You would really be seeing these kind of comments to those who are just new or simply noob into this investment where they do believe that they can definitely make money if they do tend to get involved with btc

At the surface, people see bitcoin as a get rich quick way out of poverty, so when they lose their money in it, they start calling it as scam or ponzi. Bitcoin is not Ponzi because despite what the charts and news show, there is no 100% guarantee that you will make a killing with bitcoin.
