I have not heard of engines that can run on 100 percent Ethanol. The focus should be on developing EV infrastructure, which I feel the government is focusing on. But this sudden push on Ethanol is coming from Nitin Gadkari. His ministry, which is of Road Transport and Highways, issued draft rules in April 2026 to formally introduce these higher blends.

Yeh CIAN agro koi nayi company nahi hai, gadkari family pehle se hi agriculture mein involved hai aur phir inhone purani company ko rebrand kiya 2015-16 mein aur ethanol mein ghus gaye so there is no doubt that papa ji ne thoda bahut favor toh kiya hai dono ladko ko. So, the BJP wins WB after 70 years, with its origin in WB. This is an amazing achievement from a party that had only 2 MPs once from WB. I might be wrong with MP or MLA, so please ignore. Another win that was not expected was Vijay winning for the first time in TN. He and his party may not secure the majority, yet this kind of win is not expected from a newly formed party. Although there are many winners from his party who defected from DMK & AIDMK because they were not given tickets. It is still a huge win for him. That's the irony. Hum log vaise complaint karte rahenge ki there are no Indian companies, but once we have some, we are the biggest haters of them all. India me ek baat to hai that we hate the rich, sometimes deservedly but kabhi kabhi just because they are rich .
