It is difficult to determine when is the right time to buy coins or tokens. In my opinion, if we have analyzed and created a strategy, we can buy and set a stop loss or profit target. Prices are very volatile and all we can do is analyze it, if it doesn't fit our analysis I think we can evaluate it. Unless we invest for the long term, because it requires patience

In my opinion, when is the right time to buy depends on our investment plans, whether for the short term or the long term. It's no longer sometimes, but it is clearly unpredictable that many people have made wrong predictions in the past, so obviously everyone has to analyze repeatedly on every price seen in order to make comparisons and predictions that are a little more accurate.

Now that bitcoin is bullish again, this would again entice some buyers to risk money for altcoins as they are also bullish at the moment.

However, I don't think it's  good idea to buy now, if they would buy, why not during the time when bitcoin was on a correction, they could get a good price for altcoins that time as it dumped significantly. As to what coin, just DYOR, we are responsible for our own action, at least we don't blame anyone, but ourselves in case we make mistakes.

Buy when the market is crashing. This is the best time to buy a crypto. If it happen you wish to buy crypto in an ICO period which is more risky then I suggest to buy a crypto which is being managed by a good bounty manager like @Hhampuz. Most of his projects managed are successful and you can even check his trust feedbacks. There are other good bounty manager as well like @yahoo62278 whom established but I did not see him promoting ICO projects.

All the points listed are realistic and well sorted out but for me, I would go with your numbers two and five. For me, I would say when the price is down you can buy any cryptocurrency of your choice, and also when the project is listed on a big exchange.

I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.

I believe that different events can be used to choose the right time to buy cryptocurrencies. Your suggested list is fine and can be used. However, if you choose one way, then I think that the best time is the moment when the price of a crypto asset is at the bottom and it can be bought at the lowest price. Personally, I try to stick to this point. In any case, you should have several ways and remember that any investment carries a risk.

Lol buying coins at ICO isn't safe and not recommended unless you know the difference between a high quality new project and a crap one, IEO is still fine if you choose through top exchanges projects but the best way to buy coins is in red market, whenever market crashes go for top altcoins including bitcoin and wait for recovery

Best time is to buy once there's good dip because waiting for right time maybe wrong period of buying so whenever there's dip, one can buy cryptocurrency coins or tokens. Always do your research a d buy. All coins have it's own altcoins period.
