I heard from my friend that trying to smile in a hard situation can reduce your stress, even if your face looks bad with that smile. But I think that is right because if we smile or laugh, we can trigger a hormone called endorphin which can release the stress hormone. If you feel stress, just trying to relax and sit down for a while, and try to take a deep breath while you try to smile and accept the situation. Maybe that can help.
trying to make a 'fake smile' is great for stress relief...

Before the corona pandemic the best stress relief for me was going to Sauna, sweating away all the stress at 100 degrees made me feel happy and I could sleep like a baby. Unfortunately since the pandemic all saunas are closed. My alternative now is to just go for a walk. It's not the same but still helps.

I am not sure about that. Do you have any sources to support your claim?
My friends and I are all adults who often enjoy going to movies together with our families. Could be that things are different in your area because of cultural differences.
It's an opinion so there's no need to support that claim.

Are you doing that most of the time? because in my circle of relatives and friends, we don't usually do that as we don't have time to even watch movies at night.

When I have some spare time, it's a timing that I don't feel any stress so I watch.

Most of the time? Definitely not. As often as every month? Yes! Of course, that was before the covid-19 pandemic.
Although my significant other disapproves, I still enjoy a good movie more than a theater.  Cheesy

Sometimes I watching videos of kittens on the Youtube platform besides of see a baby or small child or plays with them. That makes me feel back in my childhood and I feel that it really reduces my stress. It is happy to see them smile and laugh without any burden. Sometimes I watching videos of kittens on the Youtube platform besides of see a baby or small child or plays with them. That makes me feel back in my childhood and I feel that it really reduces my stress. It is happy to see them smile and laugh without any burden. When I start to get stressed, I just quit what I started, rest, get distracted by thoughts, and then I continue to work with a fresh head Wink
More thinking makes one emotionally worse at a time this requires rest as well as recreation resting alone a lot of the time can have so many more detrimental effects on the brain. In addition to seeing entertainment you have to be obsessed with new things.

Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

 Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?

Have a drink, dance, and if it doesn't work, find a place to punch.

Because that is the only way we can hide our white hairs aside from wearing Wigs.

but good that i still have my black hairs though there are some part that they are starting to exist now.
