No, I don't think it's the problem, actually Betfury was a big casino without run a signature campaign.

But the negative feedback they received is the main concern here, previously the thread is very active, now it's slowly decrease and seems people aren't want to play anymore since they're doubt with Betfury current reputation. I'm aware they're already replied and explain about the problem, but the problem isn't solved yet and Betfury stand about their own opinion.

If they didn't take any action, I think Betfury could lose many more gamblers every time.

I am not so sure, they might have tried it and found it not so great and then gave up? I do not know whats the reason they stopped so I can't say if they are going to make a comeback or not. If it was just a financial reason then they could make a good comeback later on, but that doesn't mean that they will be like that forever, they will find some money and do it in one case, the others are not like that. I think the previous signature campaigns were effective in any case since the manager mentioned earlier that Betfury plans to come back and launch another signature campaign on this forum in the future. By the way, according to the Betfury roadmap, there will be at least 2 significant events in the 4th quarter, namely the Betfury's Birthday and New Year parties. So it would be quite expected if Betfury launches a short-term signature campaign dedicated to one of these events.
