I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?

because usually i will buy any coins if the price hit a strong support and demand zone moreover if we can combining with fundamental thats could be the most powerful strategy

if you can read technical analysis I think it will be easy to read the time to buy,
because if you don't then you can get caught in a trap, for example you buy Bitcoin at $45k, and you believe that it is a bottom,

If you are looking for a short term profit then I think you should invest when the market is in bull run or try day trading but for that you must have enough knowledge and experience of trading. Well, buying during ico, IEO or STO can only be possible if the coin in question still at this stage, if one discovers a coin when it's already gone pass this exchange which I believe is definitely one of the good times to buy, then one have to strategically buy them from an exchange, the strategy one applies during buying will depends on the  person's level of taking risk.
Personally, I can buy a coin I pick interest in anytime, only one thing I try to make sure of is never to buy a coin when it's been pumped, I will rather wait for it to pump and later dump before I decide to buy.

All I can say is that all of the methods you mention is good but every investment on different projects is also depend on youre luck because no one can really know if the project you invest succeed or turn into a shit poject in the near future, i saw many good project in year 2017 that turns into a shit project and abandoned by thier developer.
