From the player rating it indicates he performed very well, I would say one thing, if every goal keeper have a very good defense they would perform very well, I think that was what Onana was lacking at Manchester United. At his former team Manchester United Onana is bound to face at least over 5 shot per match which is very bad. If we could all recall, at inter Milan he had very little to do, the inter defense where doing a very good job at the back.

Are you guys still surprised to see Onana doing great in his new team? I'm not surprised to see his rating and in fact, I would be surprised if he failed to perform very well. From the recent records, we've seen many of Manchester United that left and turn things around in their new clubs.

We saw the same thing with Anthony, Sancho and Rashford as well. Before their departure to a new club, Manchester United and fans believed they were the problem but realised they were not after their departure but the problem persists. To put it straight, Onana is not the first in this regard and I'm happy for him because he was innocently blamed for Manchester united predicament during his stays at the club.

Manchester United's performance has been erratic this  season. They  have spent a lot of money. But even then we have not seen a better performance from them. They have won only one match. And  have lost points in all three matches.

They performed terrible last season and Ruben Amorim was given a full summer for player transfers, trainings and friendly matches in order to improve the team. So far it's really hard to say he has succeeded with this task and even I saw some good signals but in general Ruben Amorim has yet done a good enough job for the club. Losing to two big opponents like Arsenal and Manchester City is bad but there is doubt like will Manchester United play better when facing with smaller opponents.

They will try to keep Ruben Amorim and see how it goes in coming months as I still think it is early to sack Ruben Amorim after only first four matches. As from their experience, they know that sacking Ruben Amorim now will put them into a chaotic season again. It's not what they want but Ruben Amorim must try more and improve the team performances, else he will unavoidably be sacked, just a matter of time.

Even  though they could win against Burnley, they were lucky to win. Manchester United secured the victory by scoring a goal from a penalty in the last minute of the match.

I was very disappointed with  United's performance in yesterday's match against Manchester city. They performed very badly. Especially in the first half, United's players were  able to make only 1 shot. Despite changing the match strategy in the second half, United could not score any goal. Instead, they conceded two goals.

I had a feeling that the game might end up the way it did but I also hoped that united would try to give city a tough time to at least make up for all the times they underperformed. They couldn't even score a single goal, this just tells you how bad the club is currently. United are known for playing well against big teams but things are really different tht season. After the money spent and changes made there is no improvement

Manchester United's defense is weak, we have seen this for the last few seasons. Even Onana's performance was not good at Manchester United. After leaving the team, Manchester United players perform well with new teams. Last season we saw Antony's performance. This season Onana is also doing well.

Manchester United bought Senne Lammens for 21 million this season. Manchester United management probably loves to waste money. They should have finalized the deal with Martinez. Martinez is a great goalkeeper. But instead of doing that, they bought an inexperienced goalkeeper like Senne Lammens.

Winning goals that just scored before the end of the match are often considered to be just luck, and it seems Liverpool have that luck because it's not the only time they've experienced it, but it would be unfair to think it was just pure luck because Liverpool really tried hard to get those goals and I think Liverpool achieved that dramatic victory because they also possessed a winning mentality. Teams with a winning mentality usually have good composure, so they can get out of difficult situations they face.

Many people conclude like that with a high mentality, actually thanks to the hard work done by the Liverpool team to win the championship, there is no meaning of coincidence when scoring a goal which is all done with their achievements by emphasizing teamwork on the field.

Liverpool seems to be getting very lucky this season. Sunday was another luck narrow escape for Liverpool, I couldn’t believe Burnley would be able to hold Liverpool down, almost stopping them from scoring until the final minutes of the game even with 10 men.

Burnley played the parked truck tactics and hoped for the best, no other team will try these tactics in a real game against Liverpool. Arsenal didn't play this way and still was toothless against Liverpool last time, there is zero chance any major team will try to defend themselves 90 minutes and have the same luck as Burnley in the CL. Other than Juventus and maybe Inter I don't know a single major team that can actually play this anti game stuff.

Nevertheless, Liverpool remains a strong team. Last season, they won the league with a deserved points difference. Although some matches may have had factors of luck for the team to win, Liverpool still deserved to win the matches, and now they are the only team to win all 4 of their opening matches this season. Liverpool may be even stronger this season, and it won't be easy to compete with them. Man City might have Haaland, who has already scored 5 goals, but he has to work hard to help Man City catch up with Liverpool.

Maybe his planning to play badly in the league and sending Nottingham Forest to the second half of the table while concentrating fully on the Europa league just as he did with Tottenham. But you can't get lucky twice just like that. The part were he talked about winning trophy for Nottingham Forest wasn't really necessary if you ask me.

But do you think these things can really happen? I've always thought that you can't lose matches on purpose to go to an easier league and try to win it. It certainly doesn't have the same prestige as winning the Champions League,certainly tactical but not right

Honestly even when a coach is trying  to shift focus and attention to a particular trophy, loosing games in another competition usually is not part of their strategy because  they need the winnings to help their confidence in the other league games so I do not want to buy into the ideas that he is loosing on purpose to enable him focuse more on winning  the europa and that is not exactly what he did at Tottenham actually.

Liverpool recorded a victory and their accounts was secured it doesn't matter how many goals they scored or how they scored it through most important thing is that they were able to win the game. No team is better than Liverpool in the league this season they are the only unbeaten team in the league if you underestimate them it's going to be wrong only you expected them to lose doe that your team can overtake them and they didn't happen.

I don't think we can blame Onana for Manchester United's poor performance. No matter how good a goalkeeper is, if the defenders aren't playing well, I think the results will certainly be less than ideal, and that's what's currently happening to Manchester United. They currently have a blunt attack, a disorganized midfield, and a poor defense. Therefore, it's no wonder Manchester United's performance is so poor. Of the four matches Manchester United have played, they've only won one.

So, with that in mind, I believe Manchester United's current problem isn't just with Onana as their goalkeeper. Essentially, all of the players and coaches are simply unable to work together well. That's why Manchester United is currently slumping back to a lower ranking. And I don't know how long Manchester United's poor performance will last. What's clear is that Manchester United needs a major overhaul in all areas. I think that's a solution that might sound excessive but I think it's the right suggestion.

Liverpool can never be underestimated. However, I personally am still unsure whether Liverpool can be considered lucky or not. Like in the match against Burnley, I actually saw Liverpool as unlucky. They kept controlling the ball but couldn't really create many meaningful attacks. That's not like them. However, their victory does show that Liverpool were still lucky. But the victory was a fair result. In fact, Liverpool should have scored more goals.

Liverpool still has weaknesses at the back this season. And these weaknesses weren't really visible last season. I hope Arne Slot really addresses them soon, because if Liverpool face another strong team, I worry about their defense.

And the funny thing is that Amorim still remains loyal to its 3 defender formation even though it doesn't always work well or even useless if the opposing team has fast players, besides that, Amorim's mistake in this match was implementing a fairly high defense, it's good because with this application they control possession of the ball but you can see the results, not a single goal was able to be scored by his troops. It seems that Amorim will still go through the same difficulties as last season.

The way it has been with the manager at Sporting CP can never be the same with these sets of players at UTD because they lack so much to maintain the use of that formation and I'll keep saying this that Chelsea are the only club I saw used such formation and it worked perfectly well. Playing a 3-4-2-1 with two CB who are only better if they're in-between the right back and left back, but on this occasion you can't allow them to be too exposed to an attacker who's having so much hunger for goals talking about Haaland [I must say, that Haaland has been different this season, he's doing pretty well this campaign], instead of playing a 3 man defense Amorim should have tried playing a 5 man defense knowing fully well that his back 3 are incompetent for that job. Yoro is not active in that game and Matthijs de Ligt is not helping matters and we know how fast Manchester City are, ones they get past the midfielders it is finished for UTD...I feel that formation is not helping the players to do their thing and is slowing their strength, that's why Amorim is suppose to know what kind of formation suit the players and their opponent.

I think that this tactical choice is mainly dictated by the players in the squad and it is not a given that they are fit for another type of formation, we cannot say that it is wrong or that he should put another one, we have to understand if his technical choices are forced due to a lack

Manchester United have ruined most potentials than we could possibly think of. For how long will this continue? To be pouring blames on the goalkeepers and putting them under substantial pressure? It's fine for a team goalie to make blunders afterall the players do make such while either in position to score goal or provide crucial assist on the pitch. Andre Onana was under more pressure than anyone else in the team and that made me completely lost his confidence and couldn't make good use of opportunities when was offered one.

Even the fans do booed him each time he had contact wight the ball, he's no bots but human that has feelings and breakable if hurting. Ruben Amorim might find another excuse to give us because everyone is already becoming fed up with the way things are going at Old Trafford, how can an elite team like the Red Devils play 4 EPL games, having a statistical data of 1W 1D 2L which unacceptable for them. Ruben Amorim needs to start focusing on solving the problem because his days as Manchester United headcoach are number.

After watching yesterday's match between Man City and Man United, I saw that Man City's performance has improved and it seems that Man City has the potential to rise again. Therefore, I think that any club facing Man City in the next match should be wary because I can see that the Man City players have regained their confidence and are performing even better.

Don’t predict completely because Man City defeated Manchester United, Manchester United this season is not even a strong team currently. I see a lot happening with Manchester United basically no structure, players leaving the club etc so Manchester United lack form and I’m not surprised about the win like I predicted Man City will defeat Manchester United but, I was not expecting such goal difference not even a goal from United. I know Man City is a competitive team meanwhile they didn’t prove the point we expected I guess the team is making some amends just hope they get back because we all want a tough season.

Man City will be facing Arsenal next match, what do you think about this match viewing both teams are considered strong going head to head. The probability of Arsenal winning Man City at Emirates is so high firstly when both teams play against each other we see a lot of hate and anger either Arsenal winning although I’m not predicting any result this time around, if Manchester city can beat Arsenal then they’re back to structure.
