I will like people to go through this quote I posted sometimes ago on this forum, it really proves the differences between ponzi and bitcoin, it makes people to know those saying bitcoin is a ponzi are speaking out of sense and making no valid point.

1. Bitcoin is decentralized, all ponzi scheme are centralized

2. Bitcoin is not selling any fake product or service, it is completely transparent.

3. Bitcoin is over 10 years now but has never failed, the future even seem brighter than now, ponzi can not last up to 10 years.

4. Bitcoin was even portrayed on wikipedia to be for scammers, but this changed, and was portrayed good now.

5. Many goverments against bitcoin before but now they accept bitcoin, there are even over 7000 bitcoin ATMs in the world now, and bitcoin is used for trnasactions like fiats, even used as payment on some online stores worldwide now.

6. The early investors gained, they were the developers but not in a way the late investors will lose, also many early investors sold bitcoin and makes it more realistic unlike ponzi that has nothing to sell. If you get the market right, there is always still profit in bitcoin.

I think that we need to add another 8 items to this list, which is also important. A distinctive feature of the Ponzi scheme is that it sets a guaranteed profit for a certain period of time. There is no guaranteed profit in bitcoin: here everyone can get a profit if the price of BTC increases, but they can also get a loss if the price of bitcoin decreases.

There are many other reasons to talk about because these are only few, bitcoin is not a ponzi like bitcoin haters are depicting it, it is completely decentralized and transparent, people that want to invest now should not be discouraged, if they learn how the market fluctuates, they will gain but they should also be mindful of the risk. Bitcoin haters should stop misleading people about what bitcoin is because they know nothing about bitcoin. 

I hope this is more than evidences that bitcoin is not a ponzi, I have thought about it very well and I know bitcoin is never a ponzi, bitcoin is transparent to the world but ponzi is hidden and a business that makes use of it are shady.

Well, if there is proof where is it. If you make such a daring statement, then you should at least add solid evidence, otherwise your statement is quite ridiculous. And it offers also no basis to discuss here at all about the topic.

No, this is a misconception. That means you do not know how bitcoin and its price works. Bitcoin is decentralized to everyone, it is not a shady currency but it is available to people to learn about it, invest it and trade it. People are invesring in bitcoin more than before, people are now very well trading it, people sell and buy and the rate of buying and selling is high, bitcoin is not about paying old investors with new investors money, we all know about bitcoin, and not a must to trade it, but depicting it bad is wrong.

For now, bitcoin is serving the money purpose, I can use it to trade just like money is used to trade, I have used it to buy from people, I have used it to make profits, and still I am my own bank, bitcoin is fully decentralized.

Although, neither bitcoin nor fiat are ponzi, but can be used to pay for scammers. But, fiats always devalue and its worth is becoming lesser all the time, in undeveloped and developing countries, the policians will buy houses abroad like in UK and USA, have assets in such developed countries but devaluing their countries money, is that not a ponzi -like of a thing where politicos gain but devastating their country while the less privileges are suffering from governmental money devaluation. A clear definition of a ponzi scheme. I can conclude that bitcoin is not a ponzi for just the following reason.
1. Bitcoin is not a fraudulent project even though it is used in fraudulent activities.
2. Bitcoin doesn't offer low-risk investment, promising high return, but bitcoin is a high-risk asset in terms of volatility and security.
3. Ponzi scheme provide an advantage to early investor by acquiring new investor and bitcoin investment are never referred to as Pyramid investment. But in bitcoin investing, early investor will only make a profit if they are willing to sell it in case of a spike in price. Volatility play an important role in this.
4. Bitcoin investing does not require new investors just to maintain or increase its price because busy market activity will continue to affect its price and it is always changing.

Some suggestions for the OP.
1. You are never forced to trust bitcoin in any way like some other famous people are talked about a lot.
2. You cant make the decision on your own to rate bitcoin as a ponzi scheme without being able to prove it in a sensible way.
3. You can log out any time you want from the platform because you were never previously invited not to trust bitcoin.

Fiat currencies (dollars, euro, yen etc) are a ponzi & pyramid scheme. I'll explain:

Pyramid scheme - All the money goes to the 1% through inflation, taxes, QE, bailouts etc. They sit at top and rob everyone basically. The average Joe gets screwed in the arse at the bottom.

Ponzi - In an hyper-inflationary event & mass currency devaluation - the last person holding dollars, euros, yen...loses.

Yes some will own much more Bitcoin than others, however there's no wealth-inequality where the majority of money is funneled to a small group of people.

Bitcoin is pure capitalism. Everyone has an equal chance to work hard an prosper on their own. They aren't severely disadvantaged like the current system. The aren't controlled in the system at the mercy of their government. They aren't slaves to the 1%.

Bitcoin is freedom money & it's extremely valuable.

So you are talking about the liquidity and the volume of the trading in an exchange? just because people invest in exchanges and buying bitcoin it doesn’t mean automatically that they are going to receive that new investor money. It is nowhere near that and I think you have the wrong idea of Ponzi itself.

Simple to know that they are not the same. Ponzi is networking. With networking you need down liners to earn your money as little as you get. Bitcoin can't be the same. Many fair arguments were already pointed out by others here. I just want to say that I get it how Bitcoin might look like a ponzi scheme to people who don't know it well. Namely, some people are so pumped on Bitcoin that they aggressively promote it to their close ones and people they just met, telling them that it's the money of the future and that by investing people will get rich. And if way more people invest in Bitcoin, the price will go up, so the promoters are interested in this (but they're, of course, not getting any money directly from bringing some of their friends to the community). Moreover, if many people suddenly cash out, the price will go down. But all these things are true of various products, and they are not the essential characteristics of a pyramid. Bitcoin is decentralized and unregulated, whereas a pyramid requires strict hierarchy.
