I do not deny the dominance of Manchester City at the time, but when they were found guilty then whatever they did during his best phase in the EPL has a relationship with what they violate to sign players, manipulate sponsors and others. You are right the only reason why Manchester City dominated the premier league was all these shit that, they were doing underground without following the rules that other clubs are following. If not I don't think that they will be able to acquire all these top player's which were some of the best when it comes to football around the world. I don't think that even if the appeal virdict doesn't go in their favour that they will actually be missed when it comes to the premier league, as of now all the clubs in the premium league is very upset about these finding coming out of Manchester City as a club.

Other clubs will even be happy that, city will even be relegated if the decision that will be taken as a disciplenary measure against City is for hem to go into relegation. Especially when one of the team's key players is out of the field due to injury. If you are to vote a single team to win the premier league right now I believe most persons will be very wrong because it is too early to determine or know who will win the premier league. Everton and Manchester City had two different cases, so if you look at the two cases the same way you will miss out on a lot of important differences. In Everton's case they admitted to breaching the PSR limit and were deducted points. But the charge against Manchester City is much bigger and different.
