If Arsenal is not careful, they might end up handing over the Premier League title to Manchester City for the 4th time. Arsenal should just make sure they don't lose any more match in the Premier League before the end of the season because if they lose points and Manchester City comes near, it will weaken their morale and create great fear among the players.

Man City have 8 games left to play, not 7, as they had one game postponed.
You guys are also forgetting that Man City will play directly against Arsenal on 19th April at home. So if Man City do everything right, they only need to make up 3 points. I don't expect Arsenal to win all the remaining 7 games. If they perform consistently to what we have seen in the 31 games already played, they are expected to earn 15.81 points, meaning they would lose 4.
The problem is that I also don't think it's likely that Man City could win all of their remaining 8 games. At this stage, all teams are desperate for points, so even playing against teams from the bottom of the table could prove to be a tough challenge.

As we said before this is the best chance for Arsenal to win the title after their attempts to always fail in the last few seasons so there should be no more reason for them to fail again, I've been saying for the past few weeks that Arsenal only need to win 5 more games because currently they are 5 points ahead. Manchester City also seem to be paving the way for them after they drew their last two games which means missing 4 points. Arsenal still have one important match next April against Manchester City, well this is one of the decisive matches.

It is mostly at the points like these, you want to see a more formidable team ready to blast all their games to their favor because it Wil be symbolic if Arsenal is able to win this trophy and even more disappointing if he lost. Which every way the wavelength takes us, we should be prepare for an outcome which will leave millions celebrating Arsenal including our selves and as an individual you will be excited to see him win and for another reason which is Arsenal's starvation from lack of Premier League premiere leagues.

What's Tottenham fate?

The last two pages of this thread is dominated by Arsenal and Manchester City discussion. It seems no one longer care about Tottenham.

Is this really where Tottenham suppose to be in the Premier League? Since last season, Tottenham has drastically declined beyond imagination. Last season, they managed to score underrated goal to beat Manchester United in the Europa league final even though they finished the season mid table. This season, it gets worse as they're heading to relegation.

I can't imagine Tottenham have played more games than the points they have this season. Played 31 games and have 30 points.

Their relegation avoidance will solely depend on West Ham, wether West Ham will win games to overtake them or they will keep on losing to still stay behind Tottenham. After looking at the table, it's only West Ham among the 3 relegation teams that looks like if they win more matches than Tottenham will automatically replace them. The likes of Wolves and Burnley looks more impossible, West Ham is only 1 point behind Tottenham with both teams having 7 matches to go unlike Wolves that's below Tottenham with 10 points which looks pretty much of a gap to overtake with a team like Wolves. Last season Tottenham almost found themselves in this position and this season they might likely be going down if West Ham happens to go above them on the league table.

Because big teams use different goalkeepers in the league and the cup. The goalkeeper who doesn't get minutes in the league ends up playing in the cup, that's what rotation is. Most managers don't make an exception for the final either. The right approach is to finish the tournament with the goalkeeper you started with. You can't expect a goalkeeper who plays once a month to be as sharp as your first-choice. Raya will keep playing in the league, Kepa will probably not play another match this season.

Seegio Romero the Argentine who played for Manchester United barely had his chance to play for Manchester United during the Premier League Competition and games but whenever he was called upon during the Europa League Competition, he gave nothing short,  I mean nothing but pure class, and Manchester United ended up winning the Europa league competition that same year with him in goal. Well, not all goalkeepers can do that and Kepa, will be fine, I hope that lose leaves him motivated.

You're right that neither Arsenal nor Manchester City will be able to sweep every remaining match. However,, I don't think it's impossible for Arsenal to sweep every match with a win. As I've just seen, the only opponents that could possibly give Arsenal a tough time are three teams: Manchester City, Newcastle, and Crystal Palace. Besides those three,, I think Arsenal should be able to beat all of them effectively.

So,, if Arsenal can beat both Manchester City and Newcastle, I think it's safe to say that Arsenal is halfway to becoming Premier League champions. But if Arsenal loses to those two teams, I think the final result will be incredibly difficult to predict. So,, given that, I think Arsenal absolutely must be able to beat Manchester City in their upcoming match. That's the only way I can make it easier for Arsenal to become Premier League champions.

Like predicted, City dropped points in a game they went in front first and couldn't hold the lead, but not the end of the race as technically this race isn't over either as Arsenal has so much to chew on as they try to bid for a double from UEFA and EPL, but if their mental wellbeing isn't in the right place.. I just feel these guys will crack  but for this season they do have a strong grip of the EPL for the much needed silverware and should reach the finish line 1st

From the beginning of the season, arsenal has been leading the chart, but most fans and pundit were till not convinced that they can win the league considering the fact that they have been a bottler, and this season, they have shown signs of throwing it away by being inconsistent in key part of the season, the only reason they are still top of the league is because Manchester City has been in a terrible form throughout the season, if you compare them to previous seasons, but right now, they are in a better position to win it this year, unless something catastrophic happens to their form and their ability to claim points in the remaining seven games of the season, aside that, I don't see how Manchester City will be crown champions this season.

Everyone talks and shits hard on Arsenal but you'll rarely see harsh criticisms on Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe. After all of the millions spent to bring in quality players, he's out of the Champions League competition,  not in a place to win the FA Cup Competition and also far from qualifying for the Champions league competition next season. I think he's been protected too much by the british media and pundits, he may keep his job until the end of the season but I can't say for the next. He should show working. I was also one of them that got disappointed for thier poor performances, people actually were expecting Arsenal could perform accurately in that match against Manchester City, because of thier current form, but I didn't blame Arteta for that rather the players, they played the way they feel like in that match, and when we wants to talk of injuries affecting, it's never a reason to me. If we could remembered how Real Madrid players were down due to injuries before thier match against Manchester city in the champions league match, all of thier key players were injured and they performed excellently well in champions league first leg, so an injury is not an excuses for not winning. They have done the best they can and the Manchester City were opportuned to achieve the victory.

I am still in shock about the Arsenal game against Manchester city yesterday like how can Mikel Arteta win trophy with that kind of fixture in a final, benching almost all that matters in the team even to the extent of benching Raya like what was he think? That lost really annoys me because i bet Arsenal winning knowing too well that they were going to win only for Mikel Arteta to ruin everything, with what just happened yesterday i'm afraid Mikel Arteta can't win any trophy this season if he continue that way he will lose everything before he knows it, just imagine what Cherki was doing with the ball even when the game was so heated very embarrassing, Mikel Arteta should just step up his game.

it's true that Arsenal could certainly have given much more than this, they were so passive, that this was honestly the most depressing match they've played so far, they absolutely had to do more, these are results that make you think and make you think that in reality this Arsenal must be careful.
