Xabi Alonso may not have performed very well in Real Madrid but I believe he will do very well in Chelsea, one of the reason why he didn't do well in Real Madrid was because he was unable to have control over the dressing home because of the big stars in Real Madrid but that won't happen in Chelsea i believe his going to have total control of Chelsea dressing home and do well in Chelsea and again the Chelsea players should bring out their mind to work with him too.

Not only are they two different people, they have different patterns and different ideas and without considering that they also have two totally different characters.
I like Xabi Alonso as a coach, it's a shame that his adventure at Real Madrid ended badly, but it wasn't his fault.

There are too many football fans sleeping on Tottenham Hotspur already. They were bad last season I admit, but sleeping on them under the new guy De Zebri?! Something I wouldn't advice.
They're already making creative moves for players already, Savinho, and others. I'd say they finish top 6 next season and qualifies for European football under him. What say you?!

Can't see any reason to consider De Zebri too experienced. He may not be a bad manager. But De Zebri cannot be considered a first-line manager either. None of the clubs he had previously managed was as renowned as tottenham. We should not expect too much. But if De Zebri can take the necessary steps to  strengthen the squad, then Tottenham may slowly  become stronger again. Major changes  are needed in Tottenham's defense and attack. If the squad is not strong , their performance will not be stable.

Xabi Alonso would have succeeded at real madrid the only problem was real Madrid is used to winning trophies so they wanted a coach who can maintain their winning legacy. Xabi Alonso was the right coach but he was under pressure too much from their management because they wanted to fast results  xabi Alonso is a coach who doesn't like working under pressure that's was why real madrid management had to terminate his contract because it wasn't working as planned. Again at Bayer leverkusen xabi Alonso wasn't under pressure which was why he succeeded in winning the trophy for his team. I think xabi will do an excellent job at Chelsea if he doesn't work under too much pressure.

More than anything, at Leverkusen they gave him the right and not the players, it should be a coach who decides who should play and who shouldn't.

Cool cool, not so experienced but he played beautiful football with Brighton and also the same with Marseille when he arrived firstly.

The Tottenham Hotspur management already made a proper apology to the home fans and how they'll correct all of their errors from last season. They're already moving fast bringing in experienced players in the league who can adapt immediately. Yeah, they're making investment in these areas. They will do nothing. It Tottenham. The same thing every transfer window, and then go into the season and do nothing. The best they will do is make the top 4, which I even doubt. Going for players like Savinho doesn't mean anything. He was at Man City, so we've seen him play. Other teams are also going for players to strengthen their squad, too.
De Zerbi is a good coach, but don't overrate him. He doesn't look like a manager who can win the Premier League, especially with a team like Tottenham. What kind of rebuild are they going to rebuild? They did not make that much money this season.
I believe they will be better than they are last season. They may qualify for European football, but there will ne nothing special about them.

There is a point to be made about how premier league winner may make more money than UCL winner. But if Xabi is a good coach you will start seeing improvements and the results right from the first few matches they play. Failure is one thing that will always come at a time in one's career before  they continue with success, if you have not failed, you would not  understand how well it feels like to get success, it is part of the lessons you will learn building your career for the success. Failure can sometimes become the redefining moment for you to either do things better and improve more than you have been. Now he will understand better as all of this are adding to his experience and he will be able to do better wherever he finds himself after.

To be honest, I think Chelsea already have a very strong team. The fact is that there are many strong and competitive teams in the Premier League, which makes it very difficult for anyone to compete for the title. If Chelsea were playing in Serie A, for example, they would win the Scudetto without too much trouble; I’m absolutely certain of that.

I think Chelsea management will give Xabi the time he needs. Because I think they are aware of his managerial talent. I think Real Madrid regrets it now. Because they didn't even give him at least a year. He might become one of the best managers of the future, but I think it was a mistake for Real Madrid not to give him that chance and to finish the season with Arbeloa.

Florentino made a mistake by not giving Xabi enough power in the dressing room, it's a shame. Arbeloa was treated like a puppet; they even said things like, "Cone, etnones, no respect." I hope Florentino wins so Mourinho can arrive. On the other hand, Riquelme said he might bring in Vicente del Bosque, but I'm not too keen on it, I'm not convinced. I don't think he's the right fit. Chelsea is one team that spends a lot of money to make the changes that they need for their team to improve but it is quite unfortunate that these changes don't really last. They show signs of improvement at some point in a particular season but after a while they start losing form all over again, I hope this doesn't happen with Xabi as their coach.

What project are you talking about?
How was the performance of Manchester United to you before carrick took over, they where at 7th position, check their last 10 matches before Carrick took over, their performance was relatively bad to even clubs we regard to as small clubs.

Carrick did not only improve the club, he changed the club from a mid table club to a top 5 club. I honestly don't get the project that Amorim was on as you said, because I didn't see any progress

Sometimes you don't need to test your luck for long, Chelsea sacking Liam Rosenior was the best decision, he was going to end the club instead of making it better, at least Maresca didn't bring the club to bottom, Chelsea was still in a good spot with hope to recover better, but Liam took the club for a very bad turn.

Realising coaches that has a future for the club is important, Xabi needs to be put on a test too, if he is performing as expected, Chelsea don't mind giving him enough time and space to build the club over some years to be able to compete for both Premier League title and Champions League title, during that period, the club can be winning other trophies.
