well, that is a life a gambler, full of anticipation and disappointment. I am sure the majority of gamblers have already felt the feeling you felt(including me).

What I wonder with your story: If you make such good money with betting, why in the world do you owe money to people ?

maybe the OP is paying his debt on a fixed amount per month or maybe he just ignores the debt and doesn't pay at all and avoid the person he owes.

If we have some kind if debt to be paid ever month then the first thing they have to do is ti find a source of income which gives then constant pay not the one lime gambling which decide the wins based on luck.

I think all of us gambler have this kind of situation where we could never forget because it was too painful because we lost too much money or even something special because of gambling.
But for me there isn't really a painful it is more of an embarrassing moment that was back in 2015 when I was betting on a local players on our place and I really thought that I handed my bet and when the game ended and the team won I was claiming my bet and the whole shop was looking to me with a serious face and told me that I never placed a bet.

I'm sorry for your loss and failed attempt to win a treasure. Lesson learned is not just not to count chicks while the eggs are not yet hatched. It is also not to consider a very low betting odds as a sure win. Don't rely on the odds alone. Sometimes the odds are not really indicative of how the game would turn out. 1.26 is really low but it does not mean that the opponent does not have even a little chance to win.

Yeah, those times are the chances for you to become rich and make your lives great but suddenly become a stone for just a single mistake. Everyone already experienced that and that's one of the greatest situation to learn so you can't repeat those mistakes you've done in the past.

It's very painful to lose something that you knew can change your future, it's very hard to forget. This post of @OP should be a lesson for all of the gamblers here.

The good thing is that it didn't make you feel stooping below the ground for long but it makes you feel you can do it again. I really like the character of yours man, the willingness to win, and that willingness not to give up, kudos.

That is the good characteristic of a person if he or she really wants to earn money or win the game, you should not be contented of losing, that is not a good thing, just try it again, there are some instances that you may acquire the prizes because of trying. Failing once is normal, failing again, that's good, always remember and keep it in our mind that in gambling we can not assure that the luck will always be on our side. Just accept the fact that you may lose it, but don't b mad with it, try to assess the situation, and how some other gambler wins the game.

unfortunately if you always lose and always try then it will make you addicted to the gambling place and that means it will make you unable to think clearly and as much as possible to try to return the funds that have been used or used for gambling and do not care in any way to remain gambling, so be careful when gambling as much as possible to control your emotions and patience.

We all got a bad history in betting, I remember mine misclicking the button, bet a $50 instead of $5 and just lost. I can't count on my finger how many times I mistakenly did that, it is really embarrassing. I guess unfortunate events is part of gambling, it's not always the fortune that come to us. Some seems to be lucky to win such an amount, but we also need to have the understanding that the chance of such a void game is very low. If that has got higher chance, then the house will surely won't increase the odds to such a high value of 52.

That's a good catch bro, i think your lost isn't just normal but a step to your thoughts ahead, consistency is the key to sport betting as i too do this almost every weekend since the games has resumed back again. Don't feel bad about this loss becasue things will surely fall in place positively. As for me, i haven't won something big but have won averagely as a bettor and at the same time lost.

Well its said not to celebrate too early when you have yet not got the money on your hands, it must be the most upsetting time for a gambler who expects it coming and then suddenly lost it all.

You're not alone in that situation because most of us have experienced failures and losses in the beginning. I also had that kind of experience which was too unforgettable and traumatic for me that I wasn't able to play and bet again for almost a year. Sometimes our luck isn't in the beginning. I admire you for moving forward because 260k is such a huge amount.

That's a problem with physical betting and gambling as people make fun of us if we loss and also we feel ashamed on losing in front of public. On the other hand, if we gamble online and lose, no one will know who lost because are identity is hidden in online gambling. I mostly prefer online gambling only because of this reason.

Luckily for me, I always forget my losses in games (maybe they weren't big enough?). I remember that once in a tournament (in poker) I lost with two queens in my hand. That's all I remember now. I don't remember anything else - neither the amount of money, nor whose hand I lost, etc. But I remember exactly that when I was losing, I thought I would remember it forever

My worst day during gambling was when my motorbike was arrested by the owner of the gambling place because I could not pay the debt on the table..  at that time I was still in school and used my father's motorbike, then I called my mother to pick me up at the gambling place. at that moment I saw my mother almost fainted,  my father came and paid all my debts there, when I got home I was almost kicked out of the house, lucky my mother helped me and persuaded my father..

it is a story that I will never forget and sometimes I am ashamed of myself why I was too lustful at the gambling table at that time..

That is great. Just one thing, don't expect your luck to be this good forever. If you think you have made enough profit from gambling, then quit and enjoy whatever you have earned. If you keep on betting, there is  a chance you might lose everything.
