I didn't watch the game because I was absolutely sure the winner would be Arsenal. From any point of view, Arsenal has the advantage, especially regarding the mental abilities of the squad, there is no doubt that Arsenal will win. but when I saw the final result and Arsenal lost 1 - 0 to Everton, I was very surprised and like I couldn't believe it. And indeed, the outcome of a match is always determined by the conditions on the field while playing, not on paper. Even Arsenal couldn't score a single goal even though they played attacking. I believe that everyone was surprised and disappointed with the result, moreover the ones that bet on the match, many of them may be lost the match.

Yep. In theory, Arsenal should win the match because they are the strongest club in EPL now. Arsenal is very clear to have a better squad, and they have a strong motivation to get 3 points to maintain their position in the top standings. However, a team in the relegation zone like Everton, can give a surprise because they also have a big motivation to get out of the relegation zone. We can see it today, when Everton can beat Arsenal 1-0 at their home. Of course, many people must be surprised by this result, but I am not so surprised to see it.

Meanwhile , Chelsea are doing everything they can in order to save this season and I'm skeptical if they can save it but next one should be totally different.  

Well with the number of players they've recruited in the last two transfer windows, it is expected that they perform superbly next season, but i am not still sure about that, and that's because of the manager they have, i have been critical of Graham Potter since his day 1 at Chelsea, not because he isn't a good manager (of course he did an excellent job at Brighton), but because i don't think he has that mentality to manage a big club like Chelsea, he looks properly suited for a mid-table team.

Having said that, another thing is there's still quite enough time for them to at least rescue CL football for next season, but after that disappointing and uninspiring draw against Fulham yesterday, it goes a long way to show how difficult it's going to be for them to achieve that. I wonder what it will be like for all these quality players they have, with their respective egos if they end up not being involved in Europe at all next season.

There is always at least one good thing about a loss match. Underestimating the opponent will never be good in any match because we will not really know what will happen in the match, what are trying to do to the opponent, and what they have prepared tot eh match. Moreover, the readiness of a team in the field may be increasing if they have high motivation to defeat a certain team. Everton is good enough to prove it. I don't know if Arsenal really underestimated Everton or not, or if Everton was also added with some luck in the victory or not. But, a victory is a victory, a loss is a loss whatever and however the ways and conditions. We cannot say that the club was actually playing very well, but we expect the result of the match itself.

Apart from buying players of course there are other things to make this a good one. Even though the coach has a fairly large role in this, there are still factors such as the player's adaptation must also be good, but the problem is that now for Chelea these two things are still not being implemented properly.

The fact that he had done so well on Brighton was the reason that he was recruited to coach Chelsea and so far he has been fixing all those pieces and putting them together. This might not be his best season overall his coaching career but I kinda want to see how well he will do next month because his job is next on the line if he cant get a decent win rate for all upcoming Chelsea's games

Unbelievable! Everton somehow managed to beat Arsenal by 1-0. Arsenal were in full control of the game actually. We can see it from the statistics easily as well. But this dominance was still not enough for even scoring one goal. Despite bringing some new players to the team Arteta still didn't want to risk it by adding them into the starting eleven right away. This was the right thing to do in my opinion.

But they still struggled to score. Sean Dyche has done a great job by his first game already. This huge win will increase his credit very much certainly.

I don't agree with you - the fact that the hosts played number two doesn't mean that they played worse and Arsenal were "just unlucky". In the most important statistics (after the final score, of course), the hosts are ahead of Arsenal. Shots on target 4-3, corners 7-5. I am very sorry that Arsenal lost and City have a chance to get closer, but it is worth looking at the facts objectively. Today, Arsenal weren't as good as they needed to be to get points.

This is great news for Manchester City indeed. As I think they are the most likely team to win in their Tottenham game the gap with Arsenal can decrease by quite much. Everton just wanna leaves relegation zone. it's the only thing that had been motivating the whole of players. The new coach was also giving so many motivations to defeat arsenal in the last match. City is now able to cut the gap to be round 2 points to the arsenal after city will be defeating totenham.
