As some other users already suggested, let your friend open up a scam accusation and let us hear from both parties (your friend and Betfury). Personally, I haven't had any issues but I also only withdrawn small amounts.

More than one account per IP address is breaking the ToS! It can be a grey zone in situations like this one, but a dedicated VPN will solve this, with some additional expenses of course. If you catch some nice holiday discounts (I saw there are some nice ones ) you can get one pretty cheap and be safe with everything you do in the crypto space cause I guess this is not just a problem with crypto casinos, many other crypto services have the same rule.

I think you shouldn't get too heavy with it, instead you should try to google if this casino has any other scam accusations besides this situation that @isascam and as I always prefer to stay neutral and do research, I took it the freedom to go search on Trustpilot as @isascam suggested and there really are many accusations against this casino, see for yourself:

you can read the comments and you realize that they are comments from several different people, this shows that the casino is not providing a good service, and it gets worse because they are not at least responding to the accusations, they preferred to ignore the people who are complaining, they are not good behavior from a casino that is honest

I can agree 100%. We need to have some screenshots as we have had too many similar stories in the past (for all casinos) but without proof, there is nothing that we can really do or check.

They do have a good plan and they have been burning tokens too. We'll just find out what will happen after all tokens are mined.

Let’s assume all of them are minted, and let’s assume that they keep on burning it, that means since there are no new ones and the old ones are getting burned, that would result with zero left in the long run? That is not really reasonable to expect, sure it will slow down eventually and try to not make it zero, but it could potentially be something unexpected and we shouldn't really be thinking this is just good, this is either very great, or it is too risky if there is none left after all said and done.
