However, I am happy that my bet worked for me. I bet on Brighton to win or draw, and it was a fruitful one. It is just unfortunate that Aston Villa failed to win Manchester United and also Chelsea failed to win Nottingham Forest. I've been on a loss, during the UCL match days and in the EPL games today. So frustrating. Well, we go again next week.

Don't give up you have to try again until you get lucky. Manchester United were lucky that they didn't lose again Aston villa, Chelsea having a draw to Nottingham was expected but I was disappointed that more goals weren't scored as I predicted a 2:2 score. Today game was very entertaining to me as I enjoyed Brighton Vs Tottenham game the most. Tottenham were leading by 2 goals in the first half and everything was looking so good for Tottenham but they forgot that they were away to Brighton and it was Brighton at home. Brighton came into the second half with a mission to win a and they did it in style. Coming from a 2 goal loss to winning 3-2 is mind blowing.

Manchester City performed extraordinary, their players had good performance and a good mentality. The proof was that Manchester City was able to turn things around when Fulham was the first to score a goal through Andreas' kick, but fortunately the Manchester City players had players with a strong mentality so they were able to return the goal through Kovacic's kick and his performance were certainly very impressive in that match because in the end Manchester City was able to win the match against Fulham with a score of 3-2.

but I was amazed by the Fulham players, they played optimally and well and of course I personally was nervous because I was afraid that my bet would lose because I bet on Manchester City winning, but fortunately Manchester City won and of course the heroes in that match were of course Kovacic and J.Doku Both of their kicks were so accurate and right on target that the Fulham goalkeeper couldn't block their kicks.

Manchester City was able to come from behind to beat Fulham yesterday but to be honest, I don't think it was a convincing win for the reigning English champions. Manchester City seems to be struggling to win games since their key midfield player Rodri picked up injury last month in their game against Arsenal. If not for Mateo Kovacic's brilliance and Jeremy Doku's late stunning strike in the game, Manchester City would've probably lost points in the game. Pep Guardiola must find a playing style that'll help the club win games effortlessly like before if he truly wants to retain the league title

Chelsea's performance today from wasn't at all impressive as i had taught they will do much better but it turns out they were unable to get a second goal after the first until the end of the game, i was considering their performance so far and had taught they will be bale to get even ahead in the game as they have scored above three goals so far in the last three games and so this games was one i supposed much easier than that which they had done in the last three games so i expected not just a win but one with more goals and so when i didn't find it that way, it got me disappointed that i lost some form of confidence in them and again it made me went back to my taught that Chelsea may not be in their best form just yet as they are yet to add consistency to that which they are doing.

Yesterday we all saw how difficult it is for Haaland to score any goal in the game. I often say that he is a talented goal scorer but not someone you can rely on when the game seems hard and difficult to win. If not for Doku's last goal it would have been a draw game again after the last draw game in the previous week.

If Manchester City cannot win a game easily without their midfielder Rodri then they are not ready for any title this season. They are the champions of the EPL league, winning should be a problem if they are one man down. De Brune was out of season some seasons back, yet City won the league without his input. They can still do that now without Rodri if they remain focused.

Honestly, their performance yesterday was poor and they have to improve if not, poor results will be on them.

The visitors came back to life and the way they handled the game was as if it was Chelsea that got the red card, Nottingham Forest kept on pressing and if it wasn't for how brilliant Sanchez was Chelsea would have lost the game, to be honest both goalkeepers did their very best to stop all the shot that came at them, I applaud both shot stoppers.

I stopped writing off Nottingham Forest no matter who the opponent is as they have surprised me a couple of times this season. Didn't they also win a game against Liverpool? It's crazy as they are a pretty small club usually and yet they obviously make the most out of their potential and Chelsea wasted a huge chance to establish themselves at the top of the table. These lost points hurt them a lot without a doubt and if they finally want to make it back to the top and at least play in the Champions League again, then this result is certainly supposed to be an accident.

Yes, despite being rated higher and having home field advantage, Chelsea had to struggle to only get 1 point against Nottingham in round 7. Chelsea's impressive run was halted as Nottingham Forest claimed they were a tough opponent for the Blues. Although Nottingham had to play with one less man because Ward-Prowse received a red card.  Chelsea still could not break down Nottingham's solid defense. Goalkeeper Matz Sels played a superb game to help Nottingham withstand Chelsea's pressure, especially after the visitors were forced to play with one less man. On the other side of the field, Sanchez also made some amazing saves, helping Chelsea avoid a humiliating defeat at Stamford Bridge.

However, their luck is still there, Chelsea still maintains fourth place in the Premier League table because Aston Villa could not beat MU in the match taking place at the same time.

No I won't say they started panicking brother, the Nottingham Forest woke up after the red card, Chelsea are the ones that was panicking to me because almost all the balls was thrown into the 18 yard box of the Blues and they had to defend and try to counter. If the Forest team was under much pressure they wouldn't have had the courage to always play like they have 11 men one the pitch, Chelsea messed up big time.
So if they were playing against a team like Liverpool or Arsenal is this how they would have handled the game? And it still pains me that Enzo Maresca can not introduce Nkunku, Neto and Felix or even Mudryk early enough to come win the game for the Blues. These guys need to always play alongside Cole Palmer, they'll become deadly playing together not playing this clown called Madueke, he's not suppose to be spending too much time on the pitch, he's just as selfish as his footwork. This game won't have ended in a draw if Chelsea have those guys on the pitch.

The match that should have been won by Chelsea but in the end the draw ended this match, of course Chelsea had many opportunities in the first half and failed but in the second half Nottm Forest managed to break into Chelsea's goal first but it didn't take long for Chelsea players to be able to equalize through Madueke's goal, and a good opportunity when the player was brought on for Nttm Forest but in fact Chelsea had difficulty in getting the winning goal.

Chelsea have been pretty good lately but in this match it was quite difficult because Nttm Forest tended to play quite tightly in the lower line so that they Palmer couldn't do much, it's a shame but they Chelsea are currently in 4th position with Aston Villa with the same points, but I am quite proud of Chelsea's development under Enzo Maresca and I think they will be the most competitive team this season.

Before this season beginning, there was less expectation on Chelsea because of their crisis last season. With some positive signals from Pochettino and performances in latest months of last season, they can hope the departure of Pochettino causes big doubt on their performance in this season under a new coach.

Their performances in early matches are very good and far from any expectation at season start, this draw is a disappointed result because it can not help Chelsea continuing their race with top clubs. They did not get 3 points but with 1 point, it's better than a defeat and it is not their last match in this season, so with 31 more matches, Chelsea have many opportunities to improve and climb up higher than a fourth position that they're holding now.

I had the distinct feeling that Man UTD will hold Aston Villa to a draw. It's like a pattern; whenever Erik's future gets threatened as coach of the club and the management gives him ultimatums, you'd find him picking up and righting his wrongs because on a normal day, Man UTD weren't supposed to hold Aston Villa down being as they haven't been performing greatly.
 Check the two games he was given to deliver else he'd be sacked and you'd notice he gave them something to relax a bit about. Yes, it's not three points but at least it's better than a loss on the road and being that their away form haven't been impressive of late, getting a point from a club that has enough confidence and ball control is something to be happy over.

Manchester United gets a draw against Aston Villa, but it feels like a loss to me.  And i hope Manchester United owners, Glazer and Ineos, have some sense and fire Ten Hag as soon as possible. I meant if one of them saw their club's gameplay at Villa Park. They should know by now that Ten Hag is not a good guy to manage their club even longer. Their club once again gets the worst start in Premier League. Does it sound good to you?

Manchester United is sitting at 14th in the league. They have a negative GD. They have zero wins in Europe. A draw is not a good result for them. They're a team that spent a lot of money to rebuild their club, and it seems it doesn't pay off.

Hopefully, the club owners don't believe Ten Hag's silly claim that "we are heading in a good direction."

Chelsea should have learned how to settle the low block. We struggled against Nottingham Forest. Palmer was well contained for most of the game. I think this is the blueprint to beat us. We have too many chances not taken and many poor set pieces. We also committed too many useless fouls in the second half.

I must admit it's a tough game for us. It's getting worse when our opponent wastes time, and it has gone unpunished all game. And the referee is a disgrace.

But we still got a point at home.

It's really unlucky when I was just waiting for the results of 1 more match but actually experienced a defeat at the end caused by Chelsea unfortunately this club was only able to get a draw against Nothingham forest even though I thought Chelsea could win considering that lately Chelsea has appeared impressive even though their opponent got a red card in the 78th minute Chelsea should have been able to take advantage of that moment but unfortunately Chelsea couldn't add to the score to win.

It's great to see them taking three points before this game against Nothingham Forest but I don't want to say too much about them until I see them play games against clubs like, Manchester United, Liverpool, Newcastle United, Arsenal Aston Villa and also Newcastle. This are the top boys in the Premier League Competition they're yet to play. If they can get positive results from this game, then they can go very far. Most importantly, they need to work on their defense as they don't have Impressive and strong defense asides Cucurella, Cowill, Tosin and lastly Malo Gusto. Asides them, the rest are either match rusty or naturally floppy disk!

Chelsea should have learned how to settle the low block. We struggled against Nottingham Forest. Palmer was well contained for most of the game. I think this is the blueprint to beat us. We have too many chances not taken and many poor set pieces. We also committed too many useless fouls in the second half.

I must admit it's a tough game for us. It's getting worse when our opponent wastes time, and it has gone unpunished all game. And the referee is a disgrace.

But we still got a point at home.

Chelsea always have their own way of performance this season, if they did well in 2 of their previous games that everyone thinks is going to be hard, they will get an easy but  in their next game you see them struggling to even get a point in a game they're suppose to win without stress they'll lose. Like I don't understand if they have it in mind that they are unstoppable if they continue winning games back to back. Yesterday's game everyone has already put it in mind that Chelsea will smash Nottingham Forest but they struggled and shared point with the visitors, since they couldn't beat Nottingham Forest is it Liverpool they can beat? Because that's one hell of a difficult team to go against. Let's see what Enzo Maresca and his boys will bring after the break.
