BNB VS Eth - Invest in ETH since BNB is centralized

Eth is soon launching its version 2.0 but the fact is that that many blockchains are based in ETH, ETH is open source and less centralized despite the fact that binance has a working product (its centralized exchange) and its lending and dex platform. While the deFi will make the ETH bigger as you need ETH to lend the deFi tokens. So it is time to make your investment in ETH instead of buying BNB tokens which may fail anytime.

In the world of apps, there's no doubt that centralized platforms simply works A LOT better in general due to the UX problem despite how much people would want Ethereum to succeed.

You are comparing two different things, because this is a blockchain and the second is different from the first, and the reasons for using them are completely different from the other.

Binance's currency (BNB) is intended to obtain sufficient funding for that platform and reduce fees when using it. Therefore, increasing its price will not be beneficial to the user because he will have to pay more fees.

ETH is decentralized and there is a certain capacity for the market, which means that its price may rise to record levels in the future.

I have BNB's but not that much.
Mostly used for expense in trading fees.

But Ethereum? I had been working my ass before to accumulate more.
I just stopped recently because of the pandemic and bills are coming back to normal again.
I think it was $280 (July) when I last bought some. I am already at good profits but since 2.0 is near I might hold a little longer.
Although I might not really recommend buying now, it's pretty risky at a high price.

ETH is the best altcoin, no doubt. I can't say if BNB is trying to compete it but it does do the same thing as ETH.

But, I have ETH and none for BNB.

ETH 2.0 will pump it.

They have different use cases and it depends on the user which will serve him best for a particular situation.
But most crypo users are more into eth rather than BNB. Because not all crypto users are BNB users.
But with eth, a lot of us have eth wallet at least at one point in our crypto journey.
And still holding some eth tokens. So basically, most of us interacted with eth platform and still using eth.
When it comes to investment advise, should follow your instincts and just get some tips from the users here.

I certainly not choose BNB over ETH, if that only the choice. I'm not saying BNB is not a good investment but that something practical to me and ETh has shown my desires than NBN can do.

ETH can be like Bitcoin, it shot up high at any moment.

I have both ethereum and BNB, but I don't hold it for the long term since I think ethereum and BNB will be good to sell after the price increase and buy back again if the price is down. The price of both ethereum and BNB still up and down, and both coins are behind bitcoin. If you want to have a long-term investment, bitcoin will be the best investment because having bitcoin is enough as an investment. The altcoin can be another short term investment, so if you see the price is good to sell, you can sell it right away.

BNB is not centralized, Binance DEX proves that they are decentralized,
indeed binance exchanges are centralized exchanges but they are a good project,
moreover CZ is very serious about running this project, I still love Binance and invest here.

IMO you should never invest in BNB, you should go with ethereum because it is expensive, which means that whales cannot buy the much of the supply, furthermore it is too risky to invest in BNB since CEX has no warranty that your coins or their system is safe even they claims it but it is very risky so no whales will be interested to invest in it since if there is anything wrong with the exchange, they (the whales along with their investment) will be burnt.

ETH is the "by default" chain used for DeFi so far, as much more blockchain devs are familiar with Solidity.
Lot of open source code for ETH is available out there.

BNB is build out of COSMOS SDK and has been set private.
Heavily centralized is the trade off for Binance DEX to be way more efficient (faster and cheaper) than what is build on ETH.

Hopefully DeFi products and devs will progressively be leveraging more optimized chains than ETH in the future.

For me I will choose what coins that can give higher interest . If eth can give me large interest by staking why not , but if BNB can give more I think centralization will not be a big problem you are only taking that as an issue because of their exchange which is centralized.

I will enter my money for the project that I think can give me good profit  by investing in them whether it centralized or not.

Why we need to choose between this two coins? Better if we have I don't need to choose because ethereum and BNN is one of my trusted coins that I invested and I believe they have a great value in the future and mnay projects to these coins happens so I don't see any problems of having both coins. It's a fight for upgrades and news.

This is how the investors are reacting to every upgrade and news a team announces. The announcement of ETH 2.0 has expected to see a pump and the same for any announcement that shall be made by BNB.

A trader and investor can easily get along with those and knows the flow of the market with such good or bad news.

Although BNB is not centralized there are many investment risks. Traders suffer a lot they do not understand the difference in the price of these currencies. Ethereum is therefore a very good currency for investment bitcoin is a store and Etherium is a platform. Etherium is not used as a common transaction currency but as a safe deposit of assets but can be trusted as a pump n dump finance token has an emerging value that relies almost entirely on legally questionable ICOs that can last forever. ETH since BNB is centralized is quite risky and extra valuable there is no hassle in the case of exchange. Traders are investing in Ethereum to increase the price of the currency.

I appreciate your opinion. I will prefer premises that differentiate the 2 coins and why you think they will be profitable, than stating the preferred coin to purchase base on your on opinion. Nobody knows which will be more profitable in this market, irrespective of the fundamentals profit is still the priority of most traders.So for whatever reason I will keep both coins but in different percentage to have share of the profit either one performs better than the others.
