Pep's story speaks for him, a coach who has won wherever he has coached, i think that City will struggle a little more without his guidance, especially after the habits given for years by Guardiola on the way of playing, however Enzo Maresca did well with Chelsea and in my opinion if he doesn't decide to change everything he can do very well.

I don't think that Manchester City will suffer next season because of the game strategy that Pep has implant in them and it's enough to take them far if possible, win the title next season with the aid of Maresca direction and guidance. Maresca might not fail the way people are saying it,you might be surprise that he will be the second Pep.

There aren't that many big moves going on in City at the moment, and if Pep was in charge of this team for a decade and failed twice in a row for the past two years, how could they do very good when he leaves? It is clear that Maresca has taken over a job that nobody should have taken over if they think of a long career at big clubs. Sure Maresca will always be managing teams but not sure if "premier league title team" will be in his books after this.

Because City is about to have the worst year in their last decade, I am sure of it. You do not get a new manager for a two time failed team with a expectation of winning the league. Could it be a win for them? Sure, Klopp was amazing, incredible, I loved Klopp, but the year he left, Slot managed to win the league title, so Maresca could get lucky like that too.

Of a truth Manchester united’s lost today is not as a result of lack of quality or inconsistency but because of experimental and tactical decisions made by the coach to figure out if there can be a possible hidden potential in the B team of Manchester United in case of necessity or need arises for introduction.  To start with, I truly commend the coach's decisions but it should have been more precise when united would have been leading before making such introduction because football is a game of history.

Different managers taking over after a long-serving predecessor usually spells disaster, and clubs often spend years trying to find their identity again. But maybe City won't have that problem. Maresca is a good coach, and it'll be interesting to see if he can put all the pieces together quickly. Or maybe it'll be a quick bye-bye for him instead.

During guardiola time at Manchester city they didn't suffer managerial issues. Pep guardiola was a great manager,he manage city well and the players were at a top form before and after he left city. So Maresca wouldn't have to start from the scratch building the team because he took over a stronger and well coordinated team from guardiola. The season will be tough,maresca can't rely on the players pep guardiola bought which is why he still buying players. So far maresca has signed three quality players, I think he isn't done yet he might still sign extra players to strengthen Manchester city squad ahead of the upcoming season.

During the time of pep no matter how bad  there situation might be they will still find a way of winning something that is one thing I love about pep the guy is very committed to his job and now that is  Maresca turn I think he would have picked one or two things from pep and pep is one of the best coaches that real Madrid could ever have and we are already smelling that the season is going to be tough we don't know the kind of moves that he wants to be taking and I think he will need to buy players at least to strengthen the performance of the club and we have the same thing mind because when you have fresh players it will always help with the performance of the club Manchester City they don't even much to do.

I don't take club friendlies that serious but I can tell you that friendly matches are part of things to take serious. How can Carrick used almost all the available players but they couldn't score one goal? All of that for 90 minutes match and they couldn't score one goal. I feel the game was poorly plan but thank goodness it ended in friendly match, the coach can take correction and adjust before the season start otherwise it will not to be funny for them.

This one that people are saying Carrick will take the Premier League title this season and push the team to a better place in the Champions League. This might be harder than we expected, there is no way Manchester united are going to win anything with this performance. Wrexham made their first goal in the first half, let's say Manchester United were not ready in the first half, the second half should have been a chance but they couldn't.

Pre season or not, it not acceptable to see Manchester United losing to Wrexham. Considering how they ended the season in a flying momentum, we expected them to trash Wrexham. The first half was a very poor one from Manchester United, they played poorly and it was as if it was as not the team we watched last season. Though most of their key players was unavailable but still it not an excuse.

There best player for me today was their new signing from Chelsea Andrey Santos, he really Played well and he gave a lot of why they decided to sign him. I believe he will do well at the club when the season starts. I’m impressed today by him.

Wait Manchester United lost to this team? Honestly I'm not aware of this match, but i feel disappointed if Manchester United actually Started this game with this squad and lost. Michael Carrick needed victory in this match and that's why he played most of his first eleven. I know it's friendly game which they might not take seriously, but in my opinion, it's too early to start the season with a poor result. People are anticipating a strong performance from Manchester United especially as they will participate in the champions league.

I don’t expect problem form Manchester City management when Maresca take over, he has been on the team for long and stayed with Pep Guardiola under Manchester City management, and he has coached Chelsea for a while and has helped the team won Club World Cup, which means he will do well since he have experience on coaching big teams, therefore, he will do better at Manchester City.

It's too simplistic to put it that way. Although he was Pep's assistant, it was only a year before he moved to Leicester, and I don't think that was a very long time. So it's quite reasonable that people are quite doubtful about Enzo's ability to lead City next season. But at least Enzo isn't completely blind to Manchester City's culture, so that's what makes the management still have hope that he can continue what Pep built --- and with the support of reliable players, they still have hope to compete at the top of the Premier League.

I'm surprised that I didn't know about this game today, Manchester United Lost to Wrexham and this is a club we are expecting a lot from next season. Well, there are lots of things to be considered here, perhaps they didn't take the match seriously because it's just club friendlies but that isn't really is a good reason why a team like Manchester United would lose to Wrexham. I'm surprised that I didn't know about this game today, Manchester United Lost to Wrexham and this is a club we are expecting a lot from next season. Well, there are lots of things to be considered here, perhaps they didn't take the match seriously because it's just club friendlies but that isn't really is a good reason why a team like Manchester United would lose to Wrexham. Manchester United should have won against Wrexham considering that United is a big club that has a strong influence when playing against Wrexham, losing is very embarrassing as a Manchester United supporter, they have to fix their players again to be reorganized to be stronger when facing the next match and that could reflect inability and weakness.

Moreover, it was just a friendly match that was done just to warm up before the real season starts so we no need to worry to see Man United lose to a team in the Championship because I think Man United doesn't want to waste a lot of energy on a friendly match the most important thing is that the coach can see the potential of the players he just recruited and can fix what he needs to fix for next season in the real competition I'm sure Carrick can still be relied upon.

Taking into consideration that its pre-season is not enough, for a team with no premier league history to beat Man U one goal to nothing is quite a concern, but its not much of a worry, since it doesn't add up. However, Sesko is having a quick recovering, and will be fit to set in when the league begins proper, I just figured out he didn't play the pre-season game, I didn't know of the game going on.

I'm even surprised that you don't know that preseason games are friendly games and never considered competitive. However, it gives players the opportunity of delivering good performances to send the strong message of being very ready to fight for their places in the new season.

Taking into consideration that its pre-season is not enough, for a team with no premier league history to beat Man U one goal to nothing is quite a concern, but its not much of a worry, since it doesn't add up. However, Sesko is having a quick recovering, and will be fit to set in when the league begins proper, I just figured out he didn't play the pre-season game, I didn't know of the game going on.

I don’t think there is anything to be afraid of or we actually start pointing fingers already. Personally I think it’s actually just pre season and not just that it’s the start of it, for me it’s an exaggeration actually seeing this and then putting it on Manchester United that they won’t win the league because they play against a lower division club and lost. It will only be a major concern if they play all their preseasons and actually still finds a way to lose them to clubs like this. But aside that this is definitely too early.

I don’t take preseason too serious because I have watched Manchester United in the past win all their preseasons most especially against top clubs only for for them to start the season and begin to play like someone who hasn’t actually played football before. So I don’t get fooled by this preseason of a thing and it’s actually still that, so let’s relax although they still need reinforcements seriously though which I agree with
