Difficult to find a couch that would replace Ten Hang? I don't think it's that difficult but Manchester united board is not really interested in finding a replacement for Ten Hang at the moment. Several qualified couches are out there without job presently and I'm very sure some of them will be very much interested in the job.

I read somewhere yesterday that they are planning on bringing back Ole gunner and the last interview of Ole that I watched, he responded positively when asked whether he will be interested to take a job at united when call upon and the old man was very delighted from his response. Although, bringing back former couch is not ideal in my opinion after seeing what happened with Frank Lampard on his returning back to Chelsea after his first disappointment.

However, I do believe that Ole would make a better decision as compared to Ten Hang at the moment because Ten Hang seems to be confused and depressed. The pressure and criticism alone from the fans and media houses is enough to make him depressed and run out of ideas. Things are really getting worse for him but I hope the break will give him some relief and make a fresh start when the league resumes.

There is nothing wrong with trusting your coach and believing that something better would come out someday from him. Believe me Arsenal fans have faced a lot of challenges in the past but they were expecting that the glory will be back soon. But in the second season and in the current third season we have only seen the disappointing results obtained by Man United with Ten Hag. How can the club be so happy in such situation? I just feel there is something we don’t know about their relationship that is still keeping him in the club. He has some achievements in the past and he’s still hoping he can get something from this season as the head coach of the team. To Manchester United’s management, they may feel that they still have  a lot of time before they will totally lose hope in the club and the manager not to achieve anything this season, but for now, they feel they can win something. I'm not a Manchester United fan but I feel very bad for the club at this point. The reason why the club's management have refused to sack Erik ten Hag despite his consistent poor results with the club is yet to be revealed but I don't think there's any reason that should justify the club management's decision to retain him.
The support the Dutchman have been enjoying from the club management is another reason why he's refused to improve because to him, his job isn't in any risk wether he gets good results or not. Maybe the club management is very okay with how the club have been reduced to an average club.

Everyone is as surprised as you are and one can only wonder why the management have taken sides with ETH at this time that it is obvious he has not been so lucky at Manchester United. The most enjoyable thing for Liverpool this season is when they have a replacement coach who is also equally great in terms of quality. Arne Slot not only changed tactics but he managed to continue the legacy left by Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool is in the most ideal situation to win trophies, the Reds can compete with Man City and Arsenal this season thanks to the very right policy from Liverpool's top brass. Not many clubs that have just brought in a coach can immediately sync like Arne Slot with Liverpool. The transition process they went through was quite successful.

Liverpool can be said to be really lucky as some coaches don't really get to make good results already immediately they take charge of the team but with Liverpool they get along with the coach almost immediately and are already winning their games and making good progress since this season, its okay to say that Liverpool had a better replacement or their coach and are now doing just great as they were with their former coach which for them means progress and hopes of getting much from this season this season than they had last season.

As an Arsenal fan, I was very surprised with Liverpool's performance this season under Arne Slot; I was expecting him to have some hard times to adapt to the whole situation around Premeier League but he was very lucky to keep on with the players Klopp left in the team which are very good, he just built good relationship with them and they are fighting for the Premier League title, which is very amazing.

But having a good start dosen't guarantee a good ending; he can also drop points just as any other teams are dropping because thats how the Premier League is, he has experienced it in their 1-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest at Anfield, and he is yet to play against big teams which will be among what will determine their succcess in the title race even though they are capable of getting points against big teams like Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United. Lets wait and see how they can perform against these big teams then we can predict if they can be capable of winning the title.
