Chelsea are gradually coping with Nicolas Jackson and I also believe he's going to be one of the best strikers in the English Premier League. He just needs more time to build up and become formidable in sectional rounds. Chelsea needs a top striker in the club and Victor Osimhen was one of the top priority to sign but everything turn out to become poor for the club. Osimhen declined the offer following the wages structure of the team, it reduced heavily and this was not suitable on the part of the played. Osimhen has best reasons for turning down these deals and having to focus on other priorities.

Chelsea have no other option than to keep and adapt to Jackson’s situation, they need to coach him very well in order to be consistent so that he can be of help to the team since their were unable to sign Victor Osimhen.
Jackson’s problem is inconsistency, he is not reliable because he can do better today and flops tomorrow, but if he is consistent, he is a good striker that knows how to play ball.
Ranking him among the best strikers in the EPL is not proper, he is a good striker but behind several strikers like Haaland, Watkins, and others.

Yes, it must be done by Chelsea because Nicolas Jackson himself is one of Chelsea main attacking players and can play well, last season his performance was very prominent with Chelsea even though it was his first season.
He is still quite young and his position with Chelsea is very much needed, if he can be developed well and has more experience then in the future Nicolas Jackson can become very sharp and dangerous front line player, but on the other hand Chelsea must also consider efforts to improve all positions.

I think the Manchester United board have patience with Erik Ten Hag. I will definitely blame coach Ten Hag for such a bad situation of Manchester United. I don't even know why Manchester United didn't sack Ten Hag and hire a more experienced coach. Mehn why is it always the coach that is the problem? If a player makes terrible mistakes, it's always the coach to be blamed for losing the match. We all saw how the Manchester United players were full of mistakes, players we do not expect to be seeing such mistakes from. Imagine losing so much ball in your central midfield as a team what do you expect when the midfield is weak? Of course, your opponent is going to utilize those opportunities and shoot on target. That is what has been the case of Manchester United. The only mistake Ten Hag is making is the fact that he has refused to sell those fucking players on the team. The endless defeats against Liverpool feel much more painful and it must be repeated every season. Thinking that Manchester United can win is a mistake and they keep making mistakes that make them look very bad. One incident that made me dejavu was the ridiculous defense against Brighton happened again against Liverpool and we could see Szoboslai and Luiz Diaz so free before he finally scored a goal with a header.

On the other hand, we can see that Arne Slot is much better than Erik ten hag especially in his first season handling Liverpool he did not make major player changes and still used the same squad as in the Jurgen Klopp era. Finally I see someone who shares my viewpoint right about overhauling this Manchester united team, although i opted for a gradual but quick overhauling. Before the summer transfer I remember emphasizing in few of my comments about a systematic overhauling of Manchester united squad due to how many of the players in the club who are no more in their best form to produce the needed result for the task ahead on Ten Hag taking the team back to it's glory days. Their continuous stay in the team makes Ten Hag efforts to improving the performance of the team unrealistic and the quicker the management of the club recognize this fact and act on it the better for the success of the club in staying competitive and winning matches.

I agree with you. Chelsea will repeat the same thing this season. And I'm pretty sure that's what will happen. Last season we saw Chelsea win by big margins in several matches. I even remember Chelsea beating teams like Tottenham by a big margin. But even then the team's performance was erratic throughout the season. Except for the last few games of the season, this team probably won't win three games in a row. After watching Chelsea's impressive performance against Wolves this season, our expectations of this team were high. And in the match against Crystal Palace most gamblers bet on Chelsea to win. I already know that Eric Ten Hang is an average couch and I don't think he's bringing anything good to Manchester united again after staying this long with no improvement. However, what I don't understand is how he's maintaining his ego and arrogance. You'll see other couch feeling remorseful when they're not performing as expected but Ten Hang will always try to bring up a story or history to justify his incompetent. That bald man has no regret ever and his pride is making things more difficult for him. If a Truth the issue around Manchester United isn't a regular one, there are some complexity that can be traced around it, somehow after seeing that game yesterday, I had this strong urge for Manchester United to literally embark on an overhauling of the  team because almost every aspect of the team was filled with so much of unorganized and patterns less play, the few good players are even flopping gradually because they have dwelled so long in an environment that isn't supportive of improvement greatly, it's very possible if some of these player's exit Manchester United they may do better out there. I think the root of the problems at this club lies in the existence of a competition system between players within the squad itself. All players compete to attract more attention to get more plays or something like that. This competition brings quite visible pressure. Where sometimes the players seem to play uncomfortably. And sometimes their teamwork doesn't seem so good. The chemistry in the team looks quite weak. Maybe if there are big changes in the squad then there will indeed be a better improvement. But let's see first whether MU will improve this season or not. The season is still long and I think we have to give this squad more time.

Yeah I will not say that it is fully the fault of the coach or fully the mistake of players but both have to be blamed.

I refuse to blame the players for Manchester United's poor performance this season. The main reason for this is that Ten Hag was given ample opportunity to build his squad with players of his choice. And Ten Hag has built his squad with the players he wants. Manchester United bought Antony and Hojlund at a high price. But the team does not get better performance than them.
