I can't watch Manchester City vs Sheffield United anymore, completely one sided game and Sheffield United has no chance to reach Manchester City's defenders, after 70 minutes they've not made any shoot. Even though Manchester City win with big margin against Burnley, but Burnley was able to compete and made few shots. Props to Wesley Foderingham since he have made good saves.

You jinxed it! Literally just minutes after you made this post Sheffield scored a goal A bad backheel from Walker in the penalty box made City lose the ball and then Bogle made the shot. What a blunder from City.

Man City stepped up their tempo in the second half and played quite aggressively which gave them a lot of opportunities and made Sheffield's defense become overwhelmed, as a result, Haaland managed to score a goal in the 78th minute (nice goal and nice assist). After trailing by 1 goal, Sheffield United changed their strategy. They were bolder in attacking and it turned out that these efforts paid off in the 85th minute. But it didn't take long for Man City to come back to lead 2-1 because, in the 88th minute, Rodri managed to score the second goal for Man City.

I never expected Sheffield United to be able to score a goal against Manchester City but apparently they did so because Manchester City must have underestimated them somewhat as the stats say 84% ball possession for Manchester City and well over 24 goals attempts.The game just started right now and luckily Manchester City did not destroy all of my parlays such early in the day.

On another game Aston Villa played very well and they continue they uptrend in performance when they won against Everton 4-0 and then in Europe where they won against Hibernian 0-5 and they conclude today with this 1-3 win against Burnley.Burnley is having quite some trouble during the start of this Premier League season.

The match has been interesting so far and City would definitely win the game though i expected them to  win with ease against Sheffield one thing about the Premier league is that it's quite difficult to predict the outcome of matches most times and one might even think Sheffield would not get a goal against Manchester City but they did and it won't come as a surprise if they get an equaliser making it 2-2.
 Just like yesterday during the match against Manchester vs Forest i felt Manchester had lost the game when Forest scored two early goals in the 1st half but suprisenly united had a comeback and won the match, in EPL it's not over until the final whistle and that's one thing i love about the league, smaller teams fight back and even look dominant against top teams sometimes like the match between Arsenal vs Fulham yesterday for instance.

Always expect the very best from elite clubs, that's basically how they operate in league games. This is EPL, all these ball possession doesn't matter, what matters is scoring goals. Sheffield United were defensive throughout the game, enough pressure from City made them conceded two goals. It was a brilliant performance displayed by Manchester City, they were not relenting and put in 100% of their energy in the game. Manchester city won Sheffield United 1-2. It was terrific game to watch with the citizens full dominance and there's always chances for goal scoring opportunities.

Newcastle United vs Liverpool This match is going to be held at Newcastle United's home ground. Both teams are strong enough in today's match that it is difficult to say which team will win the match between the two teams. But if Newcastle United can attack well in their own ground then it is definitely possible to win the match. Today's match is expected to be a tight fight between the two teams, but if none of the two teams can score then it will definitely be a draw. I think both the teams are strong and they will definitely perform well to win the match every player, the match is more likely to be a draw. But Liverpool will try hard enough to win today's match, if they go into the match they can go to a good position in the table points. With that in mind, both the teams will present an aggressive game to the visitors with the aim of getting a good position in the table points.

In the match of Newcastle vs Liverpool team I think Liverpool will perform well and win the match. I have seen in the previous matches that Newcastle team could not beat Liverpool team. But I am waiting to enjoy a different game in this match. Liverpool team is at number 9 in the points table.  Liverpool team is far ahead of Newcastle team in all aspects. In this match, I have placed a bet in support of Liverpool team, hoping Liverpool team will win. If Liverpool team wins, I can win the bet.

Aston villa have built a good squad this season and they are a team hungry for success. They scored 3 goals with a good game against Burnley and got 3 points. They seem to have recovered quickly from their heavy defeat against Newcastle in the first week.
Manchester City, on the other hand, won 2-1 in a one goal game. It was a game in which they could have scored more goals because it is interesting to note that City actually scored 2 goals in a game in which they played a solitary goal, considering the percentage of possession and the number of shots they took throughout the match. For a team with an 80 percent possession percentage and 30 shots, 2 goals is even less.

Of course ball possession doesn't translate immediately into goals, but when it is one of those days that the ball simply doesn't cross the line, a team is still better off with having the ball most of the time. I am sure that if this game against Sheffield was repeated 100 times, Manchester City would beat them 80% of the time with at least two goals advantage. Yes the result is what counts, but it would still be very misleading to call this game a close game because it wasn't. When teams park the bus in front of their goal and the attacking team can't score early, we know how these games sometimes play out.

The real shocker in this game was the equalizer only minutes before the final whistle, but this time Manchester City was able to respond immediately.

I think Manchester City managed to score only one goal because of Haaland's poor performance. Because Manchester City could not be successful despite many attacks, meanwhile Sheffield United club is very strong because they are not far behind against Manchester City. Because the current form of the club Manchester City, its striker Haaland had a very good performance, but today the players of Manchester City are not performing well. Lots of kicks to no avail as Sheffield United defenders are stronger. Although Manchester City have a lot of competition in today's game, I think City's players are weak for today.

Haaland can only score goals if there is a play maker like Kevin DeBruyne who can provide assist, Grealish made the assist for the goal he scored if Kevin DeBruyne is played more goals would have been scored by Haaland it's now obvious that Man City would struggle in his absence if Sheff Utd could held on with the champions till 88th before Man City scored the winner then it's say alot about how formidable the team would look like till Kevin DeBruyne is back, Foden who played the role of Kevin DeBruyne hasn't been effective in that role, however it's like almost all the top teams are struggling with form this season.

Correctly said , Manchester city almost lost this one, and by this, I understand the reason for the unimpressive win which you said in the begining of your comment..
And going by that, I will just say that , a win is a win , whether impressive or unimpressive, what matters is that, the team wins at the end of the day just as you have stated..

Honestly , I wouldn't have felt bad the way I felt and still feel for Arsenal if they had managed to win their yesterday's game against Fullham the same way Manchester city won against Sheffield today.

I don't care so much about the chemistry as long as city was winning the game. The bettors need city to win. It doesn't matter how this club would be playing on. I would still say a sign to worry for Guardiola because as to Guardiola standards 2-1 is not enough to win against a side like Sheffield. Yeah 3 points in this round but will they be able to win the next one with much better opponent. It gets doubtful and doubtful with each round. Productivity has dropped which is a worrying sign for City.

Arsenal had such good chances of winning the title last year and basically only gave it away because of their own mistakes. Absolutely, they control the matches and make a lot of opportunities, just like they always do. Sheffield United should have earned 1 point, but Man City won this match. They had a hard time breaking through Sheffield's defense, but the story would be different against Arsenal. City consistently play like champions and never let us down, that's the champion spirit. This season has been quite interesting. Almost all the top teams are fighting hard for wins or draws, while the weaker teams can't even claim a single point.

2 goals in just four minutes against Man United was very disappointing. however, Man United was able to turn around again and came to the 52nd minute with 2-2 goals in the match and the two teams were on the same score.  Finally on 76" Man United got a penalty short chance and capitalized on it to score another goal to finally win the match 3-2 goals. Man United's standard of play was very good and they had very good performances. They are a really good team in the game of football

Man United have just won a tough 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford. I don't understand why you guys say, 'Man United are playing well.' It would be best if you watched their early season games. They lost 2 goals to Tottenham while being more appreciated, and now, at home, they suddenly let Nottingham lead by 2 goals after only 4 minutes of rolling the ball. Their beginnings were terrible. But it is essential to know how to overcome it. It was not easy and commendable for the whole team.

There isn't really all that much to figure out, what ETH plays is a different type of defensive game that the players of United can't play, their defense is still not good, wasn't good last year and still not good this year. Instead of spending this much money on attacking players, they should have spent it on defensive players.

I would literally get the whole 4 defensive players and changed them, get two new center backs and two wing backs and hope for a better season but they didn't. I would understand that you wouldn't be able to do it in a single season, but at least you would get a few, this season the only "defender" they got is Evans who they got for free, instead they bought Hojlund and Mason Mount. I would say that's a bad transfer window, if they spent that money on defense that would be better.

The next round with Fulham is clear to me Sheffield are underperforming Fulham but it's playing at the Etihad that they might play differently.
Of course even though there's no Pep Guardiola and that's a concern but my guess is that Manchester City win again.

As Manchester City aim for the Premier League title. So every match is very important for them. The Premier League is very competitive. And so here every match has to be played seriously. Losing a point in any match could mean losing the top spot in the table. If you want to stay at the top of the table, you must consistently perform well and earn points.

Against Sheffield United I thought City would win easily today. But Sheffield's defender had a great performance today. Manchester City played very well but they scored the first goal in the 63rd minute. Haaland could not score from the penalty opportunity. In the 85th minute, Sheffield was able to draw the match 1-1, but Manchester City won with Rodri's goal in just 3 minutes. They are at the top of the points table with 9 points in 3 matches.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's mistake made Newcastle now 1 goal ahead in the 25th minute and V. Dijk's red card in the 28th minute would really destroy Liverpool in this match.
Left behind by 1 goal and having to play with just 10 players, of course, this match would not be balanced again and even from the first minute Newcastle really dominated this match.
Maybe I think we can conclude that Newcastle will win this match with a convincing score even though the game is still running, but the game and performance of the Newcastle team are truly extraordinary and they have proven again that this is a team to be reckoned with in the Premier League. Now.

Yes, Man United looked a bit scared in the first half.  But they turned around in the second half and beat Nottingham Forest 3-2. The penalty chance was a plus point for them which helped them a lot to win the match. I was really shocked to see Nottingham Forest score 2 goals in just five minutes at the start of the game. And I started to think that Man United will lose the match badly today.  But they surprised me at the end of the game. Man United and Man City are now bidding on equal points in the points table

Manchester United hard a narrow escape in the yesterday's game against Nottingham Forest with just a goal difference this is a big sign Manchester United will be facing a tough season in this round of the premier league since their early games already pointed out a lot of weak point in the club formation for this season.

And if they eventually lose their next match,  it will be hard for them to recover since the points on the table are still far below and United is not even in the top 5 clubs in the league.

This is a good start for Man City this season as they will be able to win the next four matches because the clubs are not as strong as City. It means that,they will have a total of 21 points if it happens this way. This season might also be in Man City favour because we can see this from how they start the season.

I know that they will win Sheirfield and I wasn't surprise at their victory. Currently, Man City is the strongest team in EPL and I haven't seen any club that will be able to stop them again this season.
