There's nothing he can do but making up those baseless accusations about that "iilegal votes" did came in and he was cheated and whatsoever reason he had been throwing. Basing on numbers then its clear as day on what would be the outcome of this election. These ruckus is just really making up some noise to possible on making some delays but theyre fighting on something which isnt really true. They cant force on things that they had in mind.So its better to accept the defeat and just keep silent.  Cheesy

Actually, it wasn't baseless but their accusations have solid proofs that is why they are crying to death to stop the counting in the meantime.

But I doubt it will be granted. For me, let Biden wins as he clearly winning in numbers then just investigate later.

I'm sure if those complaints were proven to be true 100%, Biden won't think twice of stepping down. But that investigation shouldn't be prioritized and just be a man to accept the loss.

There were no proofs in the first place.

Here's some worth to read on.

https://news.yahoo.com/here-are-all-the-stories-trump-has-cited-as-evidence-of-a-rigged-election-155551232.html

I agree on the fact that its impossible to rig out a presidential election but lets see on what would happen next.

Looking to the possible result of this election, I'm the one that's nervous for him. Watching people to gamble with such amounts sure is an entertaining thing. I can't do such but if they can do it, for sure, they are aware of what they do. $1m, $5m and maybe with another event, we see rich people betting more than that. Just a few more counts if not, we'll see it up to the courts for the recount. We can understand a gambler's feeling and this could also be the bet of his life.

and based from the article, he wen all-in. so i dont know what exactly they mean about that. "all-in" of his funds or what? because if he bet all his savings, dont think he will be sleeping in the next few days. but wishing that he will win in some miraculously circumstances.

if he will lose his entire life savings. guess, what his biggest lesson in life here!
Yup. He did an all-in. I think that's his savings, the article should be more precise with the description but it is what it is the meaning of it. The possible win of $15m is what makes him eager to win. And even us if we are betting and we have an idea how much we're about to win, we're only looking at the figures and not with the possible lose that we get. As the article says, they have depended on the past election so he have thought that it could be the same win of Trump just like the past election.

Does the election done already I mean there's an official result now? It looks like the player lose his $5M i've seen on google that Joe Biden has more votes than Trump isn't?

I search on google now, and it's the live result.

https://i.imgur.com/yRkOCz0.png

As you can see, Biden is already in the lead, the election is not over since AFAIK, they will race to 270 and Biden is already far ahead, no way Trump would pull a miracle here, which means, that $5 million bet is gone.

This is also the one I got from another site

Source: https://ig.ft.com/us-election-2020/#:~:text=With%20weeks%20to%20go%20before%20the%20US%20presidential,2016%2C%20Mr%20Biden%20leads%20by%205%20and%20

Seems like Biden will be the one to take the presidential position,... and it seems my bet's for trump will gonna lose  Undecided Cry

Just like the usual gambling, he used the previous election as his reference. He actually even sees that Trump has the edge so he bet on it without a doubt.

This type of gambler, that can afford to lose such amount is already a professional on this industry. While counting of votes slow down, I think he is now preparing for his possible loss. There's a big pain but this gambler will not bet a big amount without a stable and big business as his source of income.

Not only him but referencing the article, there are a lot of them. The result of his bet is much more interesting to see. Whether he wins $15M or he losses $5M.
Whichever the result, I think any of those media that have covered his bet should also cover him again after the presidential election. They should give him an interview, I think that's a good exposure for him if it's possible to happen and get an insight what he was thinking when he made that big bet and what are the next steps he plans to do.

I can only imagine how this guy is feeling. It has been a roller coaster ride with the balance steadily shifting away from Trump and then it seemed like he could pull it off in a few states only to have it continue to slip away every time they release new data.

If he has millions to spend on betting on an election then he must be a very wealthy person so it is likely that he will rocover. I would advise him to invest in bitcoin because with the value rising he will recover his losses sooner.

In the future bigger bets will going to happen in cryptocurrency by being anoynymous betters can enjoy this feature and will not getting caught too if it will be organized. I do believe that cryptocurrency will have a better chance to become way in betting rather than the usual form of betting where you need to disclose your details and that might be troublesome when betting. In cryptocurrency, everything will be good and that I believe bitcoin can play a big role in this.

Right, just like when we have bets on our favourite team, when we are about to go and take the lead, suddenly the other made a goal separating the score again, ouch.

If he has millions to spend on betting on an election then he must be a very wealthy person so it is likely that he will rocover. I would advise him to invest in bitcoin because with the value rising he will recover his losses sooner.

Definitely, this guy has some deep pockets to put a $5m bet on Trump. He could recoup it , for sure, investments or gambling platforms.

Guys, who else is sick of seeing these numbers:

It has been like this for almost 2 days already!

I don't want to waste my time on researching about what's going there, but I feel like something is wrong with the counting.

I mean, imo, this British gambler can still win huge money instead of losing his $5 million.

What do you mean something is wrong. Do you mean they counted wrong and Trump should be in the lead? Or it should be already be over?

I mean, it should be already over. I just read on BBC that is "the longest delay to a presidential election result in 20 years." And this is happening when technologies have advanced like never before, which should have caused faster counting, no?

But this election is pretty much over, Biden is currently in the lead in Georgia. He only needs one more state in it's done.

RIP 5 Million.

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. Yes, Biden has more chances to win the election, but it's not settled yet.

Not necessarily, maybe he put his lifetime savings on Trump winning the elections.Hardcore gamblers tend to do crazy stuff.I mean,of course you have to be millionaire in order to bet millions, but still if he invested lets say half of his fortune on Trump, this will hurt him, badly.

I agree with latter part, that it would be much better if he invested in BTC as that is sure winning bet,you cant loose in the long run.

I'm sure he is a big-time gambler to be able to up that big amount, it's his choice anyway but it's something that people will talk about because not everybody can up that big amount, just to bet for Trump when his chances are 50/50, let's admit there are still who don't like his leadership because he is quite arrogant in dealing with some issues.

He sure is a big-time gambler.

Not just that but for sure he is also a supporter of Trump. I don't think he would just put that huge money into that without anything to back his confidence up. I've been watching some videos like Trump saying that if he loses, he will not be accepting it and it would be one of the most rigged elections that happened. Maybe that is one of that reasons why he put that money on Trump.

Lol even a Hardcore gambler will never risk a 5$ dollar that he saved all his life just for a single election net because aside from Winning or losing what is the other factor he might get from this?
Thats why i am also sure like what btc_angela says that he must be a Wealthy person.

By the looks of it, I think Biden had already won the election though we are still waiting for the official announcement.

There's no more live betting in the sportsbook I'm using now, which means soon enough the winner will be declared.
$5 million is just an ordinary bet for a high roller gambler, hopefully he is a high roller.

I am not an expert or familiar with American politics but seeing that Biden is also in the lead on most of the remaining state with 90%+ expected counted votes on the link you shared I doubt trump has any more chance of winning the presidency.

I've heard last time that Trump will gonna sued biden, am I right? so I think yes, biden will win this year presidency, trump will not be like that if the knew he can win this time, that gambler make 5M on losing side. he should know the current review of Americans first before Making that, maybe he is also a businessman and if trump will be elected again, it is very beneficial to him and his businesses that's why he has a high hopes to trump. Maybe yes he has some inside connections as well but trump will lose to biden now.

This has been considered the biggest political bet ever.

Quote
A British gambler has reportedly staked $5 million on President Trump winning Tuesday’s election — a wager believed to be the largest ever political bet.

The former banker used private bookmakers registered on the Caribbean island Curacao for the bet at odds of 37/20 — meaning he could get a $15 million payout, sources told The Sun.

In a few more hours, we will be announced the results of the presidential race. First, there was a $1M bet, now, $5M has been made. Politics aside, I love to see how people enjoy their happiness with gambling. No matter what the aspect is, they can always make an entertaining bet. Do our cryptocurrency gambling sites have a big wager like this?

Source: British gambler bets $5M on Trump in biggest-ever political wager

That was a very huge amount of money to be bet, this person is a very rich one. In cryptocurrency I never seen any gambler did the same thing about that amount in which is 5m$ here in my country, In fact, that amount of money is equivalent here of 250M

Indeed, Trump literally acts like a kid who wasn't taken to Mcdonalds by his parents, and this acts only makes, making fun of him funnier. Biden would definitely win this election though he isn't even a great candidate, to begin with, anyone besides trump is good enough. And pretty much, the states who note yet finalized the votes tend to have an equal amount of expected votes for both parties. Ergo, the additional votes can be said to be void in the case.

About being beneficial to his business, I think this is not a case, if your only motive to bet is because it is beneficial to you if he win, then what is the purpose of you high staking when you can already benefit as he win. It is pretty much that he really trust and commit himself to the situation where he sees that TRUMP is winning.

That bet was made when the presidential race just began, in November 3, and the odds seem to be (1+37/20)=2.85 for Trump at the time he placed that bet, which means he placed it just before the race started since Trump's odds became lower by a landslide as he won more states.

Do our cryptocurrency gambling sites have a big wager like this?

No gambling site will let you place a bet as big as that, not even for casino games. Most of them have a limit of around 1-10BTC, and sportsbooks have even lower maximum bets depending on the type of the game.

Donald Trump is now a laughing stock on talk shows, it seems Donald Trump is overconfident that the team is not prepared to leave the White House and talking nonsense, Biden will eventually become the winner, and whether Trump likes it or not he should bid the White House, I hope the guy can also say goodbye with no hard feeling to his $5 million

Losing Isn’t Easy, Especially for Donald Trump

President Donald Trump files lawsuits and undermines the election claiming every kind of fraud imaginable.
