IEO very helpful way for token sales because it have more safety. If a project gonna manage a ieo from top exchange then investors came believe easily so both is good like IDO. ICO and defi are more dangerous at this time so we can pass them and try find out on ieo.

Well, for me, whether it's ICO, IEO, IDO, STO or whatever, it doesn't really matter, just like the op that says he prefers IEO, I know many IEOs that have come and gone and many of it turning either scam or abandoned project later wards, ICOs which people think is the most risky have brought out many popular and successful projects we know and are proud of today.
So for me, be it ICO or IEO or which ever, it doesn't really matter, what matters is the team behind the project and and seriousness towards a successful project.

I think IEO is the best. At least, investors can know how the quality of the coins from the place of IEO itself. If the IEOs are in the top exchanges, it is likely big projects and big tokens. While if the IEOs are in small exchanges, it is likely not really big projects, possible for low demands. So, from this thing, investors can consider which one is the best to join.

IEO is always the best for me because infinity I can be sure that they will not scam and will enter the exchange market in the future. In addition, IEO of top exchanges are always the best such as like binance, kucoin. So you should participate in all these IEO because the amount of risk is to low.

i think IDO is the latest crowdfunding methode at this moment, but we don't know if there will be another crowdfunding methode created mate
and in my opinion when the dex getting more popular then cex, IDO could be the best crowdfunding methode now

My last big profit was when I participated in promoting ICO projects in 2018, but entering 2019 there were many scam ICO projects.
Therefore, since 2019 I have preferred IEOs that have proven to be safer, especially by participating in IEOs on top exchanges.
The success rate is quite high. So in conclusion IEO is the best choice.

I heard that, STO & IEO both tokensale system is enough samilar process where STO represents itself as the security token,that make STO different from what ICO & IEO are made to achieved.furthermore IEO always seem better choice to me among from all of others you mentioned as because it has always fear perticipating with ICO-STO token sale, if the token will never be listed on any exchanges!! Yes, actually all of those things are good and will never be a problem for the original project, because the original project will easily raise funds even if it doesn't use all of those methods, just because some investors prefer IEOs in ensuring a good exchange, then most of the original projects will still choose the IEO for that.

Yes I agree IEO is the safest bet.

The safest bet for what? both are free ways to get the coins, so, since there are free there is no safest way.

I would not recommend any kind of these 4 projects, most of them will end in an exit scam. The problem with this kind of business is the return of the business profit to the market, if that doesn't happen then the investors will lose their money.

IEO is my favorite. I can see where the coin to be listed through this initial sale. Commonly, the token will be listed at the place where the IEO is taken place. So, at least, the token has already the place to be listed. We don't be afraid about the listing plan anymore. That's why I guess any people prefer to choose IEO now.

But even if there is a sure listing for IEO projects, still you need to assess the capability of the team. Because if there will be no good developments that will come out of it, the fate will be the same as others who already exited the game. IEO is good if you are talking in Binance platform, because they already passed thru stringent requirements, and we know that project is good but you also do need to do your part, study the project.

im only familiar with ICO but thats all was just stratey of the project team to launch the project, ofcourse the team already count which one was better
and for us to be investor really have to know and study the project first before we get in  our money in there

Agree that ICOs are just a scam scheme. I am no longer interested in ICOs. the reason is very easy because ICO is just a fraudulent scheme if we look. many people have lost heavily from this investment. since 2 years there has been no change to the ICO which contains fake teams. if indeed you are interested in joining the ICO, make sure that the legality or concept that he offers is good. especially if you already have cooperation with exchanges or other projects that have trust

Interesting subject, I was going to create a new thread and then found this one.

So it looks like IDO is the trend theses days with polkastarter, ignition... However you have to buy and hold their token.. 250 POLS for polkastarter and 1000 PAIDS for ignitions. Now as prices are low let's say it's a good option to buy theses token now. One bought you get whitelisted and can apply but you have to be lucky enough to win the lottery. Then depending on the platform you will get a certain allocation. You will then buy the token you want and pray you make money but also pray that the tokens you are holding are will not drop in price. It's a double risk. Another parameter to take into account is that while not yet listed the token price could increase as buyers are limited but once it get listed the price could drop... Too complicated for me I prefer IEOs

The other difference is the agressive marketing strategy of IDOs providers. In fact to be able to participate in IDOs you need to buy and hold their native tokens. Which means that the number of people willing to do so will be reduced. Now when you have a token for sale and a restricted number of people (knowing that theses people have already spent around 500 $ to get in) the price will go up  (yes IDOs token price is not fixed)because of demand increase. Then when the same token get listed in exchanges thus a more important number of people concerned if the project gets ignored then the price will drop. result you would have bought an expansive token during IDO because of big demand and then loos your money once it get listed.

Amongst all of them, I think IDO is alot more successful than any other currently, ICO was good during 2017 bull run but not anymore, while IEO is still used by projects nowadays, but it's not as good as the IDO I see around these days, IDO's on popular launchpads tend to pump min of 20x immediately after launch, e.g poolz the IDO price was $0.7 but after the launch it pumped $50, before it dumped massively during the last dip, I prefer IDO over others now.

IEO and IDO is more promising to make money because these fundraising methode has lower hardcap than ICO. With lower hardcap is mean more potential the price will rise because the initial marketcap also will be low. I have checked alot of IDO, and their tokens sold out very fast because the hardcap below $1 million, IDO tokens also get listed quickly on the DEX.
