy on both occasions.

Arteta has been performing much better against Lampard for every time they have faced each other since last season even on his worst form, lampard needs to sit and think about it. How can you perform so poor against a relegation battling team, a team without a win in their last 7 games.

Sometimes mind game doesn't work, yesterday he announced that James and Chilwell would be sideline due to injury and boom few hours to the game James and Chilwell healed miraculously and started a game unfit. James was poor, Chilwell was terrible, Werner was worse, Kante was dismantled, Kovasic was unpluged, Jorgi was never seen until the Pk.

This is a sackable offense by Law.
