We can't stop the scammers from scamming. As time goes by, scammers become more intelligent. They know how to make a person believe that it is not a scam. Isn't it ironic? They are intelligent but they use it in their wrongdoings when they can make use of their brain to look for good high-paying jobs. Though, life will be easy in an instant if it's an easy money I think the best way to avoid being scammed by these people is to be aware that they are capable of everything. As much as possible, do not entertain individuals who you do not know personally unless badly needed. Double up your security and if your instinct feels bad about a certain scenario... think of it and decide if you need to back out.

The only way that we can identify the scammer is by searching for the other news about what they offer. If they give something that makes us suspicious, we don't have to follow what they offer. That can help us to avoid losing our money in their hand. We can not stop the scammers from tricking and stealing people's money, but we can prevent them from trying that way. I am sure that if we can be careful and always analyze and get more information about the news, we can avoid them.
People get into the scammer's trap because they think they can profit in the short term without thinking about the process. People also become greed when they look at a big profit that they can get from joining in one program.

I have noticed and we are all aware that so many people do complain that they were scammed through bitcoin. In every problem there is always a solution. How can we identify when a scammer is trying to scam.Let their be a strong system In such a way that scammers won’t be able to penetrate in. And can we pay more attention when someone complain about scammers.
We can't Stop scammers, yet we can avoid them. And when it's case of dealing with someone through Bitcoin, we need to be extra cautious. Moreover always try to deal through a middleman/escrow , it will help to save you from scams. You can track a user through it's Bitcoin address, but if he's smart enough he will use mixer to mix his coins and become anonymous. Nevertheless the only thing we can do is to remain attentive.

Well, first of all, there's is no such system that couldn't be penetrated because no system is 100% safe, scammers would find a way to break it and harm people. Scammers are nowadays are so smart that they can now even pull off something that we can never imagine, sometimes we cannot even tell if it is a scam or not am I right? So basically, scammers are most likely inevitable especially if there's money involved that is why all we need to do or to have is KNOWLEDGE but this still will not 100% guarantee avoid these circumstances. Before engaging in any events or activities make sure that you always make research about them so that we might not fully avoid them but we can reduce the chances of being scammed.

We have every reason to believe that scammers will continue their shady activities as long as bitcoin continues to be a decentralized monetary system with a robust approach to transferring value. In other words, as long as bitcoin be considered money.
Most of the schemes scammers use have already been tested many times on other money such as fiat, gold, silver, etc. Bitcoin is no different: it just has gotten some more useful characteristics that make it superior to other monetary assets. But the idea is the same they can scam you using old ways of scamming including social engineering, which works perfectly fine all the time.
So, to stop any illicit activity in bitcoin, the only thing we can do is stop bitcoin altogether or make it worthless, which is also going to stop it. We can try to implement KYC approved transactions, for instance. But, as we have learned from the history of banks, it won't work either, because KYC is mainly used not for prevention an illicit activity, but for controlling innocent people.
To make a long story short, if you don't want bitcoin used by criminals, just destroy it completely. If you want bitcoin to exist, just accept the fact it will be used by everyone including criminals. Freedom of transactions cannot be selective: bitcoin is for all.

Whatever system we may create, a bunch of scammers will always finds their way to rescam people. The fact that they are using decentralized system to scam is one of the main problem. The solution? Stop allowing ourselves to become a victim.
If they are wise enough to make some moves, we should be wiser than those of scammers. Let's say we make them fill out informations before the transactions, but the reality is that scammers will not give their "real" identity or informations.
The bottom line here is, We can't really stop btc scammers but, we can RESIST them.

Scammers are always there so it's almost inevitable to stop them from scamming people because they will always find various ways to scam others. No matter how much we try improving the system, scammers will still be there, so instead of looking for a free-from-scammer system, why not educate people to avoid getting scammed, I think this is the best way to do. We know that there's a lot of scammers here, and it's already on those greedy people that's why we need to be cautious and knowledgeable to protect ourselves from them.

If you look closely and you inspect most of these scams.. you will find that Crypto currencies are not the scam, but merely the payment method. So, if this is the case... should Crypto currencies be blamed for these scams or the scam that are using Crypto currencies as the payment option? The Crypto community has already gone a long way to educate people about scams with sites like https://badbitcoin.org/ and also the scam accusation section on this forum.

We can't really stop them and there's no any system that would be able to stop them from scamming. If you are going to look at the big exchanges even if their security is tight there are still some times that they were scammed by scammers. The only thing we could do to this matter in order not to be scammed is to educate yourself and learn to be a critic so you would be able to avoid the scammers.

One way to identify if the project is a scam, it's good to be true. These investments promise a large amount of profit in a short period of time, like double your money in just 1 month. Even the bank didn't offer that kind of profit annually. It would be best if you were wise, or else you will be a victim of this scam investment. The only solution I know to solve this problem is by educating people to know more about bitcoin. By the time they know how to earn from bitcoin trading, they will not invest easily in the projects that good to be true.

How can we identify when a scammer is trying to scam.Let their be a strong system In such a way that scammers won’t be able to penetrate in. First and foremost, any market that hasn't been regulated is likely to be a target for scammers since they're sure they'll make way with what ever stunt they're able to pull off. Bitcoin isn't centralized so irrespective of what the scammer make way with there're zero chances of the victim getting back their funds. Any system that'll be set up would be going against the concept of the technology which is focused on decentralization. We're on our own basically as our finances are in our hands therefore we're entitled to what ever decision we take in safeguarding our investment. The only solution we can give to this ongoing issue is to stay vigilant and avoid chasing after the hype of new trends as the chances of scammers taking advantage of them are high. Stick to investing in bitcoin, learn and understand the importance of securing your wallet and using service that let you be in control of your funds.

There is no specific way to stop bitcoin scammers. Even the government can only reduce the number of scammers with regulations. There is no absolute method for this issue. As you can see, the world we live in are full of thieves despite rules and laws organized by the government. Use bitcoin and other crytpocurrencies at your own risks. Although scammers are around, bitcoin provides the opportunity to be free from the centralization and become anonymous. And as you know: With great power comes great responsibility. Be responsible for your own money and your own portfolio. There will be no third party which try to control everything for you

Scammers are just scattered anywhere and they seem to have a stronger technique nowadays. On the other hand, we can avoid this scammers by trying to be very keen in trusting somebody else. We should always be very careful and smart. Scammers are too wise and persistent, but we can beat them somehow if we don't easily believe their offers. Ive been fooled so many times by different people before, and maybe this is the reason why I change a lot. I don't give trust and believe easily now, and another thing that I learned, is reading someone's speaking gestures and facial expressions especially the eyes. I become so hard to deal now because of my experiences. But, I guess its not that bad. It is better to be more cautious rather than feel sorry if you get scammed.

We could only avoid it by shared information so others would know that those program or investment is a scam. Knowledge is the key to avoid it we could easily avoid being scammed if we would just use our brain I know it is rude but it's true, Most of the time people would fall into scams that could easily be seen or identify as scam but due to their behavior of being greedy they would risk their money for it.

Unfortunately we can't possibly stop Bitcoin scammers, they will always be around. There have been many scammers who have been arrested by the police, but the other scammers always appear. We can only avoid scammers by carefully choosing projects and educating ourselves. Because only people who are careless and greedy, will become victims of scammers. If we are always careful in choosing projects it can minimize becoming victims of scammers.

That is uncertainty. We can prevent them from ourselves but can't stop other people to be trick by these smart scammers surround us. There are no other solutions to this thing but to make ourselves aware of it. If we are a greedy person, I doubt that it will be working. A reason why many scammers still exist and they are not stopping anymore is because there are still a lot of people being blinded by these fake giveaways, attractive offerings that most scammers had used to trick them.
if we know that it was a scam or alike, ignore is the best thing to do.

If you really want to stop the bitcoin scammers you should start it by your self first and you need to avoid scammers because it will minimize the chance of scammers to scam someone. second, you have to warn everyone every time you met a scammer so that they will be notice who are the scammers and how they can scammed. If we cannot stop scammers from scamming even if it is just a small time, we also cannot stop scammers that is scamming a big man.

Some say we can't stop the bitcoin scammers but there's a thing we could do to stop them.
When I saw this thread, one thing comes to my mind is to be an educated person. How would you stay longer in cryptocurrency if you lack knowledge about it? If you have information, knowledge and wisdom and using cryptocurrency then it's impossible for you to be scammed by scammers.
Those common victims of scamming are prolly beginners in this community and don't have any idea how they will get profit in here. They're getting baited through free bitcoins and giveaways or maybe scam investments that have high ROI.

Sorry to say but the reality is that you can't stop them. Scammers are everywhere no matter what industry you are in. The world is not 100% scam-free. They keep coming and coming, improving their scamming skills, etc. I know that they are learning some techniques coming from so-called "Scam Academy Paid Course" or something from the dark web.
It is we that should adjust when seeing scammers around the corner. We must improve and learn how to avoid getting scammed. And if they improve their scamming skills, we also level up avoiding them in order for our hard-earned funds to be completely safe from them.
These scammers are targeting mostly newbies and beginners who aren't experienced in dealing with scams, and it's so hard to stop them. What we can do right now is just keep educating and spreading awareness to the newbies and beginners in making them avoid getting scammed for good.
