Predict the bitcoin price range as we enter the New Year

I thought a thread like this will be created before December but we have one now this early, I voted $12000 - $16000 price movement since January moves very slow even though we are already in the bull run and there are so many positives things that are happening the price I voted is more realistic, it's already interesting that those who predicted to the moon are just few, it seems many are following the price movement.

I don't think that bitcoin will cross $16k at the Q1 of 2021. Probably bitcoin will be between $12k to $14k. But at the middle of 2021, there is a chance to big pump for bitcoin.

It's very unlikely to happen that bitcoin will cross to $16,000 at the Q1 of 2021 because, as of now, bitcoin has difficulties reaching $12,000, but bitcoin's price is currently increasing that it is now $11,754.80. So bitcoin might only stay or get its price of $12,000 in the Q1 of 2021, and if that happens, there is a chance that bitcoin's price might reach between $14,000-$16,000.

Looks like Majority of voters believes that we are in good faith this year till the end,because the winning Numbers are $12,001-14,000 and $14,001-16,000 indication that the whole forum is believing in positivities

I am one of the few that voted on the range $18 k to $20 k although it's a long shot, but we never know we have seen the price drop when the pandemic started and it is now back on it's feet and stable at $11700 we never we still have over two months and many things could happen within that two months.

And it's seem that we are always in the $12k range now and this open up a lot of possibilities as there are a lot of leg room right now, still way ahead before the end of the year. And it seems that most users are good in predicting the price range. Because it could be in the $12k-$16k range now.

3 weeks later, I voted between $10,000 and $12,000. To be honest there needs to be some event happening that makes $12K a support otherwise we cannot hold this value for long. We'll probably be holding on to $12K in about 6 months as the price matures.

Then there's the election which if Trump loses will bring down US steel and, consequentially, bitcoin because bitcoin stock has connections with US industry, and less with technology. I don't see Tesla's wild movements affecting bitcoin for example.

In such a case then BTC can't recover in time to establish a foothold at $12K by the end of the year.

EDIT: 3 hours after I wrote this, BTC surged up from $12200 to $12800. Events like Paypal are what I'm talking about.

Predictions are nothing it's just a belief, people will always be there to fool you but that's how you need to tackle it. BTC will go to 100k or BTC is dead all these stuff should be avoided as much as possible.

BTC is a speculative asset, the price is purely depend on demand and supply. However there are possibilities for a minor surge in the first quarter still it depends on the market situation.

I believe a lot in bitcoin because it has proven its value can go up drastically in recent days. Now the price is above $ 12,000.
My vote this time for bitcoin will reach $ 14,001 - $ 16,000 and it turns out to be in the first place with the most 30 (28.8%) voters. So this is just my prediction without technical analysis. To be honest, I am not a good analysis and most perfect like most trading experts. However, it turned out that my prediction was number one. By the way, I should note that after the last correction, most traders (in my opinion) expected a further fall, but the opposite happened. After many times you observe such "illogicalities" thoughts that someone (whales) are controlling the market to eat small fish arise by themselves

Going back to this thread, I chose the $12-14k level. And that level already happened. About more than couple of months to go, and I believe $15k is not hard to reach. But for those that are aiming for $20k, that's not easy these days. Just be conservative with your targets.

If price growth continues on normal phase, This prediction might right but the price suddenly show some huge price fluctuations, I'm sure that 2017 bull run might happened with same result on new year which is a massive dump. I preferred the BTC price growth will be parabolic so that it can maintain a steady and healthy growth.

As we can see. Most of the famous crypto figure are shilling and hyping BTC. This is a sign that a strong short-term bull will come in the following months. And the after effects of this scenario is very bad on the BTC overall price.

What do you say about the paypal issue, of course many predict an impact and I do not deny it but to what extent?
In fact, I still predict that bitcoin will be able to fall back even though it is currently in a pretty good position.
because there are still 2 months ahead for bitcoin to be able to maneuver in the direction he likes, because the determinant is precisely the end of the year which will be able to touch $ 15K. where this is not the highest value that bitcoin will achieve but will continue to run when the years change.

I am bit skeptic since we are talking about Bitcoin price and most of the time it could easily switch it's path instead of going up it could drop down.
So I think it could be around $10-12K or $14-17K range before New Year.

the end of the year will determine where Bitcoin will go, if it can stay above $ 10000 I think Bitcoin is still safe and still Bullish,
correction occurs that's a natural thing, many experts predict that Bitcoin will experience a correction drop at $ 12400 before continuing bullish again.
I still hold Bitcoin for the years 2021 - 2022, because according to history the bullish happened when it finished the halving.

anything is possible.  Seeing the positive news that is circulating, it is possible for Bitcoin to be at $ 18,000 - $ 20,000 until the new year.  This "PANDEMIC" period is proof that Bitcoin is a digital asset that can withstand times of crisis, those who want to buy Bitcoin are growing..

The only kind of indicator for prices around here goes back quite a while now and the reason I would take note is that volume previously is far greater then what is appearing now, at least by looking at Bitfinex exchange which I think is still the largest.    If larger volume previously is more significant then price action now we'll have to accumulate more momentum is my guess, I dont believe it has to rise or has that pressure to ignore any selling.  The 13500 area is some guide to previous closing low prices and also roughly the tops of 2019 summer is still relevant to now, till we form it as a low.

Why no 12-14k? 
I think that in fact the price can be anything. There are too many global events that have a strong impact on the entire economy and bitcoin as part of it. A pandemic, elections in the United States - all this can easily move bitcoin very much in any direction.
