 The number you see in the chat is the number of users who are currently online on the platform and who can potentially communicate in our internal chat. If you hover the cursor on the number of the users - you can see the phrase “Total users online”, which makes clear that the given number is about the number of users online on the platform, not users in the chat.
In addition, the presented version of the chat on the site is a version for additional development. You can see in our roadmap that new functionality (tips, rains, personalization) will soon be presented that will make it more convenient to communicate on the platform.

Not all gamblers like to chat while they are playing, and not all those who are actively chatting are real gamblers. What you see in chat does not represents anything imho. Chat is just a place to communicate, users are free to use it or not. The number of online users cant be compared to the number of users who are playing as well. It means that if the number of online users is big but there is less activity in chat, it does not mean that it is wrong number.

I understand that there is a good amount of progress in betfury now with the addition of the polygon ecosystem as well, which is wicked and I definitely like it. However what betfury still hasn't realized is the fact that it is not so much about what you do, but who knows about it as well.

This is an amazing thing but you guys need to make it known a lot more. Just pasting it on website, twitter, telegram, bitcointalk and be done is not going to cut it, you need advertisement of this everywhere, and not just, this is great for now but there will be more stuff as well so in the end you are going to need more stuff and more advertisement and keep it constant as well. Casinos shouldn't be acting as exchanges because some would rather skirt the withdraw requirements (e.g switch from BTC to BNB if the fees are too high).

Not all gamblers like to chat while they are playing, and not all those who are actively chatting are real gamblers. What you see in chat does not represents anything imho. Chat is just a place to communicate, users are free to use it or not. The number of online users cant be compared to the number of users who are playing as well. It means that if the number of online users is big but there is less activity in chat, it does not mean that it is wrong number.

I can agree with you here. Just like me, I'm not really a sociable person. I prefer playing without bothering to send any message in chat room. Maybe, if I got any trouble. But if not, I prefer to play on my own terms without any distraction. So yes, the number of online users vs chat activity doesn't say anything significant or you can conclude something from it.
But another marketing campaign for betfury may really be great for their exposure. Now, they have a lot to offer as compared to when they first ran their sig campaign in the forum.

I also dislike chat room, I will rather be in the telegram group but i will have to be careful about the information I consume there as most users are full with bullshit. I like the fact that Betfury has added some additional features and development on the site but am finding hard to trade my token on the in exchange platform is there any cex exchange where the betfruy native coin is listed.

You can just ignore the chat room if you don't like that option since sometimes its fun to watch peoples activity there although sometimes it full of spams and other things there.

Well that's odd because I know of a crypto betting platform with a Curacao license that has an exchanger (Bitsler). Does this suggest that they have a different interpretation of the agreement? I'm not an expert in legalities but I'm interested to see what part of the terms is Betfury referring to that's conflicting.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. Betfury has implemented a bridge to allow switching from native blockchains to other blockchains (BSC, Tron, Polygon) in order to save on fees.

If they have a problem with exchanging too many coins/tokens, simply limit converting to USDT only like what I already said.

I get what you mean, but that time I was planning to convert all my dust balance to BNB, which was just shy of the minimum withdraw threshold because I needed to pay some BNB transaction fees on Biswap.

This was the exact response by one of the support reps:

Due to the madness associated with the "NFT-Fever", USDT has become a completely non-working stablecoin.  The commission on his operations looks just disgusting and unacceptable for normal, even wealthy people (not to mention residents of, for example, India).
