Brentford vs Chelsea will be an interesting game tonight. On paper Chelsea have the better team, they have lots of top players but Brentford are a really strong team at home. I have a feeling Chelsea won’t win this one.

Just give the trophy to Arsenal. There is no competition this year. They are boring, but they get it done. Man City have looked quite poor, and with that manager, they aren't winning anything! People will soon see that he is no Pep.

This season Arsenal have take the lead they’re really doing well. The way their performances is going currently there’s possibility that they can still dominate the premier league this season once again, Manchester City performances seem to be little better but is not up to the standard to compete with Arsenal.

I like the pattern of Arsenal playing this season I hope they can continue so that they can accomplish their goals this season. Because I have confidence that if Arsenal continue with that same pattern i don’t see any teams that will be able to challenge them, for the Manchester City i have already scale down their performances I don’t expect much from them this season.

Brentford vs Chelsea

It's Friday and the Blues will be visiting Gtech Community Stadium. Honestly I don't want to see the regular score me I score you back kind of game from Chelsea, because in the last 3 games if not all their games for this season we have been seeing them conceding as well as they score, is really no way to go about business when it comes to the World Club Champions, they fancy that name but still they should do better, defend better than they did in their last game. For me Brentford isn't as good as what Chelsea have so it shouldn't be a problem for Alonso tonight to get a comfortable win and even dominate the game from the start to the end.

Brentford have not lost in their last 10 matches. Comprises all competitions. Brentford is a team that would rather draw than lose a game, irrespective of the club they will be playing. Chelsea will concede 2 goals against Brentford. It is Brentford's home. The team knows how to use the home advantage to build momentum in the game.

Brentford is a better team. Brentford has better defense, better midfield than Chelsea. Chelsea has a better attack than Brentford. If Chelsea should win, it has to be the attackers scoring multiple goals.

And we are talking about 6tg and 7th on the log, going head to head, for me the record of Brentford is good but with the players Chelsea have currently I don't want to have it in mind that they are ready to settle for a draw in this encounter, at least they have a better chance of winning their game than Manchester United. This Chelsea squad have everything to get a win and I'm confident in them because the way they play very fast if they keep scoring and defend very well Brentford can't get a goal or two tonight, that's the story. Where we have Chelsea I definitely can't say Brentford are a better side, this form Chelsea are now need something new especially from the back because we can't compare the attack of both teams, Chelsea have the best forward than Brentford so I expect the Blues to get a win, 1-3 for Chelsea tonight.

I like the pattern of Arsenal playing this season I hope they can continue so that they can accomplish their goals this season. Because I have confidence that if Arsenal continue with that same pattern i don’t see any teams that will be able to challenge them, for the Manchester City i have already scale down their performances I don’t expect much from them this season.

I can't deny that things are going incredibly well for Arsenal. They're a team that still believes in themselves, and Arteta's strategy is excellent. I like that they're defending the title so well; it's not easy playing against the defending champions.

On the other hand, I think City is a team to be reckoned with. They have a very committed Haaland, and they have everything they need to make history again. You can only truly compare their management to Arsenal's once they actually play each other. Honestly, I don't know what might happen. Perhaps I'm leaning a bit more towards Arsenal since they're a much more established team, while City has new players and there are still things they need to improve.


I still have high hopes for Manchester United. I know many people are saying that Manchester United is disappointing, but I don't want to write them off just yet. As I said before, I have faith in Manchester United and in Carrick's wise management.

I also have high hopes for Fulham with Arbeloa (formerly of Real Madrid). Things haven't gone well for them so far, but I think they can still achieve very good results. The best thing is that they still have time.

Chelsea is exciting, because this time Xabi wants to make a difference in the Premier League. It won't be easy, but they have a very good team and can get into the fight for the top spots. There's still a long way to go in the Premier League, and I'm one of those who think anything can happen.

Arsenal have won all four of their games, scoring a total of 8 goals. Man City have also won all 4 of their games, scoring 8 goals as well. That is exactly the same record, and City have also been very stable at the start of this season. So, I consider Man City to be a strong contender against Arsenal this season.

It has always been this way for Manchester City and Arsenal to be strong contenders for the Premier League trophy. Other teams like Manchester United, Liverpool, and Chelsea will then fall below them.

For being stable Manchester City and Arsenal will not be this stable until the end of the season. I hope you both are aware that a time will come in the season when Manchester City and Arsenal will perform below expectations due to injuries to their key players. They will still bounce back to continue their Premier League dominance.

I think the Brentford vs. Chelsea match could easily end in a draw. Both teams play a similar attacking style of football, but statistically, the hosts look slightly more convincing both in creating chances and defensively. On top of that, Brentford are playing at home, where they lost just three matches last season. Chelsea, meanwhile, have drawn their last four matches against Brentford at this stadium. So I think betting on a draw is a pretty good option here.

As for Manchester City they’ve performed similarly to Arsenal. But Arsenal holds the edge over Man City in goal difference because City has conceded two goals. These factors make me even more convinced that these two teams will continue to compete for the top spot in the standings. I’m also confident that both teams are in top form with solid tactics and strategies in place to secure victories in their upcoming matches. Next Arsenal will face Brighton tomorrow night. And I don’t see Brighton as a team that can easily beat Arsenal considering that last season they even lost when hosting Arsenal at their own stadium. As for Manchester City they’ll face Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium. We can clearly predict that Man City will dominate in that upcoming match. And we can see that Sunderland is still facing some challenges whether against Arsenal or even against Ipswich earlier this season. And that makes me even more certain that Man City will definitely defeat Sunderland in the match the day after tomorrow.

Brentford vs Chelsea is always an interesting game, but Chelsea feels comfortable to win this kind of game where we feel they will struggle, just like you’ve said Chelsea have the better team on paper, which is why I’m expecting Chelsea to win this game, but it’s going to be a very tactical game were set pieces dead balls are going to be crucial, both teams will create chances, but any team that are good in taking their chances wins this game, Morgan Rodgers is is a very good and prolific goalscorer, he should be scoring tonight, Joao Pedro to score as well, I think Chelsea is going to win the game, I doubt it’s going to be a comfortable win.

Arsenal looks promising as a team to win premier league again. However, it's not guaranteeing them without competing for the title. They're good defensively, and have pretty good goals productivity. The problem is City is also following them at second place with 3.25.
Their odds gap is not that big compared to City. It seems like they have almost same chance as City to win the trophy. yet, they obviuously slightly higher.

Speculating Arsenal to win without title competition is like doing you're declaring yourself as a winner without even doing a war. We're still at the early season and most of epl clubs are still hunting their chemistry. They're also still trying for their best and will fix their loopholes during the mid season transfer.
So the competition is getting tightening soon.

I expect the odds may be even closer between Arsenal and CIty when we enter the mid - late season to determine the winner. Arsenal has 60% to win the title while City 40%. Why can't you be patience to wait until the mid season?

I think there's no double thought about this match because Hull City will not fail to win since they have rested enough after the draw they played against Chelsea while Newcastle was involved with Leeds last Monday where they suffered a 4:1 defeat. Newcastle sold some of their players while some of them are injured, it will be an advantage for Hull City to win them easily, same way Leeds got an easy win against them.

Hull City is still very much in a wonderful run, I don't think that they will experience their first lose against Newcastle because they're the favourite team when we look at the performance of the two clubs since the season started.

I agree with you here, nobody should be betting on Hull to win every week. Sure, they’ve started the season well but we are 4 games in to the new season. If we are being realistic, they are not going to continue at their current pace. They don’t have the quality to sustain it. Full respect for how they’ve started the season but I also think Newcastle will win this one.

Manchester United will always disappoint you only when you’re ready to support them and expect something big from them. They lack consistency and this has been their problem for a very long time. They finished the season well last season and we have been expecting them to be top notch this season, but unfortunately, they’re not still consistent and may even end the season in a bad state than last season which I don’t hope so. Enzo Maresca has been doing a great job also at Manchester City, hopefully he’ll be a worthy competitor to Arsenal until the end of the season. Arsenal looks like their energy cannot be matched by any team this season, but time will tell how far they can come with this performance. They’re a team that is capable of still winning the premier league like last season.

Manchester United showed real promise last season under Carrick, and I really believed that they will be even stronger this season. Unfortunately, they are back to the United we saw under Amorim and the five other managers before him. To be honest I’m not bothered about United’s struggles, it just means Arsenal are going to win the premier league for a second time in a row.

I believe that Manchester United have potential that they didn't actually have last year, because in any case their game is evidently not lacking. I really don’t know what is wrong with the big English sides this season, one minute it looks like they have picked form the next minute they are completely flopping. Chelsea started well in their opening match against Fulham winning 3:2 and later won again 4:3 against Brighton but currently i am wondering what is happening to them, as we speak they are yet to have a goal against Brentford and if care is not taken the match will end 2:0 in favor of Brentford.

Same issue Man U too is having they started well but can’t maintain their winning form, Chelsea new coach Xabi really has a lot of work to do, with the way it is going if nothing is done fast i don’t see Chelsea finishing top 4 this season in the EPL.

A very bad night for the Blues as they suffered three goals defeat in the hand of Brentford. Jaidon Anthony, Igor Thiago and Fábio Carvalho got the three second half goals to seal the fate of Chelsea in what can be regarded as an emotional encounter tonight. This is a huge disgrace for the Xabi Alonso side because there was huge expectations from them tonight despite playing away. Brentford is proving to be a stubborn team this season and I hope they keep up this energy.

I almost felt you were referring to Chelsea because this narrative does fit the team quite nicely. There isn’t any potential in this Chelsea team as it is and their game against Brentford today really does open things up. Sanchez might not have being the problem all along but, the Chelsea defense. Arsenal built their game from the defense up and when you’re not scoring a lot of goals, it’s just normal to expect that, you would be making up on that from the defense. Chelsea isn’t doing neither of that and today, Brentford just proved what a terrible state the team continues to be in.

The match has ended 3-0, Chelsea lost to Brighton; what a shame after all signings, after claiming yo have the best attackers in the premier league this season, they could not score a single goal today.

I think it’s high time for Alonso to stop thinking like Amorim, all his tactics are not working and we know that Chelsea management are not patient like that if Arsenal that will allow him stay for long to build a team because this seems like he is not ready despite all the money spent to get him almost all the players he demanded for and yet the team is not balance just because one player is injured.
With the only Chelsea not in the Champions league among the big six teams, I don’t expect such premier league performance from them, they should be a top contenders for the title this season, but they are not good to be in that position.
