The reason of dumping is the unstable BTC market. ETH should easily move back to $400 even in the next few days. Two days max in my observation. It already has a good support at $290, so I do not see anything to panic with ETH if you are holding it.

I don't think Bitcoin have really that huge impact on ETH.  Bitcoin had been going down for some days but ETH surge despite of that.  I think this is more on DeFi hype settling down and that outrageous gas fee.  It is also possible that buyer of ETH months ago is shorting, taking profit and moving it to other blockchain projects.

BTC is the first reason for dumping, and no doubt there is a huge impact on altcoins price by ETH movement. When BTC starts moving, the price of altcoins is also changing. However ETH will reach 400$ again in the near future, l do agree with your opinion, there is not anything to worry about the price of ETH. It's not just ethereum that fall in price but almost all coins are in red since BTC price is dropping, it is natural since the market experience increases in many altcoins like in ETH and DeFi projects that makes this correction so do not be worry. ETH is a top altcoins than grew in price again anytime especially if they will released the Ethereum 2.0 we're not just sure when will it happen but what's happening in the market is just a cycle and can go up again as long as we are invested in good projects.
