Chelsea problem has always been manager and it has really affected them this season.  They should just look for away to solve this problem because if it is not solved things will still continue to be the same for them. Its has been a longtime that Chelsea played good football,  I hope things get better next season.

You will be glad to hear that finally Chelsea have found a coach who will take over from Lampard and put them back at top level next season, with Lampard they have only gone worse than getting better, I even would have preferred Graham Potter finishing the season over Lampard. The season is finally coming to an end and the beginning of Pochettino's era begins.

It seems that Chelsea's owners or management were too hasty to determine their choice of coach in the middle of this season and they ended up getting bad results in a series of every game. After all, top clubs like Chelsea seem to run out of coach options if they take Potter or Lampard, even though they can get a coach who is better than that.

Despite all that, I'm sure Chelsea have learned a lot from their mistakes this season and certainly won't repeat the same mistakes as next season. They have to fight back to the top flight if they don't want to end up like now they can't get a place in European competition.

Todd Boehly would have considered his investment in Chelsea a waste if the women's team did not win the WSL. Chelsea have been a complete disappointment this season after many expectations. The media has reported that Todd realises one of the mistakes he has made this season which is being too involved with team decisions and he is willing to make changes against next season. For Erling  Haaland, this is a really good start to the premier league, winning a title, and being the highest player to score in one season, to win the best player in the premier league at his young age.

A great season indeed for Haaland, he has been truly phenomenal in the entire season and has proven himself a striker of class.
Chelsea still hasn't found the understand yet. Todd has to realize that he isn't Abramovic who knew how to cajole the team and management to perform. This team needs a manager with premier league experience, and Pochettino is one who fits this profile.

there were rumors Pochettino would replace Lampard, but a deal has yet to happen. if that happens I think it is a small part of Chelsea's first step to be better next season.
Chelsea needs a coach with a better strategy. apart from that, some players might be interested in joining Chelsea if there are changes that occur in the team, which this season is down. today will be their last game against Newcastle. a match that could also be a bad ending for Chelsea.

The main problem this season for Chelsea is that they don't have a great coach. Lampard was apparently unable to do anything after he returned to coach Chelsea for his second chance. This team has changed too much this season especially regarding player transfer policies. Chelsea's mission failed, but they will try to do more work next season.

After changing ownership, the Chelsea Club suffered many setbacks. well maybe a lot of changes in the ranks of the board of this one club. In fact, Todd Boehly's decision to always rush the decision to fire the coach was also seen as the main trigger for the decline in the team's performance. On the contrary, yes, what you say is true. finishing in 3rd or 4th place doesn't matter, both for Man United and Newcastle. because, they both get one ticket to compete in the Champions League next season.

Mauricio Pochettino might not have won many trophies as a football manager but his it is very obvious that his man-management style of coaching would help curtail the the poor results that's befallen Chelsea.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly must be willing to financially back him to get his preferred players and also get rid of any current member of the sqaud that he might deem surplus to requirement in the club. I think if all these are done, Pochettino is gonna excel at Chelsea.

This is one of the deals I'm hoping Chelsea would pursue next season. They need a good striker for next season, and Osimhen be now one of their top alternative options.  I'm hoping that the new coach they're introducing will make an official offer to the player soon, and I believe he's eager to join the squad.

Chelsea lost 3 matches. This defeat made Chelsea even worse off in the standings because they failed to win in the last three matches. Currently, with one game remaining in the season which will be against Newcastle , but despite the win there is no hope of song for chlesea.

It is indeed an added value for Pochettino, but on the other hand, looking at the title in high regard, I think this can also backfire.
I don't mean to belittle Pochettino in this matter because he is also one of the very good coaches but his title was obtained in Ligue 1 for PSG which actually according to me is something certain because the difference in level is regardless of who the coach is.
But the hope is that with him at Chelsea, his performance will improve a little and not be as bad as this season.

Yes, the last match for Chelsea will be very tough for them because they will face Newcastle United in tomorrow game. Even though playing at home, I'm also not sure that Chelsea can win this match because their poor performance this season will prevent them from balancing their game this season. Moreover, seeing Newcastle United who appear impressive this season will make it difficult for Chelsea to beat them.

Well, I am really surprised though., for I know Chelsea to be one vibrant football club and also the best some few months back, the journey have not been easy we all understand.

Pochettino won all of its trophies with PSG but it's not as many as another manager like the special one. I don't even know since the special one was offering himself to go to the EPL but stupid todd was picking pochettino.
The decision to take pochettino was not good or bad. There are better options than him but chelsea management was so dumb as it didn't even wanna try to explore it even deeper. It's caused by pochettino has no good achievement in the EPL.
Todd must have sold some players or chelsea will get sanction from EPL caused by it was not following FFP rules. It's too early to talk about who will be bought by chelsea.
Chelsea will be facing newcastle and im sure that if we will be seeing another lose by chelsea. Chelsea likes a mediocre team that is on chance to win against the big club right now.
