Seems to be quite a few complaints on the AUR site forum complaining about their ID's are already showing as redeemed even though they haven't.

If the devs were withdrawing 31.8 AUR batches from the premine they wouldn't need to exhaust people's ID's to do that.

Surely it is a possibility there are glitches in the first method, and they were talking about adding more verification options later.

I guess it comes down to doing the best they can - and keep improving.

I have 29.9 Aurora I purchased with some BTC. Maybe I'm a fool but it is just a little punt and maybe when the big dump doesn't happen due to the airdrop, the price'll go up.  Grin

You're dumber than hammered dogshit.

Lol. Made money out of trading Aurora so I don't feel dumb. But anyway, don't be jealous.

Did you buy them at a very low price when they were first released?

let me get this straight..

a coin that represents a country and is aimed at it's population is considered shit...

but..

a coin that is based on fucking cartoon shit and just sounds stupid by it's name is considered worthy..

sounds like common core education material too me..

Aurora from it's inception has done what it set out to do and yet all I hear on this forum are a bunch of fucking losers calling it shit..

Is Litecoin shit too??

Yeah, I think people have been harsh on it. But the fact of the matter is, whether it's eaten by the devs or the population of Iceland, coins with significant premines will be pumped, dumped, and forgotten. It was innovative, it seems like the devs were not assholes, but it's economics--premining doesn't make for stable currencies.

We will see in the next price rate in month or two will aurora live or slowly die. Personally i wouldn't like that to happen it can be stable but lot of people are going slowly on X11 coin.

I'm afraid there will be a massive sell-off.

Even if everyone who got the drop would sell asap for BTC, AUR would've managed to do more than many can only dream of; probably at least half of the population of one nation has heard about cryptocurrencies by now, and increasing daily. It's gotten into mainstream news as well:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2014/03/26/everyone-in-iceland-just-got-a-free-wad-of-digital-cash-will-it-save-their-economy/?tid=hpModule_a2e19bf4-86a3-11e2-9d71-f0feafdd1394

Imo the price on exchanges is secondary.

I agree there are to many coin in game n most of people heard something or anything about cryptos, yes there are in news all day talk.

Every 5th person is heard or doing something with cryptos (mining or investing).

I'm surprised how well the price is holding up. It stayed the same although bitcoin crashed down a bit recently.

That might be because the coin is gaining value outside of speculation on exchanges

A few people on this forum have said all coins will go up in the summer. Is there some reason for this, or is it just a guess?

Only because it hasn't risen in Q1 as they said so before.
