Well, the club should have been more patient and given more time to the coaches who came there. Because one season will not be enough to build a truly perfect squad. The Chelsea owner is not aware that the fault that happened to Chelsea actually lies in him being impatient in making decisions, any great coach needs time to adapt. Maybe the difference in profession between Abramovich and Todd Boehly is what makes Chelsea's handling different. Chelsea are currently starting to lean towards building a totality team with a young squad, but I don't think that guarantees that they can succeed if there is no support from experienced players, Pochettino has certainly built a strong foundation at Chelsea today but indeed it is still not satisfactory enough for Todd Boehly, I think if Chelsea wants to compete with Arsenal and Manchester City again,  Of course they must be able to create better squad depth but still all of that requires a long process like what Arsenal has done so far.

Even though the new Chelsea owner has a different approach in building the squad and managing it, this is actually a normal thing. Many people on the board have changed since Todd Boehly was at the helm, as has the player and coaching structure. This is a new era of Chelsea that cannot be expected to be like before, but every fan can hope that Chelsea can be as successful as before if they are patient.

Building a competitive squad is a costly, long process and requires sacrifice, meaning success cannot be expected to come anytime soon even though Chelsea have a sizable budget ready to invest. You really need to pay attention to the strategic approach in recruiting players and coaches, but yes, many people are starting to dislike Chelsea now.
