I am not an employee who works in a company. I own a clothing shop and have to pay a salary 5 workers who work in my shop. The life order has changed drastically after the coronavirus pandemic has swept the world. The impact is also felt on clothing entrepreneurs. For me, cryptocurrency is one of the best ways to survive a crisis like this. besides that, we also produce masks and accept orders out of town. With the production of these masks, my business will continue

In a way I also lose a part of my salary as a freelancer in film and advertisement, I lost some of my projects because of the pandemic, same thing with other people too. But still I'm lucky I have other source of income and remaining projects even during the pandemic, signature campaign helps me too. I don't really think fiat failed you, it's the pandemic, the effects of having it, fiat is still doing good for other people, specially the millionaires and billionaires, fiat is still needed, maybe exchange rates went down but still it doesn't go all the way down. The situation you are in is the problem, I hope you've find yourself a job as soon as possible.

Many people have lost their jobs because of this pandemic, and many companies have closed and gone bankrupt due to this pandemic. COVID 19 is like a natural disaster that has uprooted many businesses. Currently, we are required to always innovate and think hard to survive this crisis. Cryptocurrency is an alternative to survive life in a pandemic. we all hope that these difficult times will end soon.

I don’t have job yet even before this pandemic but I feel those who lost their main source of income and I wish them well and push them to keep on fighting until this pandemic is over. You didn't had a job before pandemic maybe because you are a student or have passive income by other sources but believe me you do now know the pain of losing the job in these times. I didn't even have to quit my job as I had to close my own business. Due to the strict quarantine, I was unable to pay rent for the premises and my regular clients have long since given up visiting public places. Thus, I will have to start all over again.

Sorry for your loss. There are a lot of people that experienced the same fate as you, what I don't understand is those people owning the place where you rent for your business. I think they should've been considerate since in my friend's part, they've been working for almost 3 years now and I think they should've been considerate knowing that we are in a pandemic and it is been at that time where they can't pay the rent at the right time.

These pandemic really gave people working physical jobs a hard time since they also need to remain healthy while doing this jobs and the threat of the virus is still growing even though they are working within a healthy environment. It would be hard for people to go to their jobs using public transportation since people do not know who contracted the virus. Maybe this can be a lesson in which money is always necessary to at least save us for half a year and investments are really affected within this pandemic.

The IT industry is still prospering since they easily adjusted into a "work from home" situation.

These taught me the fact that learning is really important if we want to secure a job that is untouchable even in dangerous situations.

Almost huge number of people lost their job because of covid 19 pandemic including you and me. I also survive and continue feed my family though cryptocurrency. It was really a great help for us now. It become an alternative source of income in times of need. But still fiat is always recognized by the government and not cryptocurrency because fiat is the currency issued by the government and always used everyday by all people, children, young people and adult.

No offense but I barely agree with you. In this case, fiat doesn't failed you, the root of your problem is the pandemic which came from the corona virus. The fiat has failed you and so cryptocurrency will smacked the hell out of you man. Not on residing with fiat but frankly it has nothing to do on what you are experiencing of the moment.Give all the blame to the pandemic itself because these things wont happen
if we are on a normal situation.We do heavily depend on fiat and thats the reality that we cant avoid no matter how negative you do see about it.

Lots of industries had heavily affected and close up their doors due to not sustainable if they would decide to go further.You arent the only ones who do experience on losing your job
but there are lots.Also, crypto isnt really a viable solution in financial problems because everything would really be still needing some work or investment for you to

I still have my job, though a lot of the juniors and associates in the company have been laid off, which means most of their work are distributed among us seniors and it's not pretty by any means. I have been working 15-hr shifts for the most part of the week and most of my tasks have been branched off from the lab. I would have accepted the pay cut that they were proposing for less hours of work, and other people can stay in the company, but most of my colleagues and seniors don't really want to since they think they are better off doing more jobs than have their pays lessened for the mean time.

It sucks for the juniors and associates, knowing that they just got the job and most of them are really promising in the field.

During this Pandemic I also rely in online job and trading, many really lose their job but we need to move on and start life again in these new normal. In my country everyone becomes a online seller of anything and it's good as we see how they fight during this Pandemic as well they discover they have some skills to sell and make their products. It's challenging yet somehow opens opportunity to many individuals to discover what they can do.

in Italy there is a ministerial decree that void company (private and public) to fire people. It should be valid up to December 2020. Despite it can sounds a bit strange, a lot of public expense has been provided to the private sector also. Some people recovered their jobs in August (probably due the summer season), but now we are waiting 2021 for the biggest effect of pandemic on job market.

That's good protection to the citizen to lose their job permanently and it's a good move for the government to do so, also are those companies which are affected with the pandemic still force to pay their workers even if there's no income coming to the owners? If yes then provably that will be a hard part for them and government should help the business owner since they are also affected and might lose big money for that matters.

Even in that case workers are protected. If there are no income for a certain period, they are not fired. the government will pay a % of salary (caps 1600 euro max) for some months.

I didn't lost my job but I'm forced to carry on with it. The virus cases are out of control here and we are forced to open up with me required to deal with 100s of customers form different background. Though we have implemented strict no mask no entry, people often pull down their mask when they talk.
They provide us sanitizer, masks and face shields but those things are not always protecting us. A number of staff has already been diagnosed as positive. Some are back after the isolation while some are on leave. And our office doesn't let us have a test unless we have fever. That's for saving money on test as well to ensure they won't have less staff. I haven't heard of any healthy person dying with it here. So, I think I'll carry on.

At one moment it was said that USA had 30 million unemployed people, 30 million!! That was peak pandemic and now some are rehiring people and that is why numbers are a bit lower but it is still over 15-20 million which is record in itself, think about how the biggest nation in the whole world economically just broke the record to over 30 million and "it got better" to another record of 20 million, obviously other nations are like that as well.

Wherever you are living, all the companies in the world got affected by this and they stopped with the hiring and they even fired as many people as they need to make a profit, since we didn't had any money to spend to them they didn't made as much profit so they had to fire too many people. I am not sure how this will recover.

I'm sorry you lost your job. It is what we see most in our environment, in family, friends and people closest to us. They are the consequences of a crisis like the pandemic. With a situation like this we can look for work online is what I do frequently. I know people in my city who make sweets, ice cream, cakes, even homemade meals to deliver and with that they earn an income for their daily needs. The idea is to be creative to solve some needs that we may have.
In my country our currency has been suffering inflation since before the pandemic and now the problem is intensifying. My solution is to take refuge in Bitcoin and crypto.

That is so true. The government is giving money to these people that are unemployed or those people working in a business that got closed because of the pandemic and that is not enough. I can't blame them since there are a lot of them in our country that is the reason why people are forcing themselves to do something to get their family some income.
