The proof is, when the players started to recover, they managed to get the FA Cup at the end of the season. So it is very natural that Erik Ten Hag is given another chance, especially as you said, several Man United staff have been replaced, of course this will be a good start for next season.

Because on the other hand, I still can't tell whether Ten Hag is bad at tactics or the player has no tactical intelligence at all. Most diplomatic answers will fall somewhere in between. However, I believe Ten Hag is a tactically astute coach with a proven track record from when he coached Ajax. Although Man United's failure is of course also caused by their players, they have a proven track record of frustrating the three previous managers and the current Erik Ten Hag.
However, with the opportunity that Man United has given Erik Ten Hag, I hope that Man United can become a strong team and be liked by their opponents next season.

If Chelsea can’t give their coach time to stabilize, then I think they will just have to keep on changing coaches. You can’t expect a coach to join a team and be able to correct all the mistakes in the club instantly. Definitely, he will need time to get things right. Towards the end of last season, Pochettino was getting things right, but Chelsea management were not just satisfied with his performance, and they couldn’t give him more time just to make sure he get everything right for the club. If Enzo Marasca couldn’t meet Chelsea's expectations next season, he should be given more time, they shouldn’t just sack him because of his performance in a season.

Last season Pochettino was able to start getting the club performance back, and things were changing for good, but unfortunately they sack him. I don't think they want to sign a manager that will get them a trophy once they come, which will be kind of difficult because any coach must take some time before they get used to a team, and also the players need to get used to the coach's method of play before they can know how good a coach is; they must give them enough time, so I doubt if Chelsea will be better if they continue changing coaches every season.

I felt sad when I saw the news about Pochettino, even though I heard that there was an agreement between them and already Pochettino has failed and the management thinks that given him a second chance is very dangerous to them, if am the one I will have given him a second chance at least he tried and win a trophy for them last season but still they were not convinced with that. Chelsea have good players who they can call for I don't know where the problem is coming from, Pochettino know those players and he really believe in them, one certain time he was said "even though you will sack me but live the players" this show that the players are in a good condition just that they have not started getting along, I will still respect Pochettino if new coach comes and the club improves with the same Pochettino's players.

Klopp departure leaves a big hole for Liverpool, the new coach brought in to replace Klopp will bear a big burden. He must be able to maintain Liverpool performance like when he was under Klopp. This responsibility will be Arne Slot's job to bring Liverpool into a team that is ready to compete for the EPL title and in other competitions.

After positive face to face meeting between both employees of the Old Trafford club, reports have it that they've clarified the situation and have agreed to move on as well as work together. Now that Sancho is back to training, he's expected to participate in the club's preseason games and that I think means that he'll remain at the club beyond the summer.
Reports initially had it that Sancho was definitely going to leave the Manchester club this summer because of his differences with the club manager but after the meeting, I think they're very happy now to continue working together. This will be a good news to so many Manchester United fans who saw how impressive Sancho was for Borussia Dortmund last season.

I'm happy if Sancho and Erik Ten Hag have made up and this is a problem that should be resolved by both of them. Manchester United certainly doesn't want this feud to continue, especially since being loaned to Dortmund, Sancho's performance has improved very sharply. It would be a big regret if Manchester United had to lose a player like him.

Erik Ten Hag certainly knows his future plans if Sancho is already in the Red Devils' main squad and he just needs to provide a role for Sancho in the course of the competition next season. The pre-season match is indeed a suitable test before starting the main course in August and we will see whether Sancho's performance will remain the same as Dortmund or if he will fail again at Manchester United.

Now it seems Manchester United hired Joshua Zirkzee the player of Bologna for five years.
They will pay 42.5 million euros for three years for this Dutch player.

Ten Hag is not the problem of Manchester United and am sure the management of Manchester United know about it that is why that is why Manchester United still retain Ten Hag as coach. Manchester United just need some quality players join to the players they have already. The problem of Manchester United in previous season is that they lack good defence and attack that is why they were unable to achieve something good in in premier league.  Left for me Ten Hag is a good coach he just have to put the players together and build a good team. If Ten Hag is able to get good players I believe Manchester United will perform better.

That's just it,  Ten hag is not the major problem of Manchester united, he has proven himself that he is a winner and if Manchester united is a club that is very serious on getting result on the field of play, he would have done better than what he is currently doing, am saying this because since sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester united, several  quality Manager's have coached Manchester united and almost all of them struggled, you know know why? Because what Luis van gaal said was very true, Manchester united is a commercial club, they care less on what happening on the field of play and paying more attention on their commercial activities.

Till those changes are made, it would be very difficult for Manchester united to return back to the glory days, just like they were, in Sir, Alex Ferguson days.

Manchester United's problems are not financial; they are leadership. Ten Hag has to develop his ego control. We've all seen the spats with Ronaldo, Sancho, and even young Garnacho. That doesnt create a winning squad. Ten Hag lost the locker room using his erratic technique. Bad is his players' mistrust of him.

The Glazers have to become awake as this isnt working. Ten Hag can offer his vision all he wants, but it is pointless if players never buy it. To unite, inspire, and play like Manchester United, a leader must be Change is required right now.

What is man without his ego! As a manager in charge of the team I am sure whatever he was doing was in the intent of moving the team forward, just maybe he pushed it too hard. But I do concur to your points of unity and trust between a coach of a team and his players, that bond must be there to move the team forward. However, Ten Hag must have learnt his lessons on that weakness side of him, we saw how the team later got a bit improved towards the end of the season than it was at the start. Giving him another chance to pilot the team was a great choice by the Glazer's as there was no one better in the available options.

It’s not entirely Ten Hang fault although he’s also part of their problem. Injury was actually the reason for Manchester United poor performance and Ten Hang was not tactically experienced to make use of the available players and rotate them to give him a good result. Ten Hang was so relaxed and comfortable with players even when they were not making any impact on the pitch for the whole 90 minutes of play. I think in other aspects he had done a good job especially in the aspect of discipline. United took a good decision by retaining him for another season. I am actually expecting more from him this coming season having seen and escaped despite the criticism from the fans and experts.

It was as it should be for both of them to be able to put aside personal matters, if it concerns the interests of the team, where the team's goal must be a priority above anything else because that is basically their obligation to the team that has paid them. Are you really sure on what you are saying? I mean the  sentence I made bold, because I can't remember Mauricio pochettino winning any trophy for Chelsea football club, though his sacking was actually brutal and unfair, I also feels like they should have left him at least one more season, because the players were starting to understand and get used to his playing style.

But what I heard was that the major reason he was sacked was because he wants to be in control on who goes in and out of the club, something that Todd boehly and co loves doing, and that is the major reason Chelsea are struggling till today, since they took over from roman abrahimovic, they knows nothing about football and transfer, but they have refused to let people that knows the job do it, till changes are made concerning recruitment policies at Chelsea, I don't see them winning anything tangible in the nearest future.

If we say that this big hole has been closed with the presence of new coach Arne Slot, it cannot be guaranteed with certainty because Liverpool is big team and we have not seen how Arne Slot handles Liverpool and really handles the team well.
But whether we like it or not, we still have to believe in Arne Slot ability to be able to carry the burden left by Klopp and be able to work well according to everyone expectations.
We all know how Klopp has performed so far and how Klopp has led Liverpool to experience the bittersweetness of competition in several competitions, what is clear is that Liverpool chose Arne Slot, which means that he is quite great and able to make everyone believe in his abilities.
Moreover, he have contract for three seasons with Liverpool, I think this is enough time for Arne Slot to be able to achieve his glory days with Liverpool in the Premier League or other European competitions.

I was a bit annoyed and very underwhelmed at first when Slot was announced as the new manager. There’s nothing that can be done now though and we have to get behind him.

Slot did well in Holland so as Liverpool fans we just have to get behind him I have tickets for the first two PL games at Anfield so I will begin the season backing him, fingers crossed he can match or even surpass what Klopp did at Liverpool.

This is what I mean by that big hole, Jurgen Klopp Liverpool will probably be very different from Arne Slot Liverpool. Liverpool performance has been tested and is able to maintain its performance consistently, now the condition is still gray since the change of coach. The pressure will always be there when a coach starts his career with a new club, he must be able to maintain the team's performance like when he was under Klopp and build good chemistry between himself and the players. One of the burdens borne by Arne is the achievements that Klopp has brought to Liverpool, he will always be under Klopp's shadow if he fails to present a trophy for Liverpool.
