If I'm to judge from thier performance in this Match it feels like manchester united have not make a change they still remains the manchester united we used to know. Though I over heard some people saying that it's just a pre-seaosn match not that serous, but even at that they are supposed to show working from now, though I noticed that manchester united doesn't take pre-seaosn matches very serious.

I just hope they perform more better in thier domestic league, they should try and make this season a remarkable one or better than every other season.

Some people are quick to judge, just one lost and their have concluded that Manchester united will not do well in the coming premier league and champions. Moreover it was just a preseason match so it wasn't even an important match for Manchester united.

Yes, basically this is just the beginning for Manchester United, and certainly in their friendly match yesterday they also didn't play very seriously. So that's why they lost to their opponent. But I also believe that Manchester United's performance is actually good right now, but because there are many things that might hinder it, as you mentioned, so their performance can't be optimal.

Before I used to think that the performance in the preseason will determine how you perform when the season starts but it's not always so. Last preseason, Man UTD did well in the Summer games and I began anticipating their games once the season started but it wasn't so, instead they were very poor and if it wasn't for the intervention of Micheal Carrick, they would have been fighting in the bottom, possibly in relegation waters so they may not have done well but maybe in the new season, they'd continue to shine better.

Newly promoted Coventry City continues its transfer activity. After signing Amenda from Frankfurt for 18 million euros, Coventry has also managed to sign Frank Onyeka from Brentford. Carrick acted like a savior last year, bringing Manchester United to Champions League level. His contributions to Manchester United are invaluable. They've had a poor start in pre-season, but that doesn't mean the rest of the season will be like that. So there's no point in getting discouraged early. That's the point of pre-season matches anyway: to ensure the team is well-prepared. Carrick is working towards that.

It's the first game and there will be some surprise results, but these two will definitely want to start strong and demonstrate that they mean business in the new season. Arsenal for now are a little too reserved with the transfer window—Hincapie is a confirmed buy and Meslier is in as a backup, with Trossard gone to Besiktas. Man Utd have bought a little, but nothing impressive, so I think they will definitely both buy more. With all that, I think the points are going to the favorites, but with a low-scoring victory.

Pre season cannot be used as a benchmark , as that is not what it is intended for. That match was simply an opportunity to experiment with different strategies and player integration , whilst also helping to maintain the players’ fitness ahead of the start of the actual season. So whether we win or lose won’t make any difference when  the season kicks off because the scale of the two is indeed worlds apart. There is still plenty of time to make preparations , and it looks as though there will be a few new players joining Man United as well , so it is hoped that pre season will serve as a first step for all the players to work together as a team.

I think Manchester United have enough time to get things sorted out. Because the players need to get back on track with intense training to burn off the calories they consumed during preseason. This happens through both training and matches. Considering Manchester United will be in the Champions League next year, they need to have a good preparation period.

I really don't judge teams based on pre season matches,  because I don't think it's a serious match, so I will not be judging Manchester United on the loss to Wrexham. I really think Michael Carrick did a good job after taking over last season,  but it's a new season and we are definitely expecting them to do more. I strongly believe they are going to sign more players, but I don't think they will be winning the premier league or the champions league in the upcoming season, although I expect them to do better, probably win one of the English cups.

I was thinking about how many people expect Manchester United to play a completely different next season, that they'll be fighting for the championship title, and that he and Karik will be able to achieve much better results. But I'm also thinking about the fact that in addition to the English Premier League, they'll also have to play in the Champions League. And that will be very different from what Karik and his team are used to, they'll have to play many more matches. Is the team ready for that, and does Karik have enough depth on the bench? If injuries happen, will he be able to withstand it all? So I think the upcoming season for Manchester United could be even more difficult than the last one.

I really don't think that Manchester United fans should be worried about a lose in their first pre season match to Wrexham. In my opinion I don't think pre season should be used to judge on how a team will perform when the season finally starts. I believe pre season are meant for perfecting tactic and also bringing the player to full fitness,  so I don't really think the results matter, but what is important is if your players are understanding the tactics or idea of the manager. I did not watch the match, but I watch the highlights and I think I could see some positive,  like Santos really playing well in the game, he seems comfortable on the ball, so for me that a big positive and I believe that Michael Carrick will feel that way. The whole point is that we don't have to bother too much on this results,  because It's just a pre season and it's just the first of many.

We must not let newspapers influence the choices of coaches or players otherwise they would all be coaches, Carrick specifically wanted to test non-starting players in action to be able to evaluate them in a 90 minute match and not in a simple training session.

When next season starts Manchester United are going to do very well, there coach is a very good coach and I believe he has a plan. I cannot judge him because of this preseason match that is not important to them.

In as much as it is called preseason games let's not also forget losing in that preseason can sometimes tell how weak the team might be, but in this case I can't judge Manchester United with that lost, yes they are supposed to use that game to prove to the fans that they are equal to the task, but for the fact that they didn't won the game doesn't mean they are that weak, judging from their performance last season I can tell even with the last season squad Manchester United can compete in any competitions, talk more of adding more players, trust me they are gonna surprise people.
