There is a user friendly client! Download this: http://chancecoin.com/participateand then unzip and run the chancecoin.jar file. (you will need java though!) |

There is a user friendly client! Download this: http://chancecoin.com/participateand then unzip and run the chancecoin.jar file. (you will need java though!) yes, it is very friendly! ;-) |

Chancecoin is the bigger opportunity. With features like instant betting and (soon) BTC betting and a focus on games gamblers love to play, never has a coin been so cheap as Chancecoin. Quite the opposite! BTC betting means a new user with BTC but doesn't have CHA yet can start betting right away. In the backend the Chancecoin server will use Poloniex API to purchase the necessary CHA from the offers on Poloniex and then process the bet using the acquired CHA. This should make it a lot easier for new users to start playing and acquire CHA in the process. Now the question is, when the betting volume picks up, especially with the new volume from users betting with BTC, which way would the CHA price go?  |

Specifically, suppose you want to play a casino game in a decentralized fashion, using decentralized randomness, using XCP. How would you do it? Right now, you can't. You can only do that with Chancecoin. XCP has chosen to focus primarily on decentralized finance--asset creation, dividend issuance, contracts for difference, and the like. Don't get me wrong, those are all good things, and I'm an investor in Counterparty as well. But Counterparty and Chancecoin have different priorities. |
