I personally still can't shop with cryptocurrencies freely but I don't think that cryptocurrencies are useless.  The understanding of cryptocurrencies is not evenly distributed, this is the reason why many online or offline stores still do not accept payments in cryptocurrencies.  You can still personally spend the profits from selling the cryptocurrencies you earn to buy something..

It's just that we have to preach about crypto more to people so they all see how beneficial it is and how fair it is against fiat which is printed out of nothing and is regulated by corrupt institutions. 1-2 hours to confirm bitcoin transaction ... if i go to a fast food and pay with bitcoin for my burger and fanta i got to wait 1 hour for just one confirm ... some times more

There are so many different companies /shops listed in my country that I could basically make all my important purchases only through Bitcoin. Bitrefill has been on the market for years and can therefore be considered very serious. So far I have made only good experiences.

There are a lot of today are accepting the use of the cryptocurrency in their shops, Also recently there is a thread on our Local(Pilipinas) created¹ by Asuspawer09
Some of the stores in my country already accepted the use of it, and soon after the covid I will visit those if I have time.


Also, you can try to visit the huge list² of ratimov about different exchange which uses debit cards and some of these are accepting the use of the bitcoin as payment. Right now I'm using the MCO Crypto. com to buy different things like voucher into grab and more stuffs.

Well, not all sites that accept bitcoin appear there. I found a dentist I was looking for and noticed that his site says he accepts bitcoin. Also, it won't appear on the google search that the OP has done for sure. This also happened to me in another case.

The thing is that the OP is partly right, bitcoin is far behind the cash, and the bad thing about pages like bitrefill is that they do the conversion to fiat so you can spend.

Nice suggestion. More on to this, day before yesterday I had good discussion regarding binance debut card which supposed to be most legitimate service considering the fact they are giant exchanger in the crypto space.

So yeah you can always enrol for such programs and get their debit card which has the capability to pay on the spot just like your normal visa or MasterCard. I guess it makes it even better considering you get to enjoy your anonymity.

A lot of famous companies are accepting cryptocurrencies as payments like Microsoft, Twitch, Overstock, etc. I think you are just making non-sense, and doesn't really know what bitcoin truly is. If you want to know the real purpose of bitcoin, you better start learning its benefits and uses of bitcoin in your daily lives and try to be active in this forum to realize that bitcoin is not useless.

Why you don't sell all of your cryptos and convert it into fiat and then send it to your bank account. By doing that, you will stop thinking about crypto, and you will have fiat money to buy anything you want. If your complaint with the time confirmation, you can increase the fees to get confirmation in a short time. I never use Moneygram, but I already use Western Union, and the fee is damn too high for me

First you need to learn how to use search engine properly, then you can see some real results. I’ve personally bought a lot of stuff for Bitcoin over the past few years, and I’ve never had a problem with fees - but that again requires knowledge - not some special knowledge, but still bigger than using a bank card with 4 PIN numbers.

Definitely this website doesn't hold the full list of bitcoins accepting merchants. It's an inhumane effort to list everyone. However, it provides a good list to start at least!

As I have already said, many merchants don't accept bitcoin due to the regulatory issues. In my city, I have found a Hair Salon which says they accept vitcoin. But when I called them to enquire, they denied. When I had actually visited the Salon, they agreed to take bitcoin. It shows that a lot of merchants are super cautious due to the regulatory issues. Not all countries are like Japan or Germany!
