The number of activities is very low in Chips.gg ANN thread. OP hasn't provided any update here about their anniversary celebrations. Did they lose their interest from bitcointalk community?

Its been a long time of inactivity from the OP in this thread, not really sure why but it seems that they have decided to take this forum as non priority place to advertise. They have done it in their 1st year by some promos and campaign, perhaps they are now focusing in other places. They may come back again to be active in this community later, lets see.

I am guessing that they found customers from another place and that is why they are not looking at here. What we need to realize is that if people constantly do marketing to bitcointalk then they could find some whales, and it has happened before and I believe that it would be a smart decision to do so.

However there are also websites that go on for years without bitcointalk as well, twitter for example is filled with crypto people and if you focus your marketing there then you would make a good income anyway. That is of course is just a guess, not all of them would be the same and some stay here and chat and they end up getting whales from bitcointalk as well.

Bitcointalk is only one of channels they can advertise their casino. Different channels have different people as users. If they want to expand their casino to other communities, they must find and try with other channels. If they think they already have good traffic from Bitcointalk, they can stop advertisement here.

You can see the same from Bistler that has a very long campaign but stopped about 2 years ago.

We are waiting for their relaunch of signature campaign but I don't think if they relaunch it, it means a confirmation of their mistake by stop advertising in the forum. They can have a relaunch if they have new products on their casino and want to let people on this forum know about that.

We cant say it is unwise because they are the one who know which place is the best for them to advertise their business.
OP was online today so I believe they are still around monitoring this forum, although I have to agree that keep on silent for too long time in this forum  is not really good.
Bumping this thread regularly by giving updates/news is more than enough, no need to run campaign/contests if they think that the result is not really good for them.

I doubt that the number of signups here hit the max, but even if that's the case why not keep all of us interested and continue to post updates about changes, promotions, etc? What's there for a casino if people just signup but don't deposit a play regularly? In the last posts we can see that most of us don't play at Chip's anymore, we have little fun with div payouts, but we don't deposit and play regularly as before.

And it's not like they don't have what to offer, even with some little effort they could keep this thread active.

As mentioned earlier, maybe they just didn't see the benefits of bitcointalk and found customers somewhere else. There are a lot of forums and websites and social media companies all around the world that let's you promote your casino, and if the money and effort that they spend there brought in a lot of customers then they may have switched their attention there instead, and would be chatting with people there.

On the other hand they have to keep checking here time to time neither to see if there are any complaints, not unusual for casinos and if anything goes wrong they could step in and respond, but until that happens they could focus on the other place that brings in more customers.

Having a representative on bitcointalk, a site where crypto gambling is widely discussed and crypto casinos running various promos all the time will never hurt. It's good that their official representative, @chipsgg, is actually coming to the forum regularly and checking this thread.

The secret line is only meant to be used if you lost your 2FA. All you gotta need to do is to drag the scanner onto your QR code if you are using a browser based 2FA or simply use your camera to scan if you are using your phone. After it has been registered, you copy and paste your 2FA code ( not your secret line ) onto the blank field then click activate

The main reason why 2fa become invalid is either of the two.

1.  Wrong master key input
2.  Clock of the device isn't sync.

If the reason you input the key correctly most probably the gadget where the 2fa is installed is not in sync with the time.  So try time sync'ing the device.

If that doesn't work then probably you can get another set of 2fa keys after refreshing the page.

Or I think you can also try scanning the qr image.

No post on this forum or their ANN thread becomes inactive doesnt really mean that they arent making money or profits on here because if we do really tend to check out on the site which there are

people who do really still play consider to look at on their public lobby which there are still some significant numbers who do keep hanging around.We cant really tell exactly though on what would really be

Could it be that the OP no longer works for this casino or is it that the OP is sick? because if OP doesn't even show up to update the thread or even to post good news like this then I wonder: if a customer has problems and is ignored by email and all possible contacts and only this thread remains then that customer will be lost because here he won't have someone to answer him and solve his problem, when I see a situation like that I think twice if it's even feasible to use a casino in this situation and at the end of the day I don't use a casino in this situation because I trust more in receiving help from support in the casino thread on this forum

The point, I believe, is that certain casinos aren't interested in marketing on Bitcointalk because they're already profitable. But in marketing, the more you try, the better results you'll get. Many casinos believe that no longer posting any promotion on the forum is correct, since they already have many customers and don't need them. But it is exactly the opposite. On the forum a casino can attract new players and thereby increase their turnover.
