Well the league is still fresh and on the long run several big teams would start facing injury crisis and different setbacks like dressing room issues moreover Liverpool didn't participate fully in the previous transfer window so they may lack squad depth when injury hits. However Arteta is a proven EPL experienced manager that's finished in 2nd position twice in a role and added to this squad in the concluded transfer window so I believe his team Arsenal got more chances as title contenders compared to Liverpool.
