Arsenal are just being destroyed by Crystal Palace right now. I'm very surprised to see this honestly. Because I was also expecting a decent win for Arsenal in this game. And they would get their place back from Tottenham too. But Crystal Palace are still 2-0 ahead thanks to the goals they found in the first half. There is still more than half an hour for the end now and Arsenal might still make a comeback to secure a draw at least. But it will not be easy that's for sure. Tottenham must be very delighted with the current score.

I always had it in mind, even the first leg wasn't a good onee for the gunner's.
They can't even afford to draw this game the way it's going down.
I'd love to see it end this way, and probably get beaten by Chelsea soon.

2-0 in the first half, it was quite an ironic result for arsenal today, I don't know what happened to the arsenal defense today but I think saha, mateta and ayew really showed their quality in messing up the arsenal defense, gabriel is the hope Arteta in blocking crytal palace attacks  but didn't seem to be doing his job well and I think the second goal that was created was Gabriel's fault because of Gabriel's inability to block the ball, to be honest it seems Arsenal fans really miss Tomiyasu in guarding the Arsenal defense.

This is beyond our predictions when we thought it wasn't difficult for Arsenal to get 3 points because they think Crystal Palace is not a threat
But what happened now Arsenal conceded 2 goals and there was almost no way to catch up less than 25 minutes left there is no maximum effort
We know Arsenal still have one more game not played yet but this defeat could have an impact on their next performance especially in important matches.

We all know about Crystal Palace as they are one off unpredictable teams in Premier League and history is not favoring them for this match but as we are heading for end of first half they are leading by 2 - 0 which is surprising result for me.

Arsenal is playing very good, but sadly they fail to have any solid attack, so Crystal Palace is doing some good now with this score most chances they are going to have full three points even it's not easy but for me now Arsenal is out of this match with this lost now their competition is also going to be very tough for fourth spot in Premier League against Tottenham and Manchester United because currently these three teams have fair enough chance for this spot and Arsenal was here with some advantage but now with this lost they are going to be on level, and It's going to be very interested for end of this season.

I have to quote myself to be able to make this comment. I observed this match too well and made the above comment. And this match is going as I predicted it. Arsenal defence is poor this night and this may on a long run affect chances on the table. Meanwhile, right now there is some chances that Manchester United can be hopeful on top 4

The formation of Chelsea players during the match with Brentford looked different as usual, namely 4-3-3. Thomas Tuchel 4-3-3 formation has rarely been used since he became Chelsea coach. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Timo Werner started the match. Can we say that the match was T. Tuchel strategy by saving Jorginho to prepare for Real Madrid or yesterday 1-4 vs Brentford defeat was a failed experiment from T. Tuchel?

Well Tuchel didn't thought that Brentford would play out a surprise so maybe he went easy on them. Furthermore now with CL game ahead they've got injured Kante likely. I don't think Jorginho's presence would have made much difference. Brentford were actually really good and better throughout the game.

Tottenham has an easier fixtures list until the end of the season and should be considered a slight favorite, even with Arsenal having a game in hand.

They play against each other on White Hart Lane in round 35, it might easily be the decider.

Arsenal is putting in all efforts to change the results of this game and Crystal Palace has been able to effective repel them. Its been an impressive one from the gunners in this second half of the game but, the time is fast going and Crystal Palace is prepared to stay the game at the Crystal 2-0 Arsenal result. Crystal palace appeared quite surprising today, they played quite well and even when winning 2:0 they seemed dissatisfied and continued to press the arsenal defense, the score 3:0 didn't seem like the end result of today match because I saw crystal palace players keep trying to attack from every line and it really managed to mess up arsenal game today, in the remaining time it seems impossible for arsenal to equalize the score or even make a comeback in that match, today arsenal defeat will knock them out of the top 4 and I thought the tottenham fans were very happy today to see the defeat of arsenal.

So you think this is as planned?  I can't confirm your guess but from what we see this is not Arsenal's style of play it's not like usual when Arsenal beat other teams
It will be interesting to wait when Arsenal have to play against 3 other strong teams in the Premier somehow Arsenal can get out of this situation
April 21 Chelsea vs Arsenal , April 23 Arsenal vs Man united and May 13 Tottenham vs Arsenal. Based on Arsenal's next fixtures a possible change in the standings may occur I mean for top 4-6 .

What an unfortunate loss for Arsenal today! They had one of their worst games after a long break I assume. And Crystal Palace had one of their most efficient days also. Defeating this good Arsenal by 3-0 is not an easy job to do. But Crystal Palace did a huge job here. And this was just the final score that Tottenham were hoping to see. Now, the new owner of the fourth position in the standings is Tottenham. But they still have the same points though so this can change after even one week.

It was a very humiliating defeat and a big disappointment, I still don't understand what the hell happened to Arsenal, they weren't a team that conceded so many goals against weak teams and today they were simply out, they didn't even manage to score 1 goal and conceded 3 goals, precisely when they are close to finishing in position 4 or 3 do they start playing badly like that? now they are in position 5

Damn, Arsenal made a big mistake today by letting Crystal Palace score enough goals to win the match. I clearly think that Arsenal can easily win this match because Crystal Palace have no hope of competing other than just wanting to stay in the Premier League next season. Crystal Palace will no longer be able to compete for a place in the Europa League even after today's win over Arsenal, but it is truly an unlucky day for Arsenal.

Now the competition for one last place in the Champions League is getting better with Arsenal and Tottenham going to compete for this place until the end of the season. So Arsenal have to pay for their mistake today by winning the next match as that is the only thing that will allow them to get their place back in the top 4.
