Just by going to gym one will not be able to control their weight. The major contribution comes from the diet. You need to control what you eat. Most of the people do gym and then eat truckloads of fast food and fried chicken. It does not work like that, you will still end up gaining weight.

This is because the body has system to keep its weight always same and prevent a reduction once it has increased.
CICO! That is the name of the game. Diet is basically 80% of weight loss while the remaining 20% could be attributed to working out regularly. Calories In Calories Out basically determines if you will gain weight, maintain it or lose it over any period of time.

Also, working out is not just great for weight loss, but it helps keep your organs and body on the whole fit and active.

^^ speaking of simple tweaks

Shadi ke baad jab puri tarah se joint family mein shift huye toh sabse pehle my better half changed all Commode setup to squatting, not just our but sabka except parents. Sahi wala kalesh hua tha lol but now when i look at this past event, it looks like one of the fine and simple lifestyle change.

Shaadi k baad kalesh na ho toh zindagi ke kya majje. Indian toilet is good for us but as we grow older our knees tend to get weak.
That is where wester commode helps us by easing the pressure on our knees and so both the commodes are equally important.

Most of the Indians used to be farmer like 100 years ago so they just keep working most of their days that just burned them enough colories so the rich carb foods we took was good but now we are all working in airconditioned room and sitting at the desk all day that is drastic difference in physically demanding works yet we used to the same food culture that made our bellies bigger. Cheesy

Gym is good but not necessary for everyone, simple tweaks in the lifestyle can get us in shape, I guess, walking, cycling over using bikes for shorter distances, waking up early, don't skip breakfast, light lunch and finish dinner at least before 7pm.

That is it. That is what we need to know. Our lifestyle impacts a lot on our body. What we eat is what we transform our body into.
Healthy food and a balanced diet is a must depending on what type of work we do.
Most of us have a desk job which requires less calories and our diet should replicate the same so that we don't get obese.

We gone so far with our food culture and have almost accepted food varieties from all parts of the world and even we can see them selling in the street foods itself, might be constant awareness about the health-conscious is necessary now and when they are young, everything will be good but once they past 35 or 40 age then things will starts to show up.

If we visit the hospitals in India, any hospital be it government one or the luxurious private hospitals there is same amount of crowd there as we see on the streed food shops that tells us the story.

Coming back to the TCS Nashik news, I think women need to also see their part in this, they have to keep themselves away from such people, although we dont know how deeply they had been harassed but this is a chilling news indeed.

The peaceful community has now allowed the Intelligence agencies to monitor every individual from that community, working not only in hospitals but also in big companies. Being part of one such MNC, I have seen the community get all the special privileges, but never come across such a disturbing mindset. The worst is the Amravati case. If you have not heard or read about it, you can check the news. 19-year-old arrested for sexually exploiting around 180 minors, recording over 350 videos in Maharashtra

Worrisome part is these jihadi don't even accept if they did something wrong, forget about feeling guilty despite tons of evidence. Their family, every tom dick harry from Muslim side, every maulana comes into their defence and start playing victim card. So called liberals also provide cover and back em no matter what. Also, so called good muslims never call out this bigotry but gala faad ke chillayenge about ummah, palestine etc etc

I mean bc har industry mein kaand kar rahe hai. Spitting in food, feeding their customers gods know what, har jagah jihad karna hai be it gym, medical or some other institute etc etc. kal bhi UP mein ek doctor pakda gya apne bete ke sath.

Home ministry needs to increase funding of NIA and IB so that they can weed out these fucks from every possible industry.

Old means if you are in your 60s or 70s and that too when your knees and back gives up but modern lifestyle 20-30 saal ke logo ko bhudda bana rahi hai.

If someone spending more than 2-5 mins in potty then its a problem. Commode set up provides comfort but people use this comfort for scrolling their phones or do the thinking stuff and end up camping in toilet.

Nope, the peaceful community doing the jihad is okay! We know in the industry as another, the second largest flourishing community in India and the second largest in the world which is still a minority. These guys, I tell you, destroyed their only saviour of being literate and in a big position with the event of doctors and now this. Dr. Abdul Kalam, sir, should be an inspiration to them, as he might be the only one in Independent India who was the saviour of what India did in May 2025.

Unfortunately, these stupendeous guys on the pretext of religion are destroying their own community, which I think is a shame. I have a few so called seculars peace living friends and groups from my corporate office are now fear as many have flirted with Hindu girls, and some have been in cordial relationships, most of the times these girls/women left as they did not convert. They now fear that these girls/women will use the upcoming bill for their own agenda. Why I said a Bill, wait for it. It will allow the govenmet to check our social media.

This is truly the BJP doing its job in disguise, this is why I hate this party but could not vote against them as they have already destroyed anyone opposing them.

That is indeed worrisome. These educated Muslims stay silent when their community attacks on non-muslims but scream on social media as soon as their community is the victim.
Such double standards of these people and the cowardly acts of other muslims is the reason why it is the most hated community.
Countries like Italy and Japan and now US are opposing muslims staying in their countries.
Only India is a country where they encourage muslims to create more mosques, give them free land and hide their crimes.

This is sadly a way bigger problem than y'all think and it's a permanent one in my opinion. The few create issues for the whole implying that a section of people screw over entire communities thanks to others viewing them all as one in a condescending manner.

For example, some braindead Indians did some shitty things in Thailand due to which all Indians are generally viewed a bit more critically these days when compared to before.

Lok Sabha REJECTS the Constitutional (131st Amendment) Bill, 2026 which sought to expand the strength of the House from 543 to 850 seats and allow delimitation of seats based on pre-2026 Census with 298 voting in favour & 211 not in favor of the bill.rest were absent bc phele to ye batao ye sale 50 MP gayab hai patliament se  Grin

What happes now?

Delimitation WILL STILL HAPPEN after the first census post-2026. The 84th Amendment has frozen only until 2026. Once the constitutional mechanism kicks in, you'll have delimitation based on population, and the enacting act will require a simple majority. When that point arrives, the Centre is then without an obligation to go for 50% proportion increase in seats but this time oppositon needs 2/3 majority as another freeze in Delimitation will require constitutional amendment.

now since the bill is not passed & we will have Delimitation based on 2026 census , South States will atleast lose 18-25 seats combine in a 543 Lok Shabha with Kerela probably losing half of it's seats.

Indians are making their names in almost every country they are in. People can leave India but they cannot leave their Indian habits.
May be this is why when some people visit foreign countries they steal the hotel items they stay in.
Don't know what triggers them to do it but this is why many hotels hesitate to provide rooms to Indians and check the rooms thoroughly before letting them leave the hotel at the end of their stay.
Indians lack basic civic sense and only we can bring a change by changing ourself and teaching the same to our children.
May be then by the next generation or next to that, we can actually see civic sense improving among the Indians.

Just for some spicy conspiracy, kahin aisa na ho ki north ke sab politicians despite having their differences wanted this to fail for this very reason ( more seats) so that delhi ki kursi mein north hi dominant kare.

Kuch bharosa nahi hai inn politicians ka lol

^^ there is also possibility of main regional parties like DMK, TMC and few others don't see their chances being high in general election when considering national level hype or becoming Prime ministerial candidate

So they believe tightening their grip in their own state is better strategy as long as BJP don't get any space (congress is also national party but uska kya hi bole.)

^^ yeah could but then i think both DMK & TMC are expecting to lose power & might be doing this so they can milk the delimitation fully while being in opposition & use it to crawl back into power.

Regarding BJP if they win Bengal then we know all the machinery gonna camp in TamilNadu for next 10 yrs , baki congress to congress hai Rahul Baba ne bola oppose krne ka toh krne ka  Grin

Both states are tricky as fuck, head to head BJP has no chance against DMK atleast for a decade. Their best chance is to do something with AIADMK alliance and reach atleast double digits for now.

Bengal is too confusing for me and last time bhi sab keh rahe hai hawa hai bjp ki aur hua kuch nahi. One thing is for sure tho, expecting shit load amount of things in security related stuff if they manage to win, bahut kachra jama ho rakha hai wahan.

Bengal is too confusing for me and last time bhi sab keh rahe hai hawa hai bjp ki aur hua kuch nahi. One thing is for sure tho, expecting shit load amount of things in security related stuff if they manage to win, bahut kachra jama ho rakha hai wahan.

The current CM of Bengal has been in power for 34 years to come to power after defeating the communist party. She was in opposition in WB for 14 years and has been the CM of Bengal since 2011, when she destroyed the upcoming TATA Nano plan in Singur. If the BJP wants to defeat her, they need to go to the grassroots level in that state, especially those districts that border Bangladesh. RSS does the grassroots level work for the BJP, which is known by everyone now, but the problem is political killing, which is quite common in that state. This might be the first election when we are hearing and reading less political killing. I expect the BJP to hamper the TMC in some districts but not win the election.

Here I agreed that Bengal has never been a BJP-friendly state they needed to do some good work for having success in grassroots. Their strict policy is not going to help them here. Here Congress also has never had better results. This can help BJP, but they surely bring a strong and solid vision. In the current situation, defeating TMC is not an easy job for BJP. Until they start working at the grassroots level. This will take time. Development also needs to be shown without this, things are not going to be helpful for the BJP. The current CM of Bengal has been in politics for decades she also understands how to handle things against the BJP. This always works for her.

Claiming higher voting turnout in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry (election held on Apr 9th) and in pahse-1 of West Bengal election is not meaningful in my opinion.

Because, SIR (Special Intensive Revision) removed inactive voters and added new voters which obviously led to higher polls and I believe that for this exact reason why SIR is being conducted by Election Commission.

Honestly, I would not be surprised even for 99.99% polling in upcoming elections anywhere in India after an effective SIR.

Border area toh didi ka stronghold hoga, demography puri change ho rakhi hogi..

BJP grassroots heavy lifting is done by RSS and after some mistakes in general election, they are back in their usual routine. Mota bhai saying that BJP will pickup at atleast 110 seat in just first phase.

Haan bhai Chadda is in BJP now, along with handful aap's MPs.

2/3rd MPs of AAP in Rajya Sabha announce merging with the BJP.  Grin Grin

AAP MP Raghav Chadha says, "There are 10 AAP MPs in the Rajya Sabha, more than 2/3rd of them are with us in this. They have signed and this morning we submitted the signed letter and documents to the Rajya Sabha Chairman...3 of them are here before you. Besides us, there are Harbhajan Singh, Rajinder Gupta, Vikram Sahney and Swati Maliwal."

Most People are saying atleast 100+ seats in phase 1 for BJP & too much CRPF this time to do any rigging post voting but stil they would need around 50 seats in 2nd phase for Goverment & that's the hard pard ..All 2nd phase seats are TMC stronghold ..i'm expecting a narrow TMC win then BJP to split TMC in 1-2 yrs
