I was looking at my trust list and realized some users need breaks. For several reasons they were on my distraust list I can not remember all but here I am trying to recall:

Removed from distrust list
TMAN - It started when Best_change started their campaign and TMAN left a neg for them without giving a 2nd thought. To me it looked like stopping a new business from a good start. We need to appreciate crypto projects for better adoptions. There are scams but without doing much research, without giving much time, without looking at deep - leaving negatives are harmful for the ecosystem. Anyway, I think it's time to reconsider. I have not seen him in the forum from long time besides he does not look like a bad one too. We do mistakes, we show ego but good heart is all matters.

Coolcryptovator, YOSHIE, TalkStar - It seemed these users did not like my stand against TMAN, and they started picking arguments (some of them were a bit logic-less too) against me. I had to exclude them for those logic-less arguments. It's not okay being biased by a user and support whatever they say. If they are right support it and if they are wrong then disagree with it.

JollyGood, Lauda - Stop leaving nags to everyone and everything. A nag is absolutely for a proven scammer or a proven shady user.

ChuckBuck, Anduck, Vod - I can not remember why I had them in my distrust list. But here we are.

LFC_Bitcoin, DeathAngel, swogerino - Bitcoin does not trust but it verifies. To LFC_Bitcoin, you are a better guy than saying a wrong right.

@ Royse777, indeed we used to have a few problems and misunderstandings, no need to tell again here everything has passed and has understood each other.

All of that in the past, I have buried it very deeply, thank you for making this topic, it seems like today I have to assess and review members that I don't trust.

To be very honest with all of you: I did not start this project to boost my profile. Please do me a favour by not crediting for that. I did it because someone has to do it and I feel good that - that someone was me, I am just doing my role to the community. And without the help of others like Lauda, Hhampuz, Little mouse, Untold, the secret investigation team and the translation guys we could not achieve anything. So those people deserve the credit too.

It's funny, only a couple of weeks ago I removed you from my distrust list because I couldn't recall why you were on there in the first place. 


I review my list from time to time and have been reminding a couple of people about this quote:

All that being said, I still discourage retaliatory ratings, and with these changes I encourage people to try to "bury the hatchet" and de-escalate rather than trying to use any increased retaliatory power you now have. Also, it's best to make your own custom list, and you must do this if you want to be on DT1.

I am never completely tied to anything, but let's try this for at least a few months and see how it works.

The good initiative so far. The reason would right or wrong but the user's opinions wouldn't be the same here. The forum is for open discussions, my opinion would match with someone or it would stand against someone's opinion. But I think this isn't a criterion to exclude or include someone on the trust list. Sometimes even I wouldn't agree with someone who is on my trust list, but I don't remove that because they don't agree with me or I do not agree with them.

Anyway, excluding or including doesn't mean it should remain forever. Life is variable and our behavior would change from time to time. You have done a few good jobs as YOSHIE said which is honorable.

I review my list from time to time

There were two reasons for me to create this topic or I usually do not create topics when I change my list especially those one or two inclusions and exclusions I do (Like I have included LoyceV after creating this topic but did not think to update OP because telling anything about it does not make much sense)
- There were many exclusions so obviously some would start finding issues (judging by how rough we see some users against others).
- I was bored and needed something to keep my mind thinking :-P

Anyway, I think retaliatory feedback, retaliatory DT vote are very common in the community and unfortunately most of the users really do not realize when they do it. Emotion plays a big role here.

This was a hard call for me especially removing Lauda. There are a good deal of feedback still are from Lauda which are too harsh (which I always do not agree to leave harsh tag) in my opinion on the other hand there are also feedback which are very appropriate. When we were working together in the Project COVID-19, once I, and she had a talk about it (we did not talk much about it and I think we both did not want to talk about it much to each others too). I can not remember the exact talk but I remember I said to her that she hands out negs very quickly, and she said she can not stand against scammers. More or less this was the talk related to it in the entire time we worked together.

Anyway, since Lauda is not active much any more and not going out and throwing up harsh feedback I decided to change my mind. Notice I have not included her yet. I choose not to support nor to oppose in this.

Regarding her moving back to DT - I did not have any clue that my change will change her status :-P and I am not going to change my mind for that too. If she is on DT2 then it's basically the outcome of the combined inclusion and exclusion she got from others.

Hey bud! Deep down I feel you are a good man and when you talk, you talk from your belief also, you do not choose to avoid too. It's good thing. But things will not go in your favour always and not everything is black and white too. The apology is not necessary here. We all are working for the community, and it's not possible to do the right thing always.

I am not gonna say that you have done mistakes in the past by adding people on your distrust list including me. Its completely depends on your own that you will get agree with anyone's judgement or not and IMO no one can change that by applying force from their end. Still i can remember the time when you helped me to fix my topic's table issues which was definitely a good sign of helpful mind and i have always respect for them who don't hesitate to waste their time by helping someone.

That was a clusterfuck, but it says more about the folks that used the disagreement as an excuse to enforce a personal grudge. 

Two trusted members whom I've helped in the past (and whom I respect) decided to remove me from their inclusions, and one DT1 member actually excluded me as a result of my position on the issue.  Since (as we all know) an inclusion is meant as a trust of judgement and exclusion is meant as a distrust of judgement, it seems rather ironic that I was right and they were wrong on the issue.  Again, saying more about their character than mine.

Most of these disagreements happen on a personal level and a number of people start distrusting each other because of difference in opinions. It doesn't mean everyone should join in and distrust that person just because they don't agree with you.

I agree with Vod’s accusation that OgNasty is a trust abuser (plus a scammer, a troll, etc.).  My trust list has contained ~OgNasty ever since I made my very first custom trust list in early 2018, long before democratic DT even existed!  And a few days ago, I issued negative trust feedback to Mr Nasty, which I should have done long ago.

Royse777 was defending OgNasty against me, in a way that shows peculiarly poor judgment.  I have excluded Royse777 accordingly:  I would not trust his tags, and I certainly would not trust his inclusions and exclusions to be brought into my trust network.

I addressed this here, because I could not reply to to Royse in Mr Nasty’s locked thread; and given what this whole episode shows about Royse’s own judgment, I need not reach the arguments that he thereby raised.
