I already placed my bet on Man United winning against Liverpool. I'm hoping this doesn't end in another draw with neither of the team scoring. Maybe Ole can mount a more attacking style this time. Liverpool's confidence ain't that high at the moment and they are more desperate to win. Desperation causes more blunder.

It is a game I will not add to my bet, to be honest a draw is my best prediction for the match, Manchester united has played routine draws with the big team in the league, the one time day lost was in the Caraboa cup to Manchester city, so I think its a draw, an exciting draw maybe with goals. And if the games doesn't end a draw I think it would be Liverpool's win.

Liverpool are struggling to score goals because at the moment, the team lacks idea and creativity and they span crosses throughout the games 90 minutes; but Liverpool defense system is not improved; Klopp has positioned his team to defend first before attack, which is evident as to why Both Trent and Robertson are not found higher up the pitch.

Todays FA Cup tie will speak volume about Liverpool squad depth; will they get exposed today by Manchester United? time will tell.

They are missing VVD right now on defense, that is a very very important player to miss, he was the best defender they had and they are missing him, at one point they were playing fabinho as center back and that should tell you how much they are lacking in that department, talks about Caglar Soyuncu transfer instead was peak point but that didn't happen neither.

Since the whole defensive system changed, their attacking system got affected by it as well which was the real trouble. I think they will get better with time, this is just a bad momentum going on.

Technically not much changes for both side, except who will be played first.
United has Bruno on the bench, meanwhile liverpool has Mane and Shaqiri on the bench.
I believe the second half will be the real fight.

What a game was that. I think Liverpool were better than Man Utd in the second half. But this time Man Utd managed to beat Liverpool 3-2. Their last head-to-head games were really close too (3 draws in 5 games).

That's the more reason why I expected Liverpool to treat this game more than just a cup match, get out there and get the victory that'll by extension boost their confidence in other competitions, now the run of winless games continues, they are out of the Fa cup, carabao cup and are struggling in the EPL, that's not good for their confidence and it puts pressure on the manager and the team in general.

Yes you are right; Manchester United seem to be very confident at this time; and it is evident in their fa cup home tie victory against Liverpool where they won 3 goals to 2. Also Manchester United have a friendly run of games for the month of February; if they win all; then it will indeed be a title challenge.

Look like after some long time now Manchester United is on track for some good wins and better end of this season in next round now they are going to face West Ham which is also good game for them already top in Permier League most chances they will be in Quaterfinal of FA cup good results for Ole but very bad time for Liverpool and fans as they are going down very badly due to some long list of Injuries in this season.

Based on how the match was played in the first half, I think Everton should be able to comfortably protect their lead through the remaining half of the match till FT.

I agree that Manchester United's performance is on track, therefore the last few games have been good. Especially Bruno Fernandes has been playing
very well and consistently this season, almost never have I seen Bruno Fernandes play badly. And proven to face Liverpool in the FA Cup Bruno

Liverpool was the first to score before Greenwood equalized to put Man Utd back in the game. Man Utd took the lead later in the second half and Liverpool had to equalize to get back in the game. I feel we lost the game due to our poor defending. Man Utd first 2 goals was due to defensive errors, first by Milner, the other one by Rhys Williams. It's tiring to work so hard to put yourself back in a game you're losing only to concede again.

surprisingly manchester united is stronger than liverpool, that was evident in that game. I highly doubt that liverpool will be able to be a Premier League champion this season. the way it is, it doesn't inspire confidence

Liverpool looked better from the start of the second half, levelled the score on purpose and continued the pressure well. After that, I thought that Liverpool would not miss their chance and squeeze Manchester. But then there was this free kick and the goal that followed. After that, for some reason, Liverpool could not add and make the last assault, and United were able to bring the match to victory and give Solskjaer the first victory over Liverpool as a head coach.
