I think there are a lot more than "a couple of people who want to abuse the system". Maybe I am a bit strict, but I would raise the minimum required rank for some benefits a bit higher, it's not so hard to level up if you play constantly with some deposits! Real players (people who really play on the site and wager some amounts) should get more benefits, while the ones who just trying to get something without investing anything should get nothing! As I said, maybe a bit hard from my side, but I saw too much crazy stuff in my gambling carrier!

Well, I guess you would wager more if there are more benefits for higher levels! With more benefits starting from some higher rank would be a nice motivation for people to play more and to stay in the casino for a longer period!

What updates are happening on sites, many things run on the mind of the gamblers. The things they reason are based on the reputation of the company. If it is a reputable company, the gamblers will want the update to be completed ASAP which doesn't last long of course.

It's great that you can access it and the website runs smoothly, that didn't happen to me, I often access betfury via a mirror link and today it doesn't load perfectly and when I refresh I will get an error 1015 as well as when accessing it with a VPN.

The Betfury site is actually working better now. However, those DDoS attacks clearly forced the team to make some adjustments to limit the high traffic. It looks like they banned some autonomous system numbers, and it might be one of the reasons why you can't access the Betfury site. In this case, you just need to find another VPN service whose IP addresses have not yet been banned.

No matter when you have been banned from certain IP addresses, frustration will no doubt strike. Although BetFuty support team repeatedly advises users to change their address by using VPN services if they receive such annoying messages. Clearly, DDoS attacks haven't settled down yet, which is unprofessional. You are right about this. Maybe the majority of the complainants are complaining for the sake of Betfurry. This industry is very much competitive, and the services one offers, the other does it too. So, when customers become bored they'll use other sites, especially pros or addicts in our midst who cannot go a day without gambling.

It's not possible for you to have that without being the initiator to it, but with such experience once it is confirmed that your coins were still intact with the same amount then you don't need to worry it's just been converted, another move you can make is to contact the support channel for further complaints if needs be and it may also be as a result of updates, then I think that should be communicated to users.

Just a clarification to this. There was no bug. It was my mistake. Sometimes I claimed those free boxes. I think I clicked a game link that always shows after claiming a box. Then I thought I changed my currency, I ended up using my whole BUSD in a single game. I assume the BFGs were cashback. And I didn't noticed that we still need to click a particular game to show my game history. I thought every past games are shown right away by default. All is good then.
