This happened on september 12th but didn't bother sharing back in the day.  All I did was giving support to the old co-owner @Magalon which was kicked from accessing the site, funds or anything else (basically the site has been stolen by the current owner @Tacyarg). Posting this so you can be aware that shady things are ongoing in the background like locking withdrawals arguing that you didn't deposit enough money or no longer having a valid license is some of them. I was a support agent for over a year and a chat mod since week 1.

Sad thing is that now all that people that stop playing there won't be able to withdraw their Vault Drops, you will see in 2 days. They will be required to deposit money in order to do so, I am quite sure.

I always gamble my vault-drop, just 5$ drop. All-in multiple time on (Dice) and hoping got a good streak 3-4x time in a row, I never withdraw instantly after the drop because I have less token and drop.

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if they added some additional requirements like this one or even wagering requirements before withdrawing.

After the first drop I could use their swap feature, but after that using that feature required level 2... but today I checked and it looks like it's open for all again, which is a good thing. It's better when can swap all the coins into one (even with a 5% fee), at least some meaningful amount with in one coin.

I have not seen this casino and used it. But if a casino banned your account and the casino is still running in the space then probably you have violated the rules. Please go and re-read the rules and appeal to them to review your account. And that is by the way, in any thread before someone make a comment, he or she has to check the Op to know the discussion and when I checked the Op of this thread, I didn't see thing and the is blank, and I don't think the Op is still active in the forum, therefore those who using the casino should inform them to come and update the thread here so that people will know what they discussing. I heard about this as well some time ago but I have been inactive long time ago before the bad moves happened.
They started their business well IMO, did some great promotions and actively communicating with us here in this forum but there was a time when they were inactive for long time here.
It seems that they are coming back, trying to clarify and resolve the scam accusation against them, I'll see how it goes.

Chips.gg administrators and team members had divided into two parts a few months ago for some reasons. Seems like the other team who was removed from the partnership is disclosing the inside information now. They are addressing the current owner (Tacyarg) as a scammer. In a recent scam accusation thread, some conversations screenshot was posted of Tacyarg and Chips.gg current staff. Based on the conversations, he has suggested the staff to lock the withdrawal of new user if they win their first big bets on sports event. 'inyu_trx' has said above that he was a support agent of Chips.gg. Perhaps, he knows the inside information and told it here.

Well Im not even sure that you would be able to withdraw anything in the first place unless you have alot of chips in the vault. I used to get like around $10-20 like 2 weeks or so iirc but that was spread across all token balances so pretty much you cant really withdraw them but I could atleast use some portion of it to the games on the site though so it was all good in the past

Same here, I always receive and be able to use the vault drop to wager in my favorite game.  Sadly the vault drop frequency had change so I get less amount than before.  About I wonder what would be the amount of the vault drop for players.  I bet the amount of airdrop is dependent on the number of locked chips so those who have huge locked chips will sure get a pretty good amount from the vault drop.

They started with unlocking locked Chips tokens... so we didn't get some payouts, and those inactive for a while didn't get payouts for longer periods. After that, they changed ToS without informing anyone about that. Later there was some story about Megalon, maybe about some issues with his partners, I really can't remember, but if we ask someone in the BTCGosu group I think we will find someone who remembers more about it. Anyway, soon after unlocking locked tokens I stopped depositing and playing. I just collect payouts, now I will swap them in TRX and move them to some other casino.

Right now they already change again, I not login my account more than 1-2 month and still got the drop 3 month ago. So, unlocked token for inactive user is already being removed right now your token will still being locked even you are offline.

I think you should do what you like to do (ALL IN) few times for each coin you got from the vault distribution. If you are lucky as usual, you will have several tens dollar, at least for 1 coin but of course you may fail and lose all what you have. Maybe the minimum amount to swap is increased because they do not want players to swap all the vault distribution into 1 coin then withdraw it (I know you will not do it) but I think there were some users who did it and maybe this is why the increased the minimum swap.

All-in with under 1$ or a few cents are not good.

The reason for swapping the coin into a single coin is to do all-in with a good amount of money at least 10-15$ chasing only a few times all in 3-5x times. If started with a few cent, is gonna need a lot all-in attempts.

My target all-in is always 3-5x times streak. Well, they get 5% fee for swap, just to bad they change the amount ~xd the party is over for me ~xd.

I got less than $1 as my locked chips amount is too low. I was able to turn one of those dust reward to $6 before losing it back. Anyway, there are some changes on Chips.gg. They have obtained a new gambling license from PAGCOR, whose services are usually limited within Philippine. Some questions were raised against Chips.gg current owner after the unexpected downtime of the casino in the last year. Maybe the current owner has made some changes in the recent months to reduce the risk.
